⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Sales and After-Sales Service It took me about two weeks before writing this review because I wanted to thoroughly test everything and experience both the product and the service before sharing my feedback. We recently purchased a sofa recliner and rocker recliner from Ashley Furniture, and our overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Jerad, the manager, was a great help throughout the sales process. He and the rest of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We took time to try different sofas and recliners to find the right fit. Initially, we chose one recliner, but my husband preferred a model with a rocker feature. Jerad listened to our needs, was mindful of our budget, explained the features and benefits of each option, and ultimately helped us choose the perfect set for our home. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. I even requested an earlier delivery date after placing the order, and customer service was very accommodating. Whenever we couldn’t reach someone immediately, they always returned our call within the same day. Delivery was on time and professional. After installation, we noticed a couple of issues—a USB charging port on the sofa wasn’t working properly, and the rocker recliner had a mechanism problem. We contacted Ashley, and their after-sales service was just as impressive as the sales experience. A replacement was scheduled within about a week, and they replaced both the defective part and the chair. Everything is now working perfectly. We are very happy with both the furniture and the service we received. From the sales process to delivery and after-sales support, the experience was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to family and friends.
