Very poor customer service. I bought a sofa and they said if it is too big just return it. As easy as that. Its been a month now and still here. Never been picked up. Product is not great for their price. I will never buy from Ashley again
Bought a mattress from Ashley. After a week the mattress came and was defective had stains and everything. Called guest care multiple times with no solution the sales team including aaliya does not care nor are they willing to help. Really disappointed with the entire experience never buying from Ashley again
Garbage furniture, please don’t buy Ashley . There is no option for zero rating they deserve 0. I bought 2 night tables, bed and dresser. All delivered with manufacturer defects. Tech came to fix and he didn’t have information about bed and night table. I am calling customer care today about 9.40 am. Voice msg says that I am calling after hours please call 9am to 7pm in weekdays 🤦🏼♂️.
Excellent service at the Ashley’s location at Trinity Common Mall. Will report back once we take deliver of the purchase. Dillon was our salesperson….ask for him.
We had such a great experience with Aaliya. She was so lovely and helped us look at and decide between the right couch for us. I ended up getting the couch online as she was away on her days off and I couldn’t wait until her next day in as we were without a couch and needed it asap. I just had to stop by and leave her a review for the amazing service she did provide us with. She is so knowledgeable and cordial. Such a lovely experience. Thank you Aaliya.
Recently we've purchased a mattress from the Ashley home store at the Trinity common mall in Brampton. We were very impressed with the interactions we had with the sales staff there. They were knowledgeable about the mattresses they sold and allowed us ample time and space to make our purchase decision without any undue pressure. Thank you.
