We recently purchased a sofa bed from the Barrie store. No complaints with the sales person he did well by us however the delivery staff dropped the ball. Two chaps showed up and really didn’t seem to have a clue on how to get it into the house. They almost died carrying it up three steps then were at a loss on how to get it in the house. I seriously doubted if they had ever moved anything before. If I had not been there they probably would still be outside trying to figure out how to get it in. At 71 years old with an heart condition I ended up with a sore back So much for the “white glove” delivery service at a cost of $160.00

Save your money the furniture is absolute third rate we bought two recliner sofas from here less than year ago and they look as if they were bought 20 yrs before. In less than a year the frame has warped, the fabric has completely pilled and bobbles everywhere and the reclining sections drag and hit the floor below. It’s become extremely uncomfortable to the point we avoid sitting on them. A sofa on the side of the road would be better. The extended warranty is a complete joke, you upload pictures never get a call back and when you do you are transferred to customer service in another country that has zero clue what you are complaining about and then get told to contact another department. When following up with them get rudely told they will show up when they show up. Lastly the best part the service centre will randomly ship out parts what they think will fix the issue. Complete garbage avoid at all costs
The selection is contemporary and with the times. Great staff. Very helpful. Reasonable price compared to other furniture stores. One recommendation, for smaller items there should be no delivery charge and the item should be brought inside the house. Eg. sectional

From we entered Ashley Store in South Barrie our experience was good. Matthew took his time with us and made the sale. The furniture arrived on time and the delivery men were very polite and respectful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They removed our old furniture then brought in the new. All round excellent service.

She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient and made my whole experience, effortless very polite staff and will definitely visit this location again. John
