Bad customer service Unacceptable Delays I had a very bad experience at this location. I ordered a bed four months ago, and I am still waiting for it. Every week, I visit the store to ask about my order, but the person sitting at the customer service counter keeps telling me it is coming soon. When I asked why it had been delayed for four months, he became angry and told me he was not the CEO and that I should go ask them. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and he showed no concern for my situation. I also asked the sales lady where my bed was. She told me that because it was a pickup order, the delay was expected. She even suggested that if I purchased something else, such as a sofa, she would make sure it was delivered sooner. This response was very disappointing and made me feel that my existing order was not being taken seriously. Waiting four months for an order without a clear explanation or proper customer service is unacceptable. The staff need to improve their attitude, communication, and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location and would not recommend it based on my experience.
Matt was the salesman that I dealt with for this purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to give me a great price and explained the delivery process clearly. It was a very positive experience.
