The purchase staff was great but you better hope nothing goes wrong. I bought a new sectional in late December and it was great for 4 weeks. Then the reclining back would not stay in the upright position. Tried to call for service, they don't really do service calls that way they force you to chat. I sent pictures and a video. Parts were ordered, the parts arrived and I heard nothing so I had to contact them to tell them the parts were here. Scheduled an appointment that was a little ways out. The technician came and made the repairs. When I checked, the recliner was upright but would not recline now. I contacted them and a technician came, this also took a lot of time considering it was to repair something from a previous visit. When the technician came he said new parts were needed again. So parts were ordered and the parts showed up. Again I heard nothing so I contacted them and the earliest appointment I could get was today. Guess what? No one showed, so I contacted them and they don't have anything in their system. Calling them is impossible and when i reached out in chat was told "there is nothing I can do its not in our system". So here I sit in May with an issue that has been going on since January and nothing is resolved. I urge anyone considering a purchase to consider this complete lack of customer service before making any purchase decision. Their stuff isn't cheap and so you might expect good service, but that's clearly not the case. Its a joke.

Fareena (store owner) was amazing and helped us find the perfect couch. Prices were good and the service was exceptional. I had been looking for a while for this plush couch that I had been seeing on social media, and the couch that we got was the closest I have ever found to matching it. **edited to add, please don’t use their delivery service if possible. First time they brought pieces that we didn’t order so they had to come back another day. The next time they came they said they wouldn’t be able to fit the couch into the space we wanted it. When I said “oh ok, we’ll have to return the couch though,” all of a sudden they got it to fit. Then they took the legs off one of our own couches when they moved it out of the way, but forgot to put the legs back on after they moved it. They took the legs of the couch with them and threw them out. When I called them about it they said they would look into it, and have never called me back. That was one month ago and still no response about the legs of our couch. *edited again to add: they ghosted me about the legs of the couch that we already owned. We can’t use it, so we’re fully out a couch.

We had no intention on buying anything. We just stopped in to look at a bed . Our sales girl, Hafsa, was extremely helpful and friendly and did not put one once of pressure on us to buy. We ended up purchasing 2 beds with lifts and a large sectional couch lol. The ladies brought us a great cup of coffee and Invited us back for coffee anytime. Great experience and highly recommend. Congratulations Hafsa on your upcoming June wedding. Edit,,,, we went back to see Hafsa and ended up buying a power recling love seat and chair we also bought a beautiful couch for our daughter and it was delivered today with no issues. We love Hafsa and Ashlys.
