We just came in to look, but we ended up buying because of the outstanding service from Harpreet Singh (Sales Manager). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect furniture. His professionalism and excellent customer service made all the difference. We came to purchase a sofa set and met the General Manager, Mr\. Raza\. He asked us to have a seat, and we waited for more than 30 minutes\. During that time, he didn’t even bother to acknowledge us or provide an update\. Later, another staff member, Mr\. Singh, approached us, but his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional\. The level of customer service was simply unacceptable\. The three staff members were busy talking among themselves and completely ignored us, despite knowing we were waiting to make a purchase\. It was a complete waste of our time\. I would not recommend this store based on the poor customer service experience\.

Our purchase of recliners was amazing with a lot of help from Dhillon and guidance and support from the manager Raza, they both were a nice team and really helpful. Thanks guys, we are excited to receive our recliner set and make our basement theatre amazing
