Wouldn’t recommend based on our experience. We purchased dining chairs on July 15 and were told to expect delivery by the 24th. That date passed without any notice or update. Then on July 29, we received a text to schedule a delivery for the next day — but nothing ever arrived. After calling a few times, we found out the chairs were at the warehouse but hadn’t been linked to our order. We were told they'd be ready for pickup the next day, which again didn’t happen. Eventually, we were told to expect them in mid-August. Rose from the team did get in touch to help, and I do appreciate that effort. She offered floor models as an option, and we were willing to consider it just to move on. But the price for the floor model is $199 when the brand new we paid for were $218. So that's the kind of sincerity Ashley is offering as a solution. The biggest issue for us was the lack of communication and the ongoing delays. We’ve had better service with other furniture stores and would suggest looking elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.
