We ordered the Midnight Madness 2 piece sofa with the chaise and oversized ottoman. The first time it came it couldn’t fit through the door so we were so upset and went to look for another style but we were set on that style cause it’s the nicest and softest style they sell. We finally went with the armless sofa but kept the chaise and ottoman and they all fit in this time and it looks soooo great. Thanks to the delivery men who tried a few times and finally got it in. I can say how much help the salesman Warren from the Barrie store was on helping us through out the whole ordeal and the drivers on doing their best. I suggest you measure your doors and hallways to make sure your purchase fits as we never really thought of that at the beginning lol. I will always go back to Ashley’s for all our future home furniture and recommend them to anyone that needs furniture. Purchased the Cariton Rectangle Coffee Table here on January 25, 2025. I asked if it was real wood and they said yes, as I have been searching for a large wood coffee table for a while now. The table has starting chipping, it is definitely not wood, one of the cheapest quality, I have owned this table for about 45 days TODAY. We haven’t even used it, as it is in my guest room living area.
I have purchased a number of items from the Ashley Home Store in Whitby, Ont so now that I live in Barrie going to Ashley Home Store in Barrie was my first choice to look for a new sofa. I am glad it was because the service was excellent as usual. There are so many choices for furnishing every room in your home. For now I have purchased the sofa I was looking for...for now. I will definitely be going back for perhaps a new bedroom suite I have my eye on.
Not happy that both of my purchases weren’t scheduled for same day drop off ; as told it would be. I now have to make another call to schedule another date for drop off and continue to go without.
We just bought a couch and Matt was phenomenal! He gave us great info to consider and made the whole process smooth and easy! We would highly recommend him for any furniture assistance and we will definitely ask for him again when we buy our next item! 😉 Deanna was helpful with our checkout process, as well!
