Horrible experience !! I received a damaged product, and when I went back to exchange it, things only got worse. A kind lady initially tried to assist us, but a man abruptly stopped her and completely ignored us, showing zero regard for our concern. What made the situation worse was dealing with a staff member named Loveneet, who clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue respectfully, she argued with us as if we were at fault. There was no empathy, no solution — just blame and rudeness. It’s unfortunate how well they treat customers before a purchase, but once you've paid, there's absolutely no accountability or respect. This is not how you treat paying customers who trust your business with their hard-earned money. Never ever go to Ashley at Trinity Mall, Brampton.
