We had a great experience, we found what we were looking for and the salesperson Alex, was pleasant and made everything easy.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I want to share my recent experience with this store in particular. I ordered a neymorton bedroom set in the beginning of August 2025. I was told that the set would be delivered around middle of October 2025. I was okay with it. The salesperson forgot to add the bed rails to the order, which he later refused to acknowledge, i have the order copy for reference with the cancellation copy. So they called me day before the delivery that the rails are not there and they would have to order that part and they could deliver the night stands and dresser and mattress and not the bed as there was one missing part and now I have to pay more for that part. I refused to accept the order. Whats the point of getting everything else when there is no bed. On being asked several times via phone calls I came to know that the bed could be delivered to me in January 2026. I asked several times to speak with the store manager and the front desk and salesperson didn’t connect me to the busiest store manager of the world. Despite them messing up my order, they wanted me to come to store and talk to the manager and find alternatives. I can understand logistics can take time, but unprofessionalism can be addressed via an email or a phone call. The salesperson who seem to be only interested in earning the commission, didn’t think it was his duty to check on customer and whether the order is being fulfilled. Neither he ever called to apologize for the delay or goof up he did. I understand they are not paid enough but how much time it takes to call and inform the customer. Just imagine my level of frustration. I am buying stuff worth. 5-6 grand and they didn’t care a dime about it, I cancelled the order ultimately. They were very quick to address that because they messed up bad and didn’t want to bear the cost of the part they forgot to order in first place. Anyway, I am extremely disappointed with the service and the management for not addressing incompetency, miscommunication and unprofessional behaviour. Be careful when you walk in and place orders with them, and make sure to ask the salesperson if they placed every part of the furniture item you have ordered.
Based on a recent family experience, there is not a chance I would ever purchase from Ashley in the future. The front end sales team and the back end coordination team are completely disconnected, and it's led to an incredible amount of mistakes on Ashley's end just to get something delivered. First, I will say that the front end sales staff is excellent. Not a single issue with them, and communication was great. All the issues stemmed from the back end logistics. - Being given incorrect information - Damaged furniture being delivered even though Ashley knew ahead of time it was damaged, but they committed to coming back and replacing it (even before it was originally delivered), and then after it was delivered they claimed they could not replace it because it was out of stock. Absolute bait-n-switch tactics, completely unacceptable. - Delivery drivers having the incorrect address on file, even though the business called to confirm the address 3 times. They still listed it wrong. Delivery drivers called multiple times because they could not find the place (business incorrectly put the address down). - The person in charge of all this doesn't even live in Moncton, she lives in Nova Scotia. It's just a mess. I see other reviews mentioning this as well. Because of this recent experience, I nor the rest of my family on either side would ever consider purchasing anything here. It has nothing to do with product, and everything to do with poor execution and avoidable mistakes on the business end. This location needs better logistics and process staff or procedures.
We went to Ashley’s in Moncton today to browse for some furniture for my appartment. The service was great. We couldn’t ask for a better sales advisor than Sammy Halder. He was very friendly, helpful, patient and certainly no pressure to purchase. I bought a nice living room set at the end. Really satisfied.

We visited Ashley HomeStore in Moncton yesterday to look for a couch. We not only found what we were looking for at a great price, but we experienced wonderful customer service from Sammy. Sammy did not make us feel pressured and gave us our space to look around the store. The store had a great selection of furniture. Great job to Sammy at Ashley! Thank you! We can't wait to receive our couch!
