Great experience purchasing a sectional couch. Our sales associate (Henry) greeted us at the door, offered us drinks and showed us all sectional couches. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Never felt pressured.

My review is based a couch purchased and does not include store or staff. Couch after 2 years of use has lost its support in the seats and foam in cushions has broken down. This is a household of one person using the couch. After paying over $3000 you would expect better quality
Friendly and helpful staff, not pushy. Easy to contact a real person. Loved being able to see actual furniture in a showroom rather than on line, you can touch and feel what you’re buying, especially when it comes to color!

Delivery came and damaged goods on arrival. It happens. But then we thought, here we go, no doubt an endless loop trying to get a replacement delivered or some kind of satisfaction from customer service. Fortunately, we were wrong. After posting an initial review, we had a quick response, then a phone call that came with a solution. Relief! In a world of endless loops, bots, and frustrations when it comes to these things, Ashley came through. Good on them!
