I do not recommend this store. Delivery was promised on a certain date, and when I FOLLOWED UP after nothing was heard from the store or the Salesman (Gabriel Penney), I was told the delivery wasn't scheduled. At time of purchase a deposit was taken and we were told (apparently incorrectly) by the Salesman that the balance would be taken from the visa we placed the deposit with. Not so! We were not contacted to confirm the balance and complete the transaction, and the Salesman now lies and says we were told WE HAD TO contact the store to complete the purchase (pay balance) before delivery could be scheduled. So after discovering the product wouldn't be delivered as promised we wanted to cancel the purchase. They refused and said we would lose the deposit, so were forced to wait another whole week to get the delivery. Poor transaction all around. Regret the purchase already.

Great service and information
Excited to purchase a new couch and loveseat at a great price from Ashley Home Store in Dartmouth! Gabe was excellent to work with - knowledgeable, yet gave us space to look and make decisions. Would happily purchase from him and this store again.
Steve Miller was an excellent salesman, given us time to browse around while periodically checking in. We purchased living room set, fireplace tv stand, table set, entrance bench and counter stools. Steve is friendly and informative without being pushy, allowing us time to make our decision. He is definitely an asset to your sales team.
