Very disappointed with our experience at Ashley Furniture. We spent over an hour discussing two clearly different beds with different names. The salesperson told us they were similar in price and offered to get us into the bed I preferred for $500 more. We agreed, shook hands, and he even started the paperwork. After we left briefly to grab something to eat, he called saying he had “made a mistake.” After spending that much time reviewing the beds, I don’t understand how this could happen. Even when I gave him the opportunity to provide a corrected price, he couldn’t offer anything reasonably close to what we had agreed on. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I have purchased from Ashley before, but I will not be returning.
