The delivery was completed right on time, and the furniture arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The movers went above and beyond by removing the old bedroom set, setting up the new one, and even assembling the bed (which I wasn’t expecting). They also cleared away all the packaging and left the house spotless. Excellent service — I highly recommend them!

⚠️⚠️⚠️🐍🐍🐍 I went in to purchase an adjustable bedframe from Heba.. . I thoroughly explained my situation alongside my family friend who also was there to support me through my condition & spinal cord disease I’m suffering from. I was sold a floor model base from the Burlington store showroom floor.. I was told it was to be picked up from the store and deliver to my home the following week. Everything went well with the sale! Since then, my delivery has been put off 3-4 times and I’ve been waiting for over 3 1/2 weeks for something that should have been delivered within 3 to 4 days maximum. I’ve been lied to by guest service, store staff & I am now finashed with this store for good.. I figured I would go back and give them a second chance as I bought a sofa two years ago and then paid the restocking fee of $475 because it was making loud creaking noises & the construction seemed very poor. I did not want to have a brand new sofa serviced as this was the only option I was given.. I chose to restock with a 10% restock fee as told by guest service but was then surprised to a 20% restock fee. Now this experienced I’ve just recently had has iced the cake.nicely. They have also told me my order is in a warehouse somewhere but was also told that the customer received my product as opposed to what they have purchased . I’m going o store to meet with 2 managers this Monday to get my refund & speak with them. I will also be warning others I know of my experince & to avoid this store & company altogether. It’s a shame because the showroom looks beautiful & the staff is very kind to your face. I refuse to spend my money or purchase products from people who lie to me and then can’t make good on their promise, & then go as far as expressing dissapointment that they may lose their customers. Their main concern here seems to honestly be taking your payment!! If you do choose to shop with Ashley Homestore I truly wish you the best of luck & honest experience!! I also want to add while this may not be the stores entire fault. They were not fully honest & transparent along the way. Nice enough group of people but I just can’t get behind to support this company again ✌️ 🚨Updated: Hi Jessica I’ve called & left 2 messages on the number you have provided. I’ve also touched base with Henry at the store, he texted back on his way in to work to let me know that General manager is sick today & wont be in for another week. So basically he put me off from coming in on Saturday for nothing. The staff at this location truly seems to not give a 💩 about stressing the customer, as long as payment is collected I think they are happy. I don’t think the store has the funds onsite to even complete the refund or why would they put me off for coming in to get my funds🤷‍♂️. I could could see & hope this store closies withinnit the next 2 years. That would be satisfying to me now after all they have put me though… they play way too many games & lie to ever be considered professionals‼️ also want to add the Homestore replies that are tagged “owner” are defintely not!! This location is a full circus 🎪 🤡🎠🤹🎡🎢🤡🎪 Wishing everyone well that reads this & wish you the best of luck in your home shopping, I’d e very weary of this store in particular!!!

Ashley Furniture provided THE most amazing shopping experience! Thank you...From the moment Alex greeted me, I knew I had walked into something special. The selection, and quality, of furniture was more than I expected. Alex was there to answer all my questions, and share other pertinent information, to help me choose the perfect sectional. I can't wait for it to be delivered! I even scored a beautiful area rug to pull my whole living room together. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture for your home furnishings.

Recently purchased a bedroom set from the Burlington Ashley store. Currently have mixed feelings looking at the entire process. Showroom experience/Sale - Heba was first to approach us and was knowledgeable about the items in store. She seems to struggle with using the computer/processing the sale. My fiancés email was taken down wrong in the beginning, she also has her first name repeated twice on our sales orders instead of putting in her first and last name. Heba also tried to sell us on a convertible mechanism for our bed but after checking the Ashley website it explains that our bed frame is not compatible with this. Would have preferred to work with someone who is more proficient with the electronic tools, maybe some re training is needed for her to make the sales process more efficient. Delivery - The two delivery guys who came to our house were absolutely excellent, professional and very kind. Cannot say enough nice things about these two, 10/10. Product- Happy with the build quality of dresser, end tables and bed frame. There is a manufacturer defect on our bed frame and we now need to go through the process of having a repair individual come to our home. Since Heba took down the wrong phone number in the beginning I’ve had to call back to the customer service line several times to receive the SMS to book the appointment. Now that I have gotten that SMS it seems like the repair individual is booking roughly two weeks out, somewhat frustrating. Overall the experience has been fair. In the future if we made another purchase from Ashley we would prefer to use another sales rep.
