Sales person was VERY accommodating!
We visited The Brick, but unfortunately, no one came to assist us even though several employees were present. We waited for help but felt ignored throughout our visit. We were disappointed with the customer service and felt that we were not treated with the same attention as other customers. Everyone should receive respectful and equal service regardless of their appearance or clothing.we are reguler

First off the furniture was good. But it took over 5 and a half months to receive our order and they assured us it would take less than a month. After months of being on with customer service they were very disorganized each of them telling us a different thing. Giving us different dates for delivery and falling through and other issues. When they finally delivered the order the delivery team was really good, professional, and very helpful!
We purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture on August 5, 2026, and received it on August 21. From start to finish, we had a great experience! Kayla was incredibly helpful while we were looking around the store. She was friendly, patient, and made the process of finding the right sectional much easier. When it came time for delivery, Dlyan did a fantastic job. He carefully removed our two large couches from the house and got the new sectional installed quickly. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience at Ashley Furniture and would definitely recommend them to others. They have such a friendly staff. Thank you to Kayla and Dlyan for making the whole process so easy and stress-free!
