I would strongly recommend avoiding Ashley HomeStore Guelph. Owen and Keight both sold me the mattress and were extremely pushy about closing the deal. I was promised a 48-hour return after the delivery that, according to Ashley Guest Care, did not actually exist as a store policy. I relied on that representation when making the purchase. When I exercised the promised return within 48 hours, I spent over two months fighting to get it processed. Keight repeatedly told me the matter was “out of their hands” and that they were waiting on Guest Care/higher management. When I contacted Guest Care myself, I was told the store was responsible. After countless follow-ups, unanswered emails, and delays, it took a formal final notice and escalation to Ashley customer service before the return was finally approved. Even then, the pickup was delayed and I had to chase them again. I eventually got my mattress returned and my 100% refund processed, but only after months of unnecessary frustration and wasted time. The biggest issue for me is that I feel I was given a deal/return arrangement that wasn’t actually available simply to get my business, and then left to deal with the consequences afterward. Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and disappointing. I will never shop at Ashley Guelph again.

I requested delivery after 4 pm and I got a confirmation that the driver will be at my house in between 4:30 and 7 pm. I arrange my day to be home by 3 pm but the driver came at 1 pm my younger son open the door and my oldest had to leave to work. The delivery guys assembled the bed without any supervision from any adults in the house it was so uncomfortable to know that I have people in my room while I had left the room as it in the morning with all my belongings and rings on my night table . The whole process of buying this bed was not smooth .

The Ashley HomeStore in Guelph has been such an amazing experience for me and my husband! Fareena & Keight were very helpful in recommending a bed set & mattress that we were looking for and did an amazing job in helping us understand its benefits, features & truly looked out to giving us a great deal! We highly recommend all our friends and family to check out their store because there is a lot of beautiful furniture & amazing employees to help! Looking forward to getting our purchase delivered and installed soon!
