Great customer service!
Had a great experience here last week with Pulkit. I came in after looking at sofa options online, wanting to see them in-person. Pulkit was welcoming and to the point and his assistance ultimately led to my purchase. Can't speak to the quality of the sofa yet, as I've never shopped here before but just wanted to leave my comments about the store experience. Thanks, Pulkit!
Always good shopping at Ashley. Furniture is good. Well made. Haven't used the after sales service so can't say anything about it.
Went to this store, for the first time. Was treated with complete respect ,no pressure at all . Went back again and was treated the, same, and bought a nice rocker recliner. Great price, and excellent service !!
Their future is good quality and customer service is ok. However, I think they begin to judge you as soon as you walk into the store, (the one at Trinity). Absolutely no sales representative will address you if they think you look like you "cant afford anything there." I have shopped there before but I doubt I'll ever visit that store ever again.
