The ladies I dealt with this afternoon were very professional. Haril was very helpful in selecting a new mattress.

Nice showroom of products, friendly greeting after immediately entering the store. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of their products, answered all our questions , service was excellent! Recommend a visit!

If you’re going to pick something up at this location… DO NOT! I ordered a sectional sofa for pick up and my husband and his brother in law had go to the back and load their trucks themselves. It’s unbelievable that there were no employees that that take care of this. My husband hurt his back because of this. Can’t imagine if I had just gone myself to pick up my sofa - there would be no one there to help me load. I will never shop at this location again. Absolutely horrible.

We had an excellent experience. We found the stock to be extensive, well priced, and well made. Rahul was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions, was willing to search for items that weren’t available at the store, and he did not intrude on our shopping experience. All in all I would recommend a visit. I’m pretty sure you will not be disappointed. FYI, Make sure you set aside quite a bit of time as the showroom is very well stocked and huge.

I had such a great experience at Ashley Homestore. I was looking to buy a few pieces of furniture. I went to Leon as my first stop but I felt like the sales representative helping me was only trying to push more expensive pieces which wasn't even what I was asking for. So then I went to the Bricks. I felt the sales representative there was taking more time to listen to my needs, but then when it came to showing me the price and I asked what they could do for me and she said we can't really do anything. I told her that I was going to go shop around. She then asked well what else can I do for you, I told her you just told me you couldn't do anything. And then she said we can look at other models, after the fact I told her I was specifically looking for a loft bed/daybed/or bunk beds. So I left. I then went to Original Home Furniture. The furniture there was very nice and of good quality but for the price they were asking and with me having 2 young children under the age of 10, I couldn't justify paying that kind of money right now. So I left that store as well. I then googled where I could go next and Ashley Homestore was a few blocks down. I decided to check them out. When I first walked in I was warmly greeted by a young gentleman, I'm sorry I can't remember his name. I was asking him a few questions, at first he didn't seem sure but when he didn't know the answer he asked someone else to help which I really appreciated instead of making up an answer. That's when I met Keight. He was a delight to speak with. He was extremely knowledgeable, he used his own experience with the products and he made sure to show me everything he was doing on his end. I ended up buy more than I was anticipating because Keight was able to give me really great prices, he told me the pros and cons of each products and gave me comfort when it came to which pieces were the sturdiest for my kids who are very rough with the furniture. I even asked about the furniture being made in Canada 🇨🇦 which he told me that they made the switch when everything happened with the U.S. and told me the furniture was either made here and/or parts came from other countries other than the states. I was so happy and I would definitely go back to Ashley Homestore for my upcoming purchases. Thank you Keight and to the other sales representative for making it a pleasurable experience.

Rahul was excellent in helping us find the perfect sectional. The manager also was able to address my questions properly. Hats go off to the team at Ashley’s Guelph store.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE... This company is dishonest and manipulative, and they should not be allowed to operate. Avoid buying anything from them, as you will be let down. The delivery workers were rude to my pregnant wife and suggested she should tip to get our furniture up the stairs. I requested a refund, but they refused to provide the full amount back. They stated they would deduct $300 from the $3,684 I paid for delivery. I have contacted the company to request a refund, but they have declined to issue the full amount. Specifically, they proposed to deduct $300 from the total of $3,684 that I paid for delivery services. If you happen to encounter this awful company and buy satisfactory furniture from them, just head to your bank and request to dispute the charge.

Our experience with the sales team at the store was good, and we placed our order with them for a sofabed and a coffee table. We waited almost a month for delivery and the day before the new furniture arrived, we got rid of our old couch and coffee table. On the day of the delivery, the delivery team came into our building and immediately said that the shipment is too big for the elevator. We are in a condo on the 4th floor, and this is the standard elevator that is used for all deliveries and moving. They said that they can’t deliver the items and that we need to “select something smaller.” I asked if they could take it up the stairs, and they said they will only go up 3 flights of stairs, and because we’re on the 4th floor they refused. I explained to them that I’m 5 months pregnant, we got rid of all our old furniture and if they don’t deliver this we will be sitting on the floor. They didn’t care and said we need to select something smaller. When we placed the order, we were never asked about the elevator size or told that this may be an issue. That same day, the store confirmed that we would receive a full refund for our order. A few days later, they said we would get a partial refund and a store credit. Their offers kept changing and were not consistent. The store manager offered to call us to speak about our refund, but we waited over a week and no one reached out to us. Overall, a terrible experience and we will not be purchasing anything from this store again. We are yet to get a refund for this order.
