BEWARE Of this ASHLEY location and ASHLEY furniture never buy from Ashley . It has been one week and this pathetic furniture store has not responded or resolved my issue. For crying out loud you pathetic people delivered damage coffee table to me I need a brand-new coffee table. I do not want to get this pathetic table repaired. I reported the issue within two hours of my delivery. I need a brand new coffee table ASAP. My lawyer has also contacted the Store and they have not replied back. Never ever buy anything from ASHLEY specially the Store as they have zero customers satisfaction. 1 Star Review (If I could give zero stars, I would.)This was my first time ordering from Ashley, and it will definitely be my last.My furniture was delivered on Friday, August 7. I was working and was in a meeting,so I did not immediately inspect every piece. I trusted that Ashley and the delivery team would deliver my furniture in new, undamaged condition.A few hours later, I inspected everything and discovered that the coffee table had been delivered damaged. I reported the issue right away and Since then, I have spoken to multiple representatives, opened a service ticket, and followed up several times, yet no one has contacted me regarding a replacement.What is most frustrating is that this damage should have been noticed before the table was loaded onto the truck or delivered to my home. Why was a damaged item sent to a customer in the first place?To date, there has been no resolution. When I called again today, I was told that my only option is to have the table repaired. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a brand-new coffee table, not a repaired one. If a repaired section fails later, will I be told it is no longer covered under warranty?I am extremely disappointed, especially considering this was supposed to be a white-glove delivery service. Instead, I received damaged furniture along with poor customer service and no accountability.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ashley to anyone. The lack of customer service, ownership, and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating.I have attached photos of the damage for reference.
Very helpful in helping us find the right pieces. Dillon took a lot of time with us and we were glad once again to invest in items for their store.
