My rating is based on the exceptionally poor post-sale service. I went to pick up the table I ordered 8 days after purchasing -the day after they told me I could pick it up. It wasn’t there. They told me I would have to wait 10 days. 10 days later I went to pick it up - not there. Again, I was told this time I would have to wait for 7 days. No one called me to tell me that the table was delayed the first time, or the second time. I still don’t have my item and I’m not confident that it will be there 5 days from now. I have a sense that they tell you what you want hear in terms of delivery date to secure the sale. It’s hard to have a holiday dinner without a table. UPDATE well, my doubts were absolutely confirmed because now they’re telling me that it’s going to arrive a full 24 days after they told me which is the day before Christmas. 4 different delivery dates and still no table. Anyone have a spare table for a Christmas dinner?

Our experience was awesome. Starting at the store level with Tere Findlay who went above and beyond helping with a few hiccups we encountered. She was amazing and made herself 100% available. Michael and his delivery crew were amazing. So efficient and fast! All 3 men were polite, presentable and personable. So refreshing to see these days. Great job!

Things went great. The associates where fast and efficient processing my sale in the store. My only concern and disappointment is I paid for the white glove delivery understanding that my old couch would be removed and put into my garage. I asked more then once in the store to be assured that it would be taken care of. My husband was going to be away and I had no way of moving it. The gentleman at the store assured me that that was part of the service I was paying for. But today the day of the delivery it showed on their invoice I had declined that service which was not the case. Sadly I did not notice it on my invoice when I left the store. So now I have my old couch in my hallway. Which was also purchased at Ashley's. The gentleman that did my delivery other then that issue with my old couch did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with their service. Thank you very much.. happy with my purchase looks great.
