We visited Ashley store today at Trinity mall. We had an excellent experience. Sales representative Dhillon and store manager Harpreet Singh helped us a lot to find right furniture for us with affordable price.
The delivery drivers for our mattress and sofa were amazing. Gurpreet and his partner were quick, respectful and handled everything carefully. They not only brought everything up 2 flights of stairs but they also set up the sofa in it's entirety. Great service
The store has vast list of home furnitures. The associate was very friendly and helped us to find the stuff I was looking for.
Updating the review by giving zero stars ,I was very impressed with the transition and all the promises made that my sofa will be 100% covered from any damage if I get the premium coverage.So as a good customer and to be at peace of mind I get the top notch coverage.Now that it’s time to use that coverage ,all hands got shrink out from Ashley customer support.I sent pics about the damage caused .The sheets on the base of sofa seating start coming off and stains marks from colours.which now is considered wear tear from usage and will not be covered by the top plan provided at the time of purchase.This is actual review and reflection to be seen by future customers to be very vigilant when they are purchasing at Ashley.Now that hammer got stuck on my head ,even though I am still under coverage and will not be covered.All the extra money spent is off no use.So I highly recommend not to buy any coverage of $300-400.You will be better off without coverage and can get it fixed outside at cheaper rates which I am now doing.To the Ashley support pls don’t try to msg on the post as your empty promises will not do any good.Overall I will not be visiting Ashley ever again and spent $4000 and lose my peace of mind and spend money on extra coverage.Lesson learned.Pls all customers,be vigilant don’t just accept what they say at your face ,they will find a way not to cover you.All the best.
