We furnished a lot of our entire new 5000sq ft house through them. When there was an issue the wife/owner basically said nothing I can do. Her exact words where: i know im going to loose you as a customer but so be it. We finished buying somewhere else....we had ordered 2 chairs and the fabric did not match the samples. I understand dye lots etc but she could have tried to speak to the manufacturer. She got samples and said its a close match. I worked in colors my entire life and no its not a close match. Would have have been nice to offer putting them maybe on the showroom floor to see if they could sell them while we would have paid for another set and see if they sold...they were brand new still in the package and not used!.... was also supposed to touch up paint on some damaged product...never happened. When we unpacked the sofa and love seat that where in storage at their location during construction we found rodent droppings all over them.... the garage you are referring to is our heated garage and there are no rodents in there...and yes we had to have our contractor there for delivery because that was based on your available dates and our schedule. Its a mute point.. not to mention the damaged head boards and the pillows that nobody could find but finally did...like I said I won't be back. The owner is all nice until there's on issue. Yes this post is after 6 months because we have been busy and gone.....

I am so impressed with Jack and Al, they picked up my couch on Monday and they just retuned it to me. Two days for new motor and new foam. Ashley Furniture in Kingston is the place to make your next purchase. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Couch is less than a year old and pills badly. There are vertical lines in the fabric and it looks like it's in good need of an iron. This is not what you should expect from couch material. Of course that is not under warranty unfortunately. The fabric material is thin and misshapen. It looks like a couch I've had for a handful of years. I don't believe Ashley furniture is the quality it used to be.

Extremely disappointing. Went in to look for bedroom furniture and could not access their upper level by the staircase due to disability/use of a walker. When asked if there was any other means of access, I was informed they had service elevator which was only for staff. Unfortunately shopping there for me isn't an option.

10/10 recommend Ashley Furniture Homestore - Kingston. Dave sold us this sectional last week. He was so knowledgeable and helpful in making the decision. The support offered in the future with the sectional was refreshing to hear and helped making a decision like this easier. The two gentlemen that attended my home today for delivery were amazing, very professional and made this whole experience overall amazing!
