We purchased a bedframe, platform and mattress and our experience was really positive. We were helped by Kyra, Kayla and Brenda. They took their time with us, were patient with my indecisiveness, and offered suggestions that suited my taste. I appreciated all of their help and truly commend them on the service provided!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and delivery experience I have had with Ashley Furniture. First, 1–2 weeks before my scheduled delivery, I was informed that the counter stools I purchased were no longer available. I was asked to choose another design, but I refused because the situation was already causing unnecessary frustration. I simply requested for the counter stools to be cancelled and refunded. Another issue involved the dining table I purchased. My furniture was delivered and assembled on April 18. The following day, April 19, I called customer service to report that the tabletop corner was crushed and damaged. I was flying to Calgary that same day and would be away for a week. What frustrated me even more was that the delivery team assembled the damaged table without informing me beforehand. When I noticed the damage, I was told that we could use the table temporarily since we did not have one and that I should report it once I returned from Calgary. When I contacted customer service again on April 27, I was initially told that the damage would not be covered because it was reported more than 48 hours after delivery. I had to explain that I already called on April 19 and was advised by customer service to follow up after returning from my trip because they would need 3–4 business days to process the report. After being placed on hold for about 30 minutes, they finally reviewed the phone logs and confirmed that I did call the day after delivery. They then said they would “consider” the claim. After that, the situation became even more frustrating. A pickup was scheduled, but the drivers went to the wrong address despite me updating my address multiple times through customer service calls. Eventually, they picked up only the tabletop and left the table legs behind. I specifically told them to take the entire table, but the pickup team insisted they would only take the damaged top portion. A replacement delivery was then scheduled for a week later. However, I continued receiving text messages showing the wrong address for pickup and delivery, forcing me to repeatedly contact customer service to correct the information. On May 7, I received another message stating that the repair done on the tabletop was “tacky” and that the delivery would be cancelled. I do not want a damaged table that has simply been repaired. I paid for a brand-new table, not a repaired damaged product. When I called customer service again, I was placed on hold once more and eventually told they could not access my file because their system was down. At this point, after weeks of stress, repeated phone calls, incorrect address issues, poor communication, and unacceptable service, we still do not have a dining table.

Absolutely horrible experience. Whoever is dispatching the delivery people is incompetent to the highest level. We asked them to change the delivery address 5x now and they still keep going to our old address. Absolutely incompetent.
