I had a terrible encounter with Ashley. I will advise against purchasing any of their products, especially the bed Item. You'll pay a lot, but they'll give you a hard time and a defective product in exchange. which may be broken within two weeks after your purchase. Additionally, customer service makes it difficult to follow up. I purchased a bed, and within one month of use, it broke. After a lengthy follow-up, it was replaced, and we ended up purchasing a more expensive model with a power recliner. After two days after delivery, the electric recliner broke. When we reselected the bed and power recliner, the salesperson did not inform us that the power recliner is not replaceable. Additionally, customer service only offered repair options instead of replacement. So I would strongly advise you not to buy any of their products.
