Most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Greg…he was knowledgeable of what was an available in the store and made the shopping experience quite pleasant….we had some concerns about the quality of some items on the floor, he addressed and satisfied our concerns….
At the beginning of January 2025 I ordered furniture for delivery. I was supposed to get a call when the delivery is scheduled to arrive. The only communication I received is when I called to ask when. Today January 29th I was told February 19th it's scheduled for delivery. That's 43 days or 12% of a year. I cancelled the order and said it's a good thing you don't deliver furniture for a living.
