Well after confusion on shipping dates and not all pieces to be arriving (even after the email confirmed order), we finally received our recliner and mattress and base set. One little concern with sofa top back - seems to be stitched funny. Guys were great and arrival time was within 5 minutes of projection.
I mean to do this back in October and then life got busy! I tried to buy a couch from Leon’s in Collingwood back in October and was met with sales people who had no idea how their own financing program worked. So I left VERY unhappy. It was an Ashley couch so I decided to go to the source. I’m so glad I did! They staff were amazing, friendly and quite funny! They also happened to know what they were doing which after the unfortunate events at Leon’s I was very happy to find. Bought the couch and have been happy with it ever since! Delivery was quick and easy. Arrived on time and installed in moments. I recommend this team and their furniture to anyone who sits on my couch!

So far so good. Matt in the Barrie store was great ! Seemed very honest on opinions on couches which I appreciate. Gave the best deal and also helped me with a previous order for replacement on an item from a few years ago which the Newmarket store slammed the case shut and manager there stopped answering my calls regarding it.
