The salesman Matt Gambacurta is excellent at his job and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Would recommend him and the store to friends and family.
Sales people are nice. Quality of furniture horrible. I paid $4000 for a dining set and was told to buy the warranty, never thought I would need to use it a week after was delivered. Chairs coming apart by the seams, chair legs coming apart literally, cracked chair, table wobbly, chairs came chipped, such a horrible experience and one I won’t make the mistake of doing again. Head office refuses to let customers speak to managers upon request, there isn’t even a department for complaints. Was planning on buying multiple bedroom sets, mattresses and sofas but will be going elsewhere. AFTER BAD EXPERIENCE: - My previous review stated 1 star but has now been changed to 5 star based on my experience with Rose. Thank you to Rose for being so professional and listening to my concerns and validating that customers can actually speak to a manager if requested. She was polite, eager to help me and valued me as a customer.

Had a great experience at the store; low pressure but very informative. And delivery was quick, everything was assembled in no time, and they were even able to remove and rehang my door when it ended up getting in the way. Also very helpful in taking my old couch and loading it into the back of my truck.
The staff were amazing to deal with! From the sales lady to the guys who help load the truck. Very helpful and curtious!
We ordered the Midnight Madness 2 piece sofa with the chaise and oversized ottoman. The first time it came it couldn’t fit through the door so we were so upset and went to look for another style but we were set on that style cause it’s the nicest and softest style they sell. We finally went with the armless sofa but kept the chaise and ottoman and they all fit in this time and it looks soooo great. Thanks to the delivery men who tried a few times and finally got it in. I can say how much help the salesman Warren from the Barrie store was on helping us through out the whole ordeal and the drivers on doing their best. I suggest you measure your doors and hallways to make sure your purchase fits as we never really thought of that at the beginning lol. I will always go back to Ashley’s for all our future home furniture and recommend them to anyone that needs furniture.
