The experience with Ashley's was exception. David was awesome and very helpful.
Get two sofas and chair form Barrie location, wery pleased with sales rep on the floor. All challenges came with delivery. One sofa came damaged and that the start of frustration. Customer service gives you fols promises and set fols expectations. Never come back or give back a call or any other vay to communicate with you. Since November 25th (I believe) 2025 and till now (already December 17th 2025) no one can give as at least and idea when our issue will be addressed. My recomendation: if you see any damage on your items do NOT accept delivery and ask them to take it back (do not trust in repairing team will fix it for you). Then you may have a chance to get a replacement or your money back. In our situation we are stuck No item (means not damaged) and No money back.

I recently purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley Home Store. I am so pleased with the sofa, I love it. Matt my sales representative was amazing, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The delivery showed up in a snow blizzard, rain or shine I guess. I will definitely shop at Ashley’s again:))

It’s beautiful and quality furniture. The delivery was right on time, even during a snow storm. They were fast and clean and took all the packaging away! We had a lovely salesperson that assisted us at the store. Added to the order and that salesperson was very helpful. Reminders of delivery were very good. I asked that they call before delivery, they didn’t and it caused the driver to pass our house as Google Maps are wrong. I know I didn’t need white glove service but I didn’t think they would leave the furniture outside, I thought they would bring it in the house. We haven’t bought furniture in years and a lot has changed in our expectation. They did explain it but we visualized a different experience. The driver assistant was friendly and helpful (not the driver). Our furniture looks absolutely great
