⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I had a completely different experience at this location compared to another Ashley location I visited before. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. The salesperson who helped me was extremely respectful, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right furniture. I spent around three hours at this location, and she was there the entire time helping me, answering all of my questions, showing me different options, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I was comfortable with my decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. What I appreciated the most was that she actually took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find pieces that I really liked. Her customer service was honestly outstanding, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I ended up purchasing my furniture from this location, and I’m very happy that I came here. This is exactly what good customer service should look like. I definitely feel that the salesperson who spent three hours with me, helped me with everything, and made the sale happen is the person who truly deserves the recognition and commission for my purchase. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I highly recommend this Ashley location and especially the salesperson who helped me. I will definitely be coming back in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a great experience at Ashley thanks to Heba Makar! She helped us choose a bed with an adjustable base and was amazing from start to finish — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She walked us through every feature of the adjustable base, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about helping you find the right fit, not just making a sale. If you come to this store, ask for Heba — she'll take great care of you. Highly recommended! ⭐

We had such a great experience working with Jabril at Ashley! He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We went back and forth quite a bit while making our decisions, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. Initially it was a great experience to buy a dining room set and living room furniture from Ashley but the delivery service has been so frustrating I will never go there again. My order was divided into 3 separate delivery orders on different days, weeks apart. I was told everything is in stock but now am waiting 10 weeks from purchase for a couch and rug when all the rest of the furniture is here. Customer service called me numerous times to put me on hold only to hang up on me and I even went into the store and the manager said all the furniture was in the warehouse and would be delivered on one truck and the truck showed up with out the couch. Do not recommend.

Delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Took the day off. No contact leading up to Tuesday - went in store. Turns out they changed the delivery to another day without contacting me or telling me. Incredibly disappointed. You’d expect better from a store with prices like this. UPDATE: Rose reached out after the fact and was incredibly nice and incredibly understanding. Updating my rating strictly because of her communication.
