I had a fantastic purchasing experience with Ashley Guelph; this is the minimum to say about my Sofa purchasing. All the team was helping me like a family member. They are excellent listeners and advisers; for real, all they look for is to give you the best experience so you can be delighted, and when I say totally, I mean it. The prices are very fair. I'm a newcomer, and even for me, they were better than the competitors. Special thanks to Fareena, Anthony, Kawsar and all the team. Thank you, Kawsar, for always being kind to my kids and playing wth them! I appreciate. I highly advise people to use their Services. I'm not doing commercials for them; it's just the reality.

Good selection of quality furniture. Sales staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

We bought a dining room set at Ashley Home store in Guelph. The sales staff was polite but the office phone doesn't work, we had to contact the sales staff on their prive cell phone at home or elsewhere, strange. The delivery was on time and well organized but when the table was set up, the delivery staff notice that a hinge was ripped of the base board of tabel butterfly extension table. He took a picture and recommeded to open a new furniture claim ticket, which we did. A few days later the Dufresne Group Customer Service replied and said "We now believe that this support ticket is resolved." This is hard to believe, you pay for new furniture and reveive damaged furniture and that is okay? Also some chairs had slpinters at the back.
