If I have option to give 0 star, I definitely will give 0 star without hesitation. This is the 1st time and last time to deal with Ashley. We went to Ashley(Regent) before Black Friday and wanted to purchase a $2200 worth TV stand with fireplace. Before we confirmed, We have confirmed more than 3 times if the TV stand has been built already. The sales person Mannu confirmed that the TV stand has been build and Ashley doesn't sell cheap stuff like you need to DIY build. So we decided to purchase and pay for the delivery. They have scheduled for delivery up coming Friday. Around Wednesday, I called to request white glove delivery service and we would't mind to pay for it. I called the store and talked to Mannu again. He said he was not sure if we can change our delivery but he would get back to me. After 20 minutes, Mannu called back and confirmed they would love to upgrade our delivery to White Glove Service without any extra charges. I got a message from the deliver team and they would come between 3 to 6pm. Everything went well at this stage up till the delivery date. On Friday, two deliver people showed up around 5:44pm and said they are just here to drop off the furniture and they are not here to build the furniture since we didn’t pay for. So we asked them to take the furniture and go. Next day, we called the store to follow up regarding the service and requested for refund. We told by store/sales manager, they wanted to make things right and would deliver up coming Friday before noon since we don’t have anyone at home in the afternoon. We both agreed the time with it. Today, I got a message and they changed the delivery window from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. I tried to reach out the service team to see what happened and why they change the delivery time. First, the customer service rep Scott was acting like I knew all the information about their delivery and keep saying they wouldn’t confirm a time from store. Sounded like I made up the timing. I requested to speak to his supervisor then he put me on hold over 15 mins. I hanged up and called back again. Second CS rep we dealt with is Mike, he was the first one to deal with our situation from last Friday, he did give us the update and mentioned if the store promised they would deliver in different time frame, they can hire a third party for delivery. So I requested to transfer to the store. I requested to talk to the store manager. Someone came to answer and claimed the manager was busy with customer now and he would like to follow up with me later. He never mentioned about his name and what his position is. When I mentioned the situation happened to us and the conversation we had last week and what the store manager promised. He claimed he is the “Store Manager” right away and he said he never said that. Then he was back and forth to argue that he didn’t give any promise and nobody in their store would do that. Due to this frustrating situation, I requested refund. Then he told me I need to pay their 25% restocking fee since I am cancelling the order. This doesn’t make any sense to me since Ashley is the one didn’t provide the service they promised: 1 - Upgraded White Glove Service; 2 - Promised delivery time before Noon on December 1st. Then the store manager claimed, waiting one to two weeks is normal, somebody was waiting for 3 to 4 months. THIS DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE!!! We got told my Mannu, they have the TV stand in stock, if we would like to pick up, we could actually have the unit on the night when we purchased. I don’t even know what’s the point the “STORE MANAGER” is telling me this. My partner told him we will ask for legal help. Then he hanged up the phone right away. Up until this point, I just don’t want to deal with this kind of non sense customer service anymore. I have been in the customer service over 20 years. This is the worst customer service ever. I don’t even know how that person’s customer service skill can promote him be a store manager! They only know how

What a wonderful delivery team! They were very respectful, fast and efficient. I was so thrilled with their work. They took away my old furniture and set up the new furniture, even centering the sofa under the picture on the wall! Definitely worth the extra cost! My whole experience was great. I purchased on Thursday and had everything new and arranged by noon on Tuesday!
