⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today (August 3, 2026), we visited the Ashley store in Barrie, and we had an outstanding experience with Patricia. We had previously visited two other Ashley locations, but unfortunately, our experiences there were not very positive. Patricia completely changed our impression. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choices. She guided us through everything—from selecting colors and matching furniture to planning the layout of our home. Her advice was thoughtful and never pushy, which made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to her excellent service, we ended up purchasing nearly $9,000 worth of furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. It was absolutely worth driving from North York to Barrie to work with Patricia. We truly hope to continue working with her in the future, and we’ll do our best to make all of our future furniture purchases from Ashley through Patricia.
