Had a great experience at Ashley furniture today. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Tarik who took the time to explain the current promotions. We were able to explore at our own pace and never felt pressured by any staff, which is a very nice touch compared to other stores. The store was very clean and the layout is spacious. We left to go look at other stores but came right back to Ashley after realizing they do have top notch furniture. While making the purchase Tarik explained the delivery process and the whole experience was amazing. Thank you Tarik for making our transaction today so smooth!!!

Matt the sales guy at the Barrie Ashley is one of a kind. Go there for a throw pillow and leave with a livingroom suite. He's the best. And I'm in trouble. The manager on the other hand seemed like a real piece of work no smiles, no greetings, face in his phone or barking orders at people. Not a good vibe from him.
Excellent I was able to browse and get a feel for everything without a salesperson following me around, they were polite, helpful and friendly but not to the point of being annoying. Both salesperson were very helpful.
