We are very happy with our purchase! The chairs are comfortable for lengthy periods of time socializing around the table, the side board server has lots of storage. The sales rep was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful in supporting throughout the whole sales process. The delivery team were right on schedule, very careful, helpful and professional. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thankyou for the excellent service!

We got a couch few years ago, we got the extended protection plan. We had problems with the couch and Ashley replaced it. We got to pick a new couch of equal value. Delivery was smooth and they installed everything, took away the old couch. Thank you for good service 🙏

I bought a recliner love seat. The sales girl was very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the product. Competitive price. However I thought the delivery charge was expensive but I had no choice but to pay. For the delivery price I would have expected much better service. The delivery guys didn't seem to know what they were doing. They dragged the loved seat across the floor and dragged it down the stairs instead of lifting the dam thing. When they were trying to negotiate it around a corner they didn't seem to know how and weren't very careful. They had to be helped. I bought a few things from different stores around the same time that had to be delivered. This was the most expensive delivery fee and the worst service. Stupid google review doesn't allow a separate second review on the same business even though this is a new transaction years later so the lower rating will reflect on both. I went in to buy a dining table and chairs and put it on deferred payments, no pay, no interest for 12 months. Thats what they assured me. Come to find out from Fairstone financing there is a minimum payment every month. So either sales lied to me or they're too stupid to know the rules. Either way it pissed me off. I just paid the whole thing and I'll be done with them and will cancel my Fairstone account. ***EDIT*** Ashley Furniture has gone above and beyond to rectify the issue so I will adjust my rating.
