The salesperson was very helpful and polite. Discussed many options. Was never pushy. Got us through the process of the purchase very quickly.
I had the worst experience with this place. Nobody is trustworthy. I specifically asked them to deliver my sofa before my son’s birthday, but they failed to do so. The lady named Courtney purposely ignored my calls. I also asked her to let me speak with the salesperson who sold me the sofa, Dev Gadhvi, but she didn’t even pass along my message or transfer my call. She was extremely rude and made no effort whatsoever to reschedule my delivery. When I asked to speak with the store manager or supervisor, she refused to transfer my call to them as well. Their customer service is terrible, and the way they handled the situation felt dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend trusting this store.

When we received our order, everything was in great condition and exactly what we expected. The staff who delivered and installed our dining table were also very kind, respectful, and professional.
