DONT WAST YPUR TIME, ENERGY and MONEY with this Company. On November 14, we visited the store to purchase a sofa. Since we weren’t sure if it would fit in our space, we made a deposit to hold the sofa while we confirmed the measurements. We were also given a tentative delivery date in case we decided to proceed. On November 18, we called back to confirm the order and finalize the delivery date for November 23. However, the store informed us that the delivery couldn’t because the truck was already full(🤡). They rescheduled it for November 30 instead. GUESS WHAT?! On November 29, the day before the new delivery date, we received a call saying the sofa was damaged and that we’d have to wait an additional 2 WEEKS. While this was frustrating, we assumed they would automatically reschedule the delivery once the sofa arrived. (The lady on the call said “it will be delivery to in 2 WEEKS) By the second week of December, we called to check on the status of the sofa and it was in the store, but no delivery had been scheduled. So, we confirmed the delivery date for December 21. We called three times throughout the week to make sure everything was on track. SOCK NOW, just a few hours before the scheduled delivery on December 21, we received a call saying it wasn’t possible to deliver the sofa that day(without any explanation). They had offered December 30 to delivery. But, after expressing how unacceptable this was, they finally agreed to reschedule the delivery for December 23. We have now been waiting over a month and a half for this sofa. The constant delays, miscommunication, and lack of proper scheduling have been extremely frustrating and disrespectful to us as customers. I WANT MY SOFA ON DECEMBER 23, If this is not an option for you Ashley, make me a favor DONT CALL TO ME, JUST CANCEL MY ORDER. So I can buy into other store with more respect and commitment with the customer. This was the first and last time buying with you, and to make sure, I will not recommend to ANYBODY! Ps: the order was made by my partner Ariel Coronetti

Today we were shopping for a headboard and frame for our King Bed and Rose Marie was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, courteous and helpful. We purchased a set it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you

In general was ok but couldn't agree on a damaged sofa price. And person rolled theirs eyes while talking so only bought other items.
Excellent service from our young Nigerian salesperson. Could not have asked for more in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Prices are the best in the Moncton area.
Not very happy Ordered a sofa and recliner and when delivered got a couch and loveseat. Told them to bring back loveseat I had ordered a recliner. They told me that they will reorder recliner will receive it in 2 weeks. It's been almost a month no chair. I called again. I was told they had to reorder it. It wasn't ordered 😕.
No zero stars available so 1 for this store Ordered a set of 4 chairs that were supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. It took more than a month and the chairs were damaged (even with nails coming out of the chair). The store promised to replace them asap, it took another month+ to get the new set of 4 chairs BUT one of them was DIFFERENT AND DAMAGED. The store tried to leave that different chair but I did not accept it, so they promised I will get the pending chair but do not provide any clear information about the model and any tentative delivery date. AVOID AT ALL COST Product Quality: Terrible Customer Service: Terrible
We have bought furniture here several times. They are knowledgeabl but won't shop here again now because of the push for getting insurance on the furniture you are buying.
