Dear Google..we had an amazing shopping experience at Ashley Furniture Homestore on Nairn Ave. in Winnipeg. Kayla, our customer rep was exceptionally courteous, kind and resourceful, as she offered her assistance.She was so patient, as we took quite some time to look at the beautiful sofa choices for a very small space. She was a great listener. We found one in clearance, which looked like the past Ashley style we have always loved. She followed up with assistance from Keira, an exceptional store manager.Kayla offered design suggestions, and also found additional furniture we asked about, with a follow up email. In addition, we found out Ashley has a very reasonable finance option for those who may need one. We had shopped at another competitor store earlier in the week, and found that experience to be very uncomfortable, and will not return. We will return to this Ashley store in future! Thank you...T. Our Ashley experience was so positive.
