Robert just helped us in choosing and purchasing a King upholstered bedframe. He is very personable and very knowledgeable. What a pleasure it was being looked after by him. Robert covered all the details without overloading us with information and he was patient and friendly and positive. I would recommend anybody shopping at Ashley's to ask for Robert.
I got a mattress and boxspring just over $1000. The bed is good it would of gotten a higher review if I don't have to walk through doors just to get a boxspring. When I whent to go pick up my new bed I wasn't told my boxspring as being delayed because of them. I had the mattress with no boxspring for a month before I got my boxspring. I fight tooth and nail just to get the boxspring even tried to get one just for a untill i got mine but they refused to lend one. They decided gave me free delivery instead with bring it in to my place but when they did delivery it all they just gave it to me at my front door and left. They didn't really do anything for there mistake. No reduction of the cost no reimbursement. Like omg free delivery like I need that I was there to pick it up I wasn't even notified that my boxspring was broken because of them no call no email not even a text nothing. I don't recommend a company that does this all they care about is themselves. Just go look somewhere else this company is a joke
My wife and I recently bought a bed from Ashley Homes in Barrie, Ontario, and the service was outstanding! Matt was incredibly helpful, funny, and knowledgeable, making our shopping experience both enjoyable and stress-free. The manager (whose name escapes me) was equally amazing, providing top-notch support(and discounts😁) and ensuring everything went smoothly. Amazing service. I was notified 2 days before delivery of the process. with a link to the tracking device. I was later notified of the approximate time of delivery, which was followed by a text letting me know I was the 6th delivery that day. I was able to track the truck all morning long. The delivery was within the estimated time estimate. Three delivery men took great care with my furniture. They were polite and very pleasant. Best delivery experience I've ever had!
Great experience purchasing a bed with Andrew’s assistance. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we haven’t experienced the delivery yet.

We just recently bought furniture from the Ashley Furniture Home store in Barrie and I must say we had the most pleasant experience we've had in a long time. Our journey started with our sales associate Andrew who such a delight to deal with - very helpful and friendly. Delivery was arranged within 5 business days and the delivery men Joba and Kingley were amazing (and funny!l They took great care moving the furniture in and setting it all up. Would highly recommend considering Ashley Furniture as they have such tasteful selections - we still have more furniture to purchase and look forward to a repeat experience! Thanks so much! ❤️🥰
