Delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Took the day off. No contact leading up to Tuesday - went in store. Turns out they changed the delivery to another day without contacting me or telling me. Incredibly disappointed. You’d expect better from a store with prices like this. UPDATE: Rose reached out after the fact and was incredibly nice and incredibly understanding. Updating my rating strictly because of her communication.
We visited the Berlington showroom, and the service from customer assistance , Heba Makar, was amazing. The agent was very pleasant and explained everything we were looking for. They even gave us the best deal of the day. Thanks, and keep up the great work!
My customer experience at Ashley Furniture Burlington wasn’t the best, I didn’t feel welcomed and I felt the customer service lady didn’t seem like willing to help us. I still bought the table since I liked the product. She wanted me to carry the table from the store to my car but I told her I have a back pain issue only after that she willy nilly brought the cart for me to take the table to my car.
It was great experience! The staff at Ashley are exceptional. We bought 2 chairs and could not be happier!
