Chas at the Brantford store was super helpful and worked to get us what we wanted for the price! The delivery experience was excellent. Use of the app for tracking the delivery on the day of makes planning so much easier. The delivery personnel were courteous, thoughtful, efficient and friendly! Overall, a fantastic experience. Ashley will be my first stop the next time I am looking for home furnishings.

I can say our furniture experience was great. Even though we arrived just close to closing , we met with Chasity and a no time made us feel rushed. After trying some chairs a decision was made to purchase. The staff at the counter were great as well. We liked the customer service that Chasity gave and was through and very well explained about the protection plan. Norm

I didn’t like being harassed about the warranty features. I clearly stated in the beginning, I was interested in purchasing the furniture and nothing else, No warranty. The sales person kept bringing it up, and I told him I would leave and order it online, If he didn’t stop. He did stop The sales pitch at that time. And made me sign a piece of paper, saying I didn’t want it. I told him I understood He was just doing what he was told at his job. But a big man who seemed Superior, or at least the big man acted it, kept eyeing us, and coming over and trying to butt in and sell it to me too. I won’t stop there again. But I might order online if I see a decent deal. I didn’t like the big man at all. He was arrogant and tried to tell me what I needed.

I really like the customer service …everyone is so kind specially my Sales agent Chasity..She gave me different options and suggestions as well. Thank you so much for all the help.

Delivery was quick and everything was set up exactly as we wanted!

I bought a recliner love seat. The sales girl was very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the product. Competitive price. However I thought the delivery charge was expensive but I had no choice but to pay. For the delivery price I would have expected much better service. The delivery guys didn't seem to know what they were doing. They dragged the loved seat across the floor and dragged it down the stairs instead of lifting the dam thing. When they were trying to negotiate it around a corner they didn't seem to know how and weren't very careful. They had to be helped. I bought a few things from different stores around the same time that had to be delivered. This was the most expensive delivery fee and the worst service. Stupid google review doesn't allow a separate second review on the same business even though this is a new transaction years later so the lower rating will reflect on both. I went in to buy a dining table and chairs and put it on deferred payments, no pay, no interest for 12 months. Thats what they assured me. Come to find out from Fairstone financing there is a minimum payment every month. So either sales lied to me or they're too stupid to know the rules. Either way it pissed me off. I just paid the whole thing and I'll be done with them and will cancel my Fairstone account.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is our third time coming to see Chas. The first time we got a mattress and pillows and a mattress protected, got a great deal and quick delivery. Two years later we purchased a chair and couch from Chas and she was so helpful from the beginning to end. She jumped through lots of hoops to get us everything we wanted and was so friendly about the whole thing. Whatever we mentioned she got us the best product for the job and an even better price, not to mention we got it delivered only 5 days after purchase. My latest buy is a cute little giraffe lamp! We can’t wait to pick it up for our office and we can’t thank Chas enough for all her hard work. We’ll be back for sure!
