I spent nine thousand on a sofa set that is quite uncomfortable. After sale attention is not real. Staff is nice
Not going back to this store. They advertise “Price Match” and stated that “if the price goes cheaper within 60 days, they would honor it. We bought a couch from the store and 4 days later it was being sold online at a cheaper price. We went into the store and were told that they could not match it because the promotion was taken down at the end of the day even though we had screenshots of the price at checkout.
