Bought the Monaghan couch just about a year ago, and while it’s a beautiful looking couch, the quality is awful. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. All other reviews are true, the cushions warp and sag in a couple months. We had to stick pillows under the seat cushions for support. I reached out to Ashley (had to work with a chat bot 👎🏼), and Instead of having a tech repair the issue, they sent me new foam for the cushions- I have to install them on my own, and it’s incredibly difficult to do. Cushions don’t even look right anymore. Anyway- stay away from this piece of junk product, what a waste of money. Update: Got a very quick resolution from Rose at Ashley Home Store. She was courteous and understanding about the entire ordeal, and has offered me a great resolution. Thank you Rose!
