Order placed in July for delivery Sept 17th. Called them on the 16th September to confirm time and found out that the order will not be delivered. The woman who answered the phone said a manager would call me back but that never happened. Stop into the store and was confirmed that everything was ready but would only be delivered september 25th, 9 days later. September 24th stopped into store and was told that it will not be delivered until Oct 2nd because the mattress protector was on back order and that's the delay. We never ordered a mattress protector. The worst part is that no one called, we had to ask when I order to find out it was not. The excuse that the salesman was no longer with them is just that, an excuse. Shouldn't the manager have checked all of his outstanding orders?

We were very pleased with the friendly, helpful service of Monica Hebert in assisting us with our purchase of a new sofa from Ashley Home store in Moncton. We were very impressed with the furnishings and the manner in which they are displayed in this store.

Angela was great but the office side of the business had a miscommunication . I was told I had a split order for delivery but then changed it without my knowledge. However, they were able to remedy the mistake and I received my furniture the next day.

DONT WAST YOUR TIME, ENERGY and MONEY with this Company. On November 14, we visited the store to purchase a sofa. Since we weren’t sure if it would fit in our space, we made a deposit to hold the sofa while we confirmed the measurements. We were also given a tentative delivery date in case we decided to proceed. On November 18, we called back to confirm the order and finalize the delivery date for November 23. However, the store informed us that the delivery couldn’t because the truck was already full(🤡). They rescheduled it for November 30 instead. GUESS WHAT?! On November 29, the day before the new delivery date, we received a call saying the sofa was damaged and that we’d have to wait an additional 2 WEEKS. While this was frustrating, we assumed they would automatically reschedule the delivery once the sofa arrived. (The lady on the call said “it will be delivery to in 2 WEEKS) By the second week of December, we called to check on the status of the sofa and it was in the store, but no delivery had been scheduled. So, we confirmed the delivery date for December 21. We called three times throughout the week to make sure everything was on track. SOCK NOW, just a few hours before the scheduled delivery on December 21, we received a call saying it wasn’t possible to deliver the sofa that day(without any explanation). They had offered December 30 to delivery. But, after expressing how unacceptable this was, they finally agreed to reschedule the delivery for December 23. We have now been waiting over a month and a half for this sofa. The constant delays, miscommunication, and lack of proper scheduling have been extremely frustrating and disrespectful to us as customers. This was the first and last time buying with you, and to make sure, I will not recommend to ANYBODY!
