We were looking for almost a full condo of furniture when we went into Ashley. We were met by Nivedha with a friendly smile and an assurance that she would assist us in our quest. She was excellent and knew the products, their specifics and the country of origin. We purchased several items and she was most helpful. We had to return to change a few smaller items and she was again most professional and helpful. She did not use any pressure to maintain our order and we actually increased our purchase with another item. She was an excellent sales person and a fine representative of Ashley.
We have been Ashley Furniture "people" for a while now. We have used Stephen Miller for all of our purchase and really enjoyed the process. Stephen takes the time to understand your needs, wants and concerns and listens for a solution. Stephen also makes sure that his customers get answers, solutions when things don't pan out or something happens. I would highly recommend asking for Stephen next time you are in.
We had an awesome experience! Our sales man was helpful and not pushy!!!! We will definitely be going back the next time we need a new piece of furniture.
The young woman who was our salesperson did an amazing job of providing us with all the necessary information without the need to be aggressive. We appreciated that! The delivery was in the allotted time with extra care being demonstrated by the delivery technicians.

From the moment we walked in the store, right up to the time the item was delivered, it has been a great experience. In store we were treated with respect, the employee was knowledgeable & friendly. Delivery was quick and hassle free. They were early, and called prior to arriving. The delivery guys were polite and efficient.

It's not the Ashley Store but the Company. In December, I purchased an Ashley Chesterfield/Loveseat set through a local Furniture store(Good Reputation for customer service). The Chesterfield was in stock and I received it, the Loveseat was ordered. Near end of February, I received a call from the Furniture store that due to the Tariffs between the USA and Canada, Ashley Furniture will not be delivering this product. The Furniture store offered a refund for the Loveseat. I explained that this is unacceptable. I purchased and paid for a set, and 2 months is long enough time to have the Loveseat delivered. From Ashley Furniture, it was decided that as the Chesterfield was at my house for 2 months, they would not accept a return or provide a refund. I am left with a Chesterfield that Ashley Furniture has decided after more than sufficient time to not honor the purchase to deliver the matching piece, and not to provide a refund with return of Chesterfield so that we can look at purchase of a matching set. I have searched online, and US stores do have the product available. If you are going to purchase an Ashley product, keep in mind, you are purchasing a product from the USA, and if the store doesn't have the complete set in stock, do not agree to a backorder, just walk away.
