Beautiful store, fabulous customer service from ordering to delivery. Delivery was on time, delivery guys were very friendly and respectful of my home. We would highly reccomend shopping Ashley Belleville store.

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. I visited their store today with my friend to look for a queen size bed. There were two workers and third one at the counter. All three of them watched us walk-in. None of them greeted us. (Keeping in mind the store was not busy and we were the only customers in there at that point) I was looking to get a bed frame with mattress. As none of them asked or offered to help with what I was looking for, I was browsing through their self help display screen. I was very confused as it was my first time shopping for a whole bed set and I would have really appreciated some help or at least a general greeting. I walked out after 5 minutes. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

From the moment I walked into store, service was impeccable. AB was an amazing Sales Rep from start to finish. Delivery today went off without a hitch. Three gentlemen were hard workers and very respectful. I will definitely purchase from Ashley furniture in the future.
We went to Ashley in Belleville "just window shopping" for a sectional couch. The salespeople are great. They were friendly & helpful, but no pressure. We were left alone to shop at our own speed and found one we liked. They gave us a great deal and we ended up buying it. Delivery was quick and professional too. We'll go back to this place!
