So we purchased a living room set with end tables at the Burlington location. We were sold on promises on better quality and service, the delivery was good till one of the tables came in scratched on the top from a sharp object more likely a knife. I pointed it out to the delivery person then he called the office ,they offered me a discount I reminded him that if I wanted a scratch product I would have purchased one at the scratch and dent department and that I would want it replaced. He would not take it back and he said that I had to contact the service department to send a repair tech and I reminded him I wanted it replaced. So seemed I didn't have a choice so when the tech showed up he said he was there to repair the the top I watch the process it was a joke he filled in the scratch with hot wax then used some sort of sanding block going sideways from the grain so there's additional marks in that area. Then he proceeded on to spraying a stain then some sort finish spray. During this whole process the floor was never covered and didn't even clean the surface, so in other words it didn't work. Now their saying it's got a go to their repair shop and will not returned for couple weeks. And a big if it comes back like the matching table I have a hard time trusting them for the quality of the work after the Cheesy attempt. Only time will tell they still have to pick up the table next week. I also offered to drop of the table for exchange the tables to save time, but I guess they don't care for wasting their customers time and keeping their customers SATISFIED!!! I don't understand why they can't just replace it. I'm glad we waited to buy a dinning set I would hate to go through all this with lot more wood surface. Will update review when I get the table resolved.

Excellent experience from time we entered the front door. Left us alone until we wanted help. Heard our requirements and directed us to suitable Loveseats.

Very very very bad service they deliver my furniture they throw everything on city siedwalk and they take off and after I put everything together I noticed I have parts are missing i called customer service they give me phone number that I only can text and I didn't get no where with that after I went to the store and manger didn't do anything this is my last time I buy from Ashley furniture , I buy from the brick and there service alot batter service I am telling all my family and friends not to buy from Ashley furniture very bad services!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service and Exceptional Experience 👍🏻⭐️ We had an excellent experience with Ashley HomeStore, and their sales team, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We initially purchased a floor-model sectional, and the team made every effort to make the purchase extremely affordable. The sectional itself was in great condition, and we were very happy with the value. Unfortunately, there was an issue during delivery that was related to the nature of our building rather than the product itself. While the delivery could not be completed and the sectional had to be returned to the warehouse, the way Ashley handled the situation truly impressed us. Just minutes after the delivery team left, we received a call from the store. The sales individual was incredibly apologetic and immediately took ownership of the issue. Even though the item was a floor model and technically a final, non-returnable clearance piece, they still offered a full return and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability and customer care is rare. We went back to the store, and the store associates patiently helped my wife and me find an alternative sectional that we both loved just as much. She handled the order change seamlessly, and from that point on, everything went smoothly. While the initial delivery was disappointing, the effort, professionalism, and genuine care shown afterward more than made up for it, and we truly appreciated it. This was actually our second purchase from this Ashley HomeStore location. A few months ago, we bought a bedroom set, and that experience was flawless—from the smooth delivery to the excellent quality of the wood and the professional assembly of the bed. Everything was top-notch. Overall, Ashley HomeStore delivered a great customer experience, and their dedication made a huge difference. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled matters most, and this team handled everything exceptionally well. We will absolutely continue to shop here and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

Excellent selection and outstanding customer service.

Terrible experience at the Burlington Ashley’s. The general manager, Henry, seemed uninterested in helping us unless we spent more, prioritizing bigger sales over actual customer needs. We left feeling dismissed and pressured. Unprofessional service—avoid this location.

Worst Ashley’s location. The Burlington store staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful. We were shopping for a $2,500 dining set, yet the general manager, Henry, implied we weren’t buying enough to deserve his time. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. If this is how Ashley’s treats serious buyers, take your business elsewhere. Avoid this location.

We worked with Heba M to buy our couch. She was wonderful and very helpful. Will visit Ashley's again.
