Terrible experience. Don't buy to this store. Had a hard time exchanging my purchase. Originally i liked to purchase a love seat but the salesman harpreet Singh convinced me to try a sofa which is bigger than a loveseat. He promised me that if its too big to my family room I could always exchange it without a problem. So that exactly, what I did. But he never mentioned to me that l only have 2 days to try it. The sofa is never been used and still in the box and unopened. When I phoned them after 5 days that I need to exchange to a loveseat they wont accept because its almost a week after the purchase. So l ended up putting the big sofa to my family room. Compared to the bricks and other store they allowed exchanges. Terrible policy. No star at all for them. But u cannot post if u don't give 1 star.
