We have been to other furniture stores looking for a new sectional for quite some time and we ultimately purchased from here. Definitely satisfied with the customer service and the furniture.

Scam. The delivery guy who delivered my bed set broke my balcony mesh window and he submitted a claim for it right after he broke it. 2 weeks later they declined the claim and said it is pre existing and refused to let me speak to a manager. The bed set came with multiple scratches and tilted drawers and I have struggling for 2 weeks now to get these issues fixed and push my claims forward. Btw, i submitted my claims within the 48 hours claims period. They exhaust you with the back and forth communication until you are done with it
The Barrie Ashley team is always great to deal with and so helpful and knowledgeable especially Tarik this is the second time we have delt with him and he was amazing both times.
Great in-store experience with excellent customer service, but delivery was a big letdown. We paid for white glove service, and the crew refused to complete it. They also spoke to each other in their own language when we asked questions, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointed after such a promising start. It was embarrassing and disappointing especially for the price and expectations that come with shopping at Ashley.
I purchased a couch from Ashley in Barrie. Friends advised against based on their past experiences. I decided to go ahead because the couch seemed so comfortable in the store. I purchased the extended warranty in case I had issues after the purchase. Well it was only 6 months after the purchase that I noticed the material was degrading. The fabric was starting to ball up in areas. We do not have pets or kids and we are retired. I decided that I would create a claim. I sent photos of the damage and the number for my claim. I recieved an answer a week later. The answer said that this type of damage was not something the warranty covers. The warranty was over $200. Then recently I received a phone call from Rose at Ashley. I explained my frustration. She was very apologetic. She offered to replace the cushions. I suggested the material was the issue so that wouldn't fix the problem. Rose then offered a full price credit. We agreed and we have just received the replacement. We love it. I want thank Rose for the wonderful service. I am hoping that this sofa will wear better.
