The guy with white shirt at the front desk on Oct 10 was arrogant and rude. He doesn't know how to speak with customers and he was trying to be very smart. We didn't even bothered to ask price or any other question to him because of his behaviour and decided not to buy anything from this store.
We were starting to look for a new leather couch and Natalie greeted us at the door. She was so personable and helped us right from the start. We found what we wanted she got us pre approved and we bought the full set.
