Walking into Ashley HomeStore Barrie was a breath of fresh air. We were greated kindly and left to explore! Our salesperson David, lovely person, helped us with all our needs. He educated us and answered all of our questions and concerns. He had a great sense of humor, was just a delight to work with to find our perfect purchase! I highly recommend him to anyone searching for their perfect purchase! Delivery was fast and white glove service. Will most definitely be back to purchase more! This review is based on the Ashley product (reclining couch/love seat, customer service of warranty) and not a store location. Bought the product 3rd week of March, delivered following week. Within few hours of delivery noticed a damaged faceplate (device that holds reclining buttons, USB port) on the liveseat. Called the store, they said to call the warranty dept and it would "easily" be addressed. Far from it.... The replacement piece took approx 2.5 weeks to be shipped to us. Instructions were once it arrived to call warranty dept to schedule technician to swap out part.was told by warranty dept 1.5 weeks will get a call from technician advising when they can come. By end of April hadn't heard anything. Went back to warranty dept and asked for update, they advised us technician is scheduled for Wed May 8 during daytime. Then they called again and said they had to reschedule to Fri May 10 between 5pm-8pm. That didn't work for us, so asked for another date and was offered May 31st. I feel this is far to long for a simple repair that should have never taken 2 months. This repair (swap of damaged part) is simple. I can easily do it myself and have now chosen to do so.. I originally requested tech to do it out of principle. On top of this the quality of Ashley Couch and Loveseat is poor. Cushions already sagging, after only 2 months of use. And it not like we live on our furniture.. it's honestly used maybe 4hrs each evening. Granted it has been many years since we've purchased new furniture. But I would have thought for $6,800. I would have received something worth while. I find the quality of this specific Ashley furniture poor, and their "Service after the Sale" disgusting. If I could return this product we 100% would. Very disappointed.

Ordered a mirror to be delivered to the store for pick up. After waiting three weeks for it the store randomly cancelled my order without even letting me know, and then proceeded to pocket some of the refund for a "cancellation fee" even though THEYRE the ones who cancelled it, NOT ME!!! And I have to find out by randomly recieving only part of my refund in my bank account and then when confronted about stealing from me theyre complete jerks about it, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Don't think the store actually sells furniture. Pretty sure they sell fake stuff and then "refund you" so they can keep your money and not have to give you anything in return. This company is literally a bunch of crooks.
