Absolutely horrible service in their customer service department! We had our couches delivered and they would not recline correctly. I called their customer service dept and we are going on 4 weeks and still waiting for a technician to come fix it!!! Never purchasing from Ashley Furniture again! What company doesn’t make sure that their products are in working condition before they deliver them?!?!?!?!?!?

This place bad service. I buy brand new but delivered old things. This is second time have issues. I loose 10% and 80$ for back pickup . I never use anymore from them.
