I visited this store today and wanted to buy sofa set, everything was going smooth until the store manager Himanshu walked in. We had a great conversation with Heba and working on a final deal with added discount and she mentioned her store manager can help us score a better deal, which he managed to give us. However after that his behaviour shifted like he wanted us to take it and turned hostile makes faces, being rude we wanted to take the sofa but we walked out due to his behaviour. Till the end Heba tried to help us but I am setting up my home and did not wanted to deal with such a negative n condescending store manager. Update- after my review, Rose connected with me, I really appreciate them taking this seriously. No one should experience this however I appreciate them ensuring every customer has a good experience.
