We were on the hunt for a sectional couch and had spent hours going from store to store around Barrie and were disappointed with the selection and colour options available. We ended up meeting a FANTASTIC associate, Matt, who set us up with exactly what we had envisioned for our living room, a beautiful modular sectional in a colour that wasn’t grey or white. He was so friendly and respectful to our experience, wasn’t pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with us going over options to meet our needs and we very much appreciated the time and attention he gave us. Because of Matt, we will be repeat customers for our future purchases when furnishing our new home. Thank again Matt for all your help, we will see you again soon!

I bought a sofa from Ashley Barrie in April, and it arrived damaged. I reported it right away and was told a ticket was created for repair or replacement. It’s now been over 3 months, and nothing has been fixed. Every time I call, I’m told they’re “waiting for a part” — no updates, no accountability. I left a review and was approched by Ashley, my issue was resolved within days. Sofa was exchanged and credit was posted into my account that was due. I was happy with the service so I shopped again - this time with better experience. Thank You Ashley
