We’ve been to this store many times and have bought various items over the years. The service is always very friendly and there is never ever any pressure from the staff. The items are great quality. Our last purchase was a very large frame that could not fit our space any better. We would most definitely recommend shopping here!!!

I bought a beautiful couch from Ashley furniture and am in love! It is so comfortable and my whole family loves it. Everyone was amazing, I brought in the dimensions of my living room and they helped me figure out what would work best. A few weeks later there was a squeak in the couch and the service guys were amazing. They fixed it perfectly and I couldn't be happier. 100% would recommend Ashley HomeStore Kingston!!!
Lots of selection, and definitely something for almost anyone, but we personally aren't most people. We left without finding anything we loved, but there were lots of options we liked. Small staff on the evening we went but still engaged and friendly. Prices were all over the place.
Cindy and her staff, most notably Al and Jack were extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire purchase and delivery process. Although we measured, our purchases didn’t all fit in our room. Cindy was fantastic in understanding our dilemma and worked with us to find a workable solution AND THEN Al and Jack got to do a double delivery. Of which they completed quickly and with a great attitude. We strongly recommend Cindy and her team to any one looking for quality furniture and accessories. Thanks Cindy!!
