I had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Fareena. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to provide a detailed explanation of all my options and making sure I felt confident in my choices. What truly stood out was her dedication—she stayed past closing time just to ensure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism, especially in explaining the different types of mattresses and their benefits, along with her patience and strong commitment to customer service, were outstanding. I had a terrible experience at Ashley Store. We purchased a product for around $1700 and paid in full before delivery. After delivery, the manager changed the invoice to $3200 without our consent. When we confronted him, he started yelling and making up stories, then told us to call Guest Care, claiming he couldn't change anything. Totally dishonest behavior. I have both invoices to prove it. Be careful—this store plays games with customers. Don't believe on them totally fake faces
A good portion of their furniture is available online only....so if you don't like it...because you can't see it or try out comfort level ...Ashley Furniture charges a 10% restocking fee in the form of a store credit. What a joke. Enjoy going bankrupt.

Wish I could give it a negative 100. Always got all our furniture here and apparently in the last few years they have gone to crap. They delivered my sons bed and mattress and when I asked why the mattress was huge they said it would "shrink" in 24 hours... turns out they delivered a king mattress for a double bed and we waited a month for the proper mattress to come. Despite the lies and inconvenience I went back and ordered my daughters bed and mattress (she picked a bed with LED lights) they didn't work in the showroom and I should have taken that as a sign. The remote wouldn't work so they can't be turned off or turned a different colour. I got a replacement remote sent and surprise, surprise it does not work. The couch we ordered is also a piece of garbage and the cushion is not fastened on in any way so it falls off every 4 seconds. Horrible customer service to top it off. Never again. Update: The wonderful men who came to switch out the headboard came to the conclusion that it was a faulty sensor. They replaced it and all is good. Someone called to discuss my issues and I left that conversation happy as to how my problems were handled.
The ladies I dealt with this afternoon were very professional. Haril was very helpful in selecting a new mattress.
Nice showroom of products, friendly greeting after immediately entering the store. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of their products, answered all our questions , service was excellent! Recommend a visit!
If you’re going to pick something up at this location… DO NOT! I ordered a sectional sofa for pick up and my husband and his brother in law had go to the back and load their trucks themselves. It’s unbelievable that there were no employees that that take care of this. My husband hurt his back because of this. Can’t imagine if I had just gone myself to pick up my sofa - there would be no one there to help me load. I will never shop at this location again. Absolutely horrible.
