One of the worst customer service and they delivered faulty sofa. I want to give them -5 rating. Please be careful before buying anything from them
I don’t know if anyone has had the pleasure of dealing with deskcare( warranty) they are horrible 5 months to get a problem with a bed rectified, no call backs no updates, talks to Ashley, Wendy,Scott, Dawn, Denise finally floor supervisor Jason , said he would call back for a update , crickets! Disgusting people spend hard earned money for this, going on 5 months, they should just replace the item for the aggravation they have created. Shame on you for taking advantage of people!!!!!!!!
Easy and not pushy! Alex helped us find exactly what we needed. She was very resourceful and didn’t follow us around the store like other furniture stores. The entire staff at this location are fun and professional. I will definitely be going back to this location thanks to Alex!

Good service and excellent quality
Unfortunately I cannot leave a lower review, Let’s just say it’s has been 4 months dealing with an adjustable bed issue that is need for medical reasons, still can’t get help , the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All the help desk is apologizing for the confusion and still nothing. I could go on , and on please do yourselves a favour do not buy Ashley’s . They should be ashamed of themselves
Just had delivery of 4 pieces from Ashley. Great sales and delivery experience. It was our second round of purchasing household furniture. Burlington store is great to deal with.
