I recently purchased several pieces of furniture from the Guelph location. Upon delivery many items were DAMAGED! I took a day off of work to be available for the delivery. I sent all the items back on the truck. I notified the sales manager about the damaged items and was offered three options to keep a sale within the store. I refused and demanded a refund, my funds have not been released. I have been waiting for someone to call me back but it’s been days and still nothing. This is terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
I’ve been to Ashley Furniture twice, and Deepika from Merchandising was amazing both times! She went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed for my furniture, which I originally purchased from Ashley. She was incredibly patient and stayed with me throughout the process.
