The worst service of all time. They will mess up your order everytime.. guaranteed- its nothing but stress with Ashely. Orders never get delivered. They will not show up, then schedule you 2 weeks later, then still text you daily the wrong delivery dates. Its not worth the hassle - BUY FROM EVERYWHERE ELSE. Brought white glove delivery for $300 and still have not received my $6,000 order - from 4 weeks ago. I hate ashley furniture!

Very very very bad delivery system they dropped off my staff right on the driveway and they lift for suer i be shopping somewhere else
