We came to this location after visiting other Ashley stores and received excellent customer service from Robert. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient. He shared his expertise, made helpful recommendations, and guided us in choosing the best product for our needs.

It was a terrible experience Right from the sales guy to your financial company Your sales guy cancelled our delivery date and didn’t tell us They delivered the wrong colour furniture And I got a run around around when I went to pay my bill Terrible service and it seems like no one cares I won’t shop their again unless Ashley gives me a compensation for all the trouble we had

I can't say more than how amazing Matt was at getting us the perfect sectional and for the best price. And then to top it off it got to our door in 5 days. Delivery was smooth. No issues. Thank you Ashley Furniture Barrie. We will definitely be back and will refer you to everyone. 😀
