Avoid Ashley store at Any Cost. I had the worst customer service experience ever at Ashley Furniture. Upon entering the store, there was no one at the front to assist or even acknowledge us. Two representatives were at the counter, but they completely ignored us, pretending to be busy with their work. It felt like they couldn't care less about helping customers. Even their inventory is disappointing compared to other furniture stores. It's a complete waste of time visiting this location. If you're in Belleville, save yourself the frustration and head to Brick instead. This store is simply not worth it.

My husband and I have had the absolute best experience with Ashley's home furniture store. Each and every employee has been so friendly so down to earth. They truly care about their customers and want to make sure you are happy no matter what. We bought this beautiful table, it did come with a black ink mark on top. Ashley's returned it right away. They ordered us a new table, delivered and put the table together. I definitely recommend this store to everyone. Excellent service
Everything about our shopping experience at the Ashley Store was exceptional. AB looked after my husband and I as though we were longtime, VIP clients. He is highly knowledgeable and not pushy at all, providing advice and information when we asked, but leaving us our space to browse and to talk about what we were thinking… Our chairs were ready for pickup on the date they were promised to us. We will definitely go back to see AB in the Ashley Store for our next furniture purchase.
We were shopping for a sectional sofa. AB was great to deal with and was very upfront about the quality of some of the products: not in an effort to up-sell but being honest. Was very accommodating. Selection was great and they worked with us to get the best price possible. Delivery was at our convenience and another great experience. Highly recommend this store. We will not hesitate to go back.

A great experience!! I called looking for a couch set... they made sure they had what I was looking for. We arrived everyone was kind and courteous. We got everything we needed and at a great deal! Sales people that are interested it what you want.... not what they need to sell!
