Staff were very helpful and didn't follow us around pressuring us to buy like we had had some other stores. We were able to find what we wanted and make the purchase in minutes not hours. Item was delivered within a couple of weeks and the delivery staff were courteous and efficient. Showed up on time and we were able to track the delivery to know exactly when to expect them. Great experience all around!
Found what we wanted but the price was way over
I was truly impressed with chas,' performance and knowledge of what I was looking for in furniture. Very easy going nature and pleasant to talk to. We did not go with my initial plan but she was very helpful in finding a solution to my problem and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family for any of their home needs in furniture...thank you again chas for your undivided attention to making a happy customer.
After speaking with Kris on the phone from the Brantford location, I went into see him on July 31st. He was very friendly, patient and helpful in guiding me through the store and offered several recommendations based on the size and colour sofa I needed. I ended up purchasing an area rug and sofa and looking forward to their arrival.
