Don’t buy from Ashely furniture , I asked to speak to a manager took a week before anyone even called back. After 2 years of owing the couch I paid 3k for during Covid , the seat sank to the bottom. I don’t weigh much and I only sit on the couch 2-3 hours a day at most. I don’t understand a company that spends millions on marketing can’t spend a few dollars to help their client. I walked into an Ashley store I Mississauga And not a single representative talked to me or offered to help me by any means . My father has a couch from bad boy and the brick that has lasted 20 years . Yet Ashley’s furniture doesn’t last more than 2. It’s made from cheap material you can do at home and the fabric is even cheaper . Be smart if reading this review do not buy from them . Don’t pay for over priced, terribly made products such as this . It’s a rip off and you know it when you see it in person I
