I spent nearly $3,000 on a couch and loveseat, only to be delivered items that were clearly used. This is completely unacceptable for furniture sold as new. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns about both product quality and customer service. I would not recommend buying from this store or ASHLEY . if you expect honesty and basic quality standards. Returned complete order after waiting so long for delivery.

Worst place to shop from. Bought $3000 mattress with 100 day trial prepaid for which i have to pay extra. After trying mattress for 30 days it wasn't comfortable so i decided i don't want it anymore and i called customer support to ask for return and refund, customer service team told me that refund is not a option. Only choice i have is to choose another mattress. So I went to store for other options. It turn out be that mattress was the best option from which i was not comfortable. I again asked for refund at the store. Store representative told me there are no customer service/ support in-store. For that I have to call on support number. After couple of days I called them and asked for return and refund, they told me again no refund policy. At this point I was really frustrated. I called customer service to exchange i matters with same model thinking of the one I bought might be defective. But customer service told thats not possible. So I talked with sales person she was able to do same model exchange. Then comes delivery of the new exchange mattress. Delivery guys came and tried to put mattress inside the house but due to cold weather mattress was frozen solid no flexibility at all. They asked me if they can out it garage. Which i refused since my garage is not insulated or heated. Called customer service for solutions, they failed to provide any reasonable solution. It's still ongoing, I will update if they come up with any solution. Don't expect refund even if you buy 100 nights trial
