It was my first time purchasing a couch, so I had a lot to learn and I have. I will never purchase a couch from Ashley’s furniture again. I spent 5,000 on a couch, we were advised to get warranty. When it came time we needed some assistance with upkeep such as pilling. We were told warranty is only covered for zippers and flattening of the cushions. Yet the sales man pushed for us to get this. I would go somewhere with better quality couches and furniture. Don’t waste your time here. It hasn’t even been 2 years and my couch has naturally turned to crap.
Aditi was phenomenal from the time we stepped in to the store -with her excellent and warm greeting, to cashing us out. She was very polite and patient with all of our inquiries. She’s so knowledgeable with the products that we actually ended up buying some items despite originally coming in to window shop. Amazing customer service and sales etiquette!
Very good delivery other than the damaged hardwood floor and a piece of hardware that didn’t work. Luckily we were able to use a spare screw that will work temporarily. Drivers should be provided with spare hardware to avoid this issue.
