Do NOT buy their insurance. They claim that if you don’t use it within five years, you’ll get your money back—but that’s misleading. This condition is not clearly explained during the sales process. When you later try to request a refund, they tell you it’s not actually a refund, but a credit that can only be used if you make a purchase above a certain amount. This is deceptive and should have been disclosed upfront.
We’ve been looking for the perfect sectional for quite some time and today we ended up at Ashley furniture Burlington. We had the pleasure of working with JOHN. He helped us pick out a beautiful sectional for our new forever home. The management team was also wonderful and very helpful.
Told furniture was made in Canada when it’s not and denied my free gift. Won’t shop there again
