After purchasing our home. We needed a new dinning room table. When we walked in we were greeted by Julia. She was very nice and understanding no pressure what’s so ever and didn’t come off as a pushy sales rep. She showed us some options and we ended purchasing a table. We wanan thank Julia for her help and advice she gave us with the options we had for the table.

I have been a dedicated Ashley customer since owning a home but recently had a horrible experience with my first online purchase and subsequent support, including price match denials and delays in pickup timing. I had decided I would not buy from here again: I drove past the store in Guelph and decided I would go in and look. From the moment I entered the store, the team gave me a wonderfully positive experience and won me back. Big kudos to Julia, she is an amazing person and I would go back specifically to deal with her.
