CK and his team went above and beyond to make sure we got the deal of a lifetime on our new furniture. From holding it for us while our house was built, to delivering and making sure we loved where it was set before they left, and even adding felt pads to the feet because I didn’t have any. We were completely blown away by their customer service and attention to detail! Would highly recommend!

We had a terrific experience with Ashley Home Furniture store in Belleville. The sales person was so helpful. He helped us get the right table and chairs for our space. The delivery was on time and assembled by two very nice gentlemen. All employees were very caring and pleasant. I would highly recommend the store in Belleville. 😃

I have to mention that we bought a dining room table in November, with delivery scheduled for mid December. Delivery didn't happen as the table and chairs weren't available till January. Low and behold, CK, sales rep, called and offered us a loaner to get us through the holidays, which they delivered, and today, Jan 9, he called and said our table and chairs have arrived. Sure enough, he and his co-hort delivered the items this afternoon, set them up and took away the loaner. Can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and personability. Yea team.
Exceptional customer service from Ab. He helped me find the right size furniture to fit my small home, was able to expedite the delivery and followed up with a call to ensure all was good. Ab was fantastic to work with, any future furniture purchases I have, I will just go to AB at Ashley Furniture. Very good and his witty sense of humor and charm doesn’t hurt! Also, the delivery team were excellent! Very professional. Absolutely happy with the entire experience.
