Great service and very helpful

Recently went looking for a push back recliner, was met by a sales member who was neither engaging nor had any interest in helping. He told us to look around which we did and he returned to a conversation with his 2 other coworkers. Never a follow up while in store and upon us leaving told us to check wayfair. The parking lot was empty and now I think I know why, do not recommend this location have had a very different experience at other Ashley stores .

So far a 5 star experience. In store the sales associate, Kris was very helpful and there was 0 pressure. We specifically chose this store because of the reviews being so positive and they did not disappoint!

With my barstools I have some issues with the the assembly but after I contact Brantford store . they help me with this issue and resolve the problem very quickly thanks to store manager Uedaya .he takes his customers issues very seriously and resolves as quick as possible . Quality of the furniture is great .
