Jazz was really frendly, he know exactly on how to approach and he knew he's producing he was selling. Not only just trying to sell staff, but rather to understand the needs and what would be the best producing, that would work for the customer.
You are lucky if your product is delivered on time and without damage. If there is any damage, do not expect them to resolve it. We received our sofa two months ago with damage and reported it immediately. Two months later, the issue has still not been fixed. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. Update: Sent text as noted by the owner. No response so far. So I had to call the customer service again, they told I need to call them after the parts delivery which no one informed me. After long wait, the agent mentioned, a link will be sent to the registered phone to book tech appointment. There is no one stop solution. Every agent tells some story. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
