Henry was amazing. I gave him my room measurements and told him my thoughts and he made suggestions and told me what wouldn’t fit. Very help and only suggested what would work. I would recommend everyone to Ashley because of him. And if you can go to the Burlington store and deal with him even better.
Delivery was disappointing….the guys initially refused to drive up my long driveway because it’s a bit curved and there are a few trees on either side. My husband had to firmly point out that they can’t carry an entire bedroom set and 5 piece sectional the 100ft to the door. They finally backed the truck up. We were the tenth stop on their route so it was already dinner time when they arrived. The driver said they’d been going since 7:00am that morning and they were clearly tired. Two of the guys didn’t even speak English so communication was difficult. We just moved into our home and the hardwood floors are freshly done. While setting up our bedroom set, they put a gouge and a few scratches on the floor. Needless to say I’m not happy!!
