Absolutely enraging and horrible service. I bought a seale mattress from Ashley with a guarantee from the employee that I could return it if there was a problem. Mind you, they even forced us to buy a protection plan. The mattress delivered in 2 weeks and when opened it had a stain, open product, and manufacture defect. We immediately contacted Ashley's customer care and managers and they refused to help saying we need to contact the manufacturer as it is a fault on their part. When we contacted the manufacturer they sent us to customer care and Ashley again. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still stuck with the mattress with no return and still no exchanged product. Everytime I call they either ignore it or keep delaying my request. Even went in person and was straight up told that they can not help. Why are they selling someone's elses product and can't even take responsibility for it. Never going to Ashley again and recommend no one else goes either.
