I purchased a sectional in 2022, and it only lasted me a year and a 1/2. I Purchased the full warranty with it, Assuming that this will cover the seams, the stitching or the material that holds the couch together as I was told by the sales representative that it would. When calling the insurance for the couch, they advise me, They don't cover anything of that sort, They won't send you new cushions if there is a tear in the cushion, They won't help you if the stitching is poorly done or the couches poorly made. I spent roughly twenty three hundred dollars on this sectional for it to only last a year and a half... I advise people when you go and get a couch from Ashley furniture. Any place that sells furniture, Make sure it is durable and Do the research on insurance first? Because it's just gonna be a waste of money if you don't.

Edit; the purchase was from a year ago; we started calling a month after ; shortly after they arrived. We waited to use all avenues of corrections (including protection coverage against my credit card - that worked. ) so if Ashely wants me to prove proof of their lies I'd be glad to. Also I don't do reviews regularly and google prompted me to review here because I was getting pet food next door and went "oh yeah" The answers they copied and pasted down below were the exact same answers they gave me back then lol. Their warehouse is *not* immune to infestations in their products, and they will not help you if an outlier occurs. Full stop. Glad credit card protection is a thing. Also, you didn't address the glaring issues of the warranty plan you sold us, but again, buyer beware. My mother is a old senior and you said "you won't have any worries" . Glad your sales person got their commission. Try again. End of edit. Bought 2 chairs from here, and when they arrived from the warehouse, 1 was infested with bed bugs. Called the store and they refused to talk to me about this issue. The purchase was actually done by my mother while I payed with my credit card, so she called in and again, they refused to acknowledge issue of liability, or offer any kind of exchange or solution. We had purchased a protection plan, but this wasn't something covered by them. Weirdest part, only 1 of the 2 chairs had it. They kept trying to tell me the place was infected. Seeing it's my mother's home, we had Orkin come, and confirmed no infection in the premises, and only one chair. They were dumbfounded, and the infestation was deep inside the chair (faux leather, powered recliner) and they advised any of their treatments because of how deep the nest was would destroy the chair (faux leather blocks steam from outside, would have to rip upholstery to get inside), so rather than pay them to do that, we cut it up, and kicked it to the curb. The other chair we have is starting to fall apart, and again, warranty won't cover it. Read the fine print on the warranty - if it's wood, or the wood breaks, it is considered abuse or abnormal and only the material/fabrics and mechanical component are covered. My mother is 100lbs soaking wet, definitely did not abuse this chair.
