I have absolutely nothing but praise for my experience with Ashley’s in Barrie from the start. I was acknowledged and offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. They left us alone to look around and were available whenever we had a question. We pretty much decided on a kitchen set but decided to wait and be sure our sale person was Lana Smith. I expressed interest in a couple of items. She followed up with a email and thanked us for coming in. We took our time and went back yesterday she wasn’t in but a gentleman (Warren) helped and said she was back today. I called this morning and made the purchase over the phone. Robert is a great salesman we’re very happy, but as far as the customer service is deplorable we buy Ashley top of the line sofa and love seat and when we received it the couch was broken NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I will never shop at Ashley’s again we have been waiting for over a month or more to get this fixed No one in customer service has ever called us or even called me about a date for repair.!!
