DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE...I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Main reason being horrible customer service and support and getting the run around every time. Second reason being the threads on the couch cushions come out easily. I actually have anxiety about having to call Ashleys knowing theyre going to mess up. Just when I try to give them the benefit of doubt, they mess up again. Issue 1) last year we need a replacement cushion cover and cushion. my boyfriend called the parts department, ordered the two parts, was then sent a link to pay. he paid immediately. The items took a month to get in which is "normal". After waiting a month, and the parts were in, the parts department on panet called us a few times to remind us the parts were in. We live an hour out of the city, so I was going to go when I was in the city and they knew that. Finally one day I was in the area and went to get them....they only had the cover there and not the cushion. I spent 30 minutes there waiting for them to look in the back and they said they didnt know what happened to it. They said I would have to come back. My boyfriend was not ok with this and demanded they ship it out to stonewall, they refused 2 or 3 times until they said they would ship the cushion. There was about 7 phone calls that had to be made for this.... Issue 2)fast forward to 2 months ago now, we now needed another cover since the covers threads come out easy and create holes. I already had pre-anxiety/stress having to call since last time was a run around. I called, ordered the cover, she said 30 days or around that, and they sent me the link to pay. I paid the next day. Not 2 days later, not 5 days later, THE NEXT DAY....A month and a half goes by (2 weeks ago), and no part still shipped to stonewall. I call, I explain the issue, and he said they never applied my payment to the order....I was absolutely furios. not the guys fault on the phone, but Ashleys overall customer service and operations is brutal. He said I would not have to wait another 3-4 weeks for my part with no compensation. I told him I do not trust that the item is actually going to come based off this being the second major issue with Ashley. He promised me i would be sent a tracking number immediately to my email and my boyfriends....2 hours goes by and i dont receive anything. I then call back AGAIN, and the lady said he had the process mixed up and that i would get a tracking number in a few days. Its now been 2 weeks and still nothing. And now I will have to call back AGAIN. moral of this story is that you will not have a smooth sailing experience when you need additional parts or replacement or warranty parts in the future. This should make you want to not order from them. Ive never had a company cause so much mental stress before and waste so much of my valuable time. This has nothing to do with the sales people in the store, this has to do with operations and parts and Ashley as a business should be doing their diligence to provide proper service.

They completely ruined my moving date and long weekend plans. They delivered the wrong color chairs three times, with over a month’s delay. They damaged my nightstand and then took an extra week to replace it. To top it off, they delivered a double mattress instead of a queen, and when I called, they said because I didn’t have a warranty, there was nothing they could do. The manager’s attitude was shocking—she told me that even saying “sorry” was more than she had to do, and when I asked for compensation, she rudely suggested I take an Uber and go to court. She then hung up on me when I called back. I went in person to show her text messages confirming my delivery should have arrived, but no one took responsibility. They harassed me all day by delivering at the wrong times, and I had to take two days off work—one time they didn’t show up, and the other time they brought the wrong items. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I attached the wrong chair and mattress they bring us.
