Incredible staff and service! I highly suggest seeing Robert for any furniture needs. He will find you the best deal for whatever you are looking for. Deanna is also amazing. We are so happy with our purchase. We went in for a couch and found an amazing deal on a dining room set as well. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

No matter which Ashley location we browse, we ALWAYS end up at the barrie location so Carlos D can help us through all our shopping needs and wants! He is always so helpful and always gives us new ideas and options throughout the store. He knows his products so well, and is the most polite helping his customers!

UPDATE: emailed the customer service contact as suggested by the reply. No response. Clearly this company replies to reviews in an attempt to look great. I continue having issues with this order. Customer service is a complete nightmare. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Customer service is great up until you actually purchase a piece of furniture. We had an issue with our purchase (sent the wrong piece of furniture). Only to be dodged by sales associate and manager. Would highly recommend going to a different Ashley Furniture location!

Warren was incompetent. I purchased items that were on clearance and located in the Barrie store which I clearly said I would be picking up myself at a later date only for them to ship the items an hour and a half away delaying all my plans. Warren, through email was condescending and off side. I’d save yourself the hassle and buy your furniture else where. The delivery drivers would not put the item in the doorway for me either, what a stupid company, they don’t understand the value of making their customers happy. I’ll never again do business with this place.
