Bought a dining set at Ashley for our first home and the experience was amazing all around. Our sales rep Owen was knowledgeable and relatable, did a great job educating us about their products, financing, and warranty options without feeling pressured. We had a great experience working with Sofia while choosing our Tildan sofa. She was attentive from the start and really took the time to understand what we wanted for our space. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and really easy to talk to. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed. She was genuinely helpful and made the whole process feel fun, simple, and comfortable. Sofia is a wonderful representative of the store, and I would absolutely seek her out again should we come back for another purchase.
