Disappointing Quality and Not as Described I am very disappointed with the quality of this sectional sofa, particularly the cushions. The cushion density provided at the time of delivery did not match what was stated and specifically mentioned in the order notes. Even after requesting and receiving replacement cushions, the issue has not been resolved. The replacement cushions are still very soft and appear to have a lower foam density than what was promised. The seats do not provide the firmness, support, or quality I expected based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase. The customer support is also the same stating to replace the cushion and will contact u afterwards Overall, I am not satisfied with the product or the resolution provided. I expected the replacement cushions to address the original issue, but unfortunately, the same problem remains. I would not recommend this sectional unless the cushion quality and foam density are clearly verified and matched to the specifications before delivery.

We just got out from here and this was my 5 th time i purchased some items from this store , everytime they dont have bags so we have to pick it up in our hands which is very difficult everytime secondly, they took 30 min for billing just for 2 pots. The billing man is showing much attitude that they dont care at all .
Very nice, clean, store with lots of floor models. The salesman Harpreet was friendly, low-pressure and patient despite my family having difficulty coming to an agreement on a sofa.
I bought some stuff from Ashley I bought cocktail table and one sofa set I got issue with table I bought stuff 4 months ago and after 3 weeks I have issues with table like wood chipping some area I complain to Ashley store they give me costume care number I talked online agents they tell they ll repair it I sent photos but 3 months they didn’t bother I complained so many time then they send table uper part and now 1 month already gone no body come to fit and no body flow up and then didn’t any e mail for flow up To bad service I got reply on my comment and they gave number after I sent all details on that number still I didn’t get any improvement nobody bother
