I have to say that I am greatly disappointed in the piece of furniture I purchased on-sale , online. The feet to the "Cashton Ottoman" were described as "faux wood finish" , well the more accurate description is "plastic feet". I was not aware I had to assemble this myself and being a senior citizen do not possess the tools for assembly. So after I complained , I was offered an individual to come do this for me. Having plastic feet with this ottoman certainly "cheapens" the item and it is nowhere worth the sale price I paid...... let alone the original price. I could kick myself for making this purchase. As you can see from my photo that real wood makes a huge difference and would certainly justify a high price. But "plastic" .... ugh.

Matt was a spectacular representative! Professional, knowledgeable on the products (couches, mattresses, home furnishings) and easy to deal with, was able to honour a price match without any issues as well. Will shop here again.

This store has the worst costumer service I’ve ever received. My chair broke 6 months ago and I ordered the replacement leg for it through them, never received it because it was sent twice to a different address in a different province! These people are not helpful one bit, are incompetent and are beyond clueless. Apparently after you buy something the store can’t help you anymore and it’s all through customer service. Get your service straightened up and get less people like this please. You’ll never see me here again. Literally shop anywhere else but Ashley’s. They haven’t even ever offered compensation of any sort! Ridiculous.
