Ww bought a new house and went into Ashley's in Burlington many times trying to figure out what we liked. Heba always greeted us at the door, asked if we were looking for something in particular. We said thank you just looking and she left us to browse checking now and again but no pressure. Yesterday we moved into our new home and went back to look at a couple of things and Heba welcomed us once again. We ended up buying a sofa, dining table and 6 chairs, and a queen bed frame with a box spring! They had a sale on the more you buy the more you save and we did fantastic!! Thank you Heba for being patient and lovely to deal with. We have used Ashley's before and will continue to shop there for future needs. Jan & Tony Burlington Ont.

We were very pleased with our sales person, Heba, who accommodated our needs in buying an adjustable bed. She worked hard to make changes as the sale progressed and made sure in the end we were satisfied with the sale. Our bed was delivered promptly and efficiently. We had a very positive experience at the store. The salesperson, Arjun, was very professional and helpful. We were buying power recliners for our elderly parents and he took time to explain the different features. He also explained all the purchase options very clearly and we didn’t feel pressured by him. Great customer service.

Brought to Robinsdale set bed nightstands dresser huge couches for my living area wouldn’t go anywhere else. Most importantly, the mattress the rest test did wonders for my back at my health health comes first.

I purchased a dining table in November last year, when it was delivered, I immediately noticed a visible dent on the tabletop edge and reported it. The delivery worker took photos and assured me someone would follow up within 48 hours—yet no one did. After contacting customer service, I was told a technician would attempt a repair before considering a replacement, but the technician never showed. After weeks of delays, the table was finally taken for repair on January 23. I clearly stated that both the dent and the swelling issue needed to be fixed, even providing photos. However, when the table was returned on January 31, neither issue had been addressed. Fortunately, the tabletop has now been replaced. While the process was frustrating, I appreciate the final result.
