I visited the store with my wife and the sales professional Miss Alex.H helped us to find the best value for the money and she made every effort to reduce the price of two sofas that we could afford.She is very professional and really helpful I recommend this ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE IN BURLINGTON ONTARIO to anyone who is looking for purchasing new furniture items. You won't be regreat. ASHLEY FURNITURES ARE GOOD QUALITY and worth for the money. I give them 5 STARS. THANK YOU.

Our experience at Ashley’s was incredible from the moment we walked in we were greeted by our wonderful sales associate Heba. She was such a pleasure to deal with and made the purchase of our new coffee table set such a pleasant and hassle free experience. I highly recommend Ashley furniture for the many beautiful pieces that are carried at this store as well as the excellent, patient and caring service we received . We will be back in the near future again. Thank you Heba !

After waiting for a whole week, I finally got my sofa and dining table plus the chairs. Sofa is in good condition and the table looks great exactly the same as what we saw in store. But the chairs were wrong, and the table lamp has a broken part. The customer service staff was friendly and arranged for a quick order of the part. The installers were professional and assembled the table in a minute. I only gave a 3-star due to the wrong deliver and the broken part of the lamp. Especially for the table lamp, it seems not worth the money paid.

Terrible experience! They sell stuff they don't have in the warehouse thus they couldn't commit to the scheduled delivery date which they proposed in the first place. They will call a day before delivery to tell you that the shipment will be partially delivered. and when asking to reschedule a new delivery date they will tell you "We'll call once we have your order in inventory". They claim it's the manufacturer's fault like it's not their problem at all. I'm your customer NOT the Manufacturer's! I ordered a queen bed I got the mattress + spring box with NO headboard or rail which might be delivered god knows when. Totally unaccountable! Why would you make a sale deal for products that you don't have? And why is a refund a big mess if I wanted to cancel due to your mistakes??? You will be talking to the WORST customer service ever!

People at Burlington Store were great. That’s where it ends. Spent 2500 on a sofa. Maybe not their best but a fair amount for a sofa. 2 months after I bought it it looked 10 years old. Sent photos to their head office and received very little in return. They told me Pilling as normal. I can accept a bit of pilling after a couple of months but not this much. Everyone comments that they can’t believe it is new. Anyway as I said staff was good but company does not stand behind their products and I received little help from the staff after the fact. I do not normally post reviews but this was a bummer.

I recently purchased furniture from Ashly Furniture and my overall experience was quite mixed. The salespeople at the store were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the initial shopping experience enjoyable. However, the after-sales service has been a major letdown. Upon receiving my powered reclining sofa, I encountered multiple defects immediately after unboxing. The delivery personnel refused to take the sofa back, leaving me with a defective piece of furniture. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to arrange for a replacement, I was shocked to learn that I would have to pay more for a new sofa. Instead, they offered repairing the faulty parts, which seemed absurd for a brand-new item. Imagine buying a brand new sofa only to have it repaired right after delivery! In addition to the sofa ordeal, the love seat I purchased also arrived with fabric that had noticeable cuts in it. This was incredibly disappointing as I expected better quality control from a reputed furniture store like Ashly. Overall, while the initial sales experience was positive, the lack of support and the poor quality control during after-sales service has left a sour taste. I would caution others to be wary when purchasing from Ashly Furniture, as the quality and support may not live up to their expectations.

So far it’s just the sales team and our hats off to Arjun. Great customer service. Recommend him to anyone needing furniture. Very professional. Just had my furniture delivered on time. Delivered with no issues and cleaned up after installation. Carlos and his partner were great. I had numerous texts the past 2 weeks keeping me informed as to status. Turn by turn directions of the delivery truck to keep me in the loop as to where they were on the day of delivery. Awesome service.

We really appreciate the service you have given us with no delays in receiving our furniture and the punctuality of delivering it. Thank you Ashley
