Excellent service from them
We had a fantastic experience shopping for furniture at this Ashley's location. The store had a great selection, but what really made the visit stand out was our sales associate, Jill. Jill was incredibly helpful, offering guidance without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her pleasant attitude made the whole process easy, and she struck the perfect balance between being available when we needed her while also giving us space to explore on our own. Upon delivery, everything arrived as we expected. Communication from the main office as well as the delivery company was spot on.
Great product but a little pricey, Nivedha from the atrium location was very nice and helpful, it was what we were looking for.
Our sales associate, Jill Roland was excellent! We were indecisive going in, and Jill was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She guided us toward a decision we're happy with, without any sales pressure. Great experience!
I chose a Trulani dresser and night stand from Ashley. The items were not in stock and had to be ordered. Both Jared and Gary were extremely helpful in setting up the order. Delivery was five weeks early and the delivery men were polite, careful and very efficient. Communication was immediate with any questions I had.Thanks to the sales, accounting and delivery staffs.
