Was told by sales associate that they would honour the sale price from 2 days ago, then at time of purchase was told the way it works is I pay full price and then if it goes on sale again they will call me and refund the difference. That’s a scam if I ever heard one. I have 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining room to furnish, they aren’t getting any of my business. I do however love Ashley furniture, and will be purchasing from another store.
Showed us what we wanted to see. Found what we liked. Offered multiple finance options. E-Zee P-Zee. They'll set it all up next week. Done.
Horrible! Do not buy furniture from a company that cannot communicate to their customers how and when to pick up your furniture after purchasing online. My wife went to the store to pick up our furniture hired a babysitter and everything. It wasn’t there. My wife spent an hour on the phone with Ashley customer service dealing with a very ignorant rude customer service rep. They then set up for us to pick up our furniture on Thursday . When I called Guelph all the Woman told me was oh I’m sorry that was my mistake. Is there anything else I can Help you with today? But then she informed me that it was actually scheduled for Friday and not Thursday so the customer service rep that my wife spent an hour on the phone with was just as ignorant and incapable of doing their job as a person who I talked to at the Guelph location, waste of time, waste of money, never again
