Ashley on Regent Never recommend Ashley! My husband bought a laundry machine at this store, it has been not properly working for a long period of time - still in warranty - They send a technician but he never fixes the problem. My husband got yelled at on the phone, for no reason, all he did, was nicely asking if he could get a replacement or even a discount on the machine.. no reason to be yelled at, and this is not the first time he got yelled at from the lady on the phone he was talking to. This is not acceptable from a big company. My husband was told, the company would send a technician but we would pay for everything. Even when the machine is still in warranty. This is the last time we have bought something from Ashley's!
Buying our washer and dryer set was a very good shopping experience. The salesman was knowledgeable, honest and helpful in our decision to purchase. Our whole experience, from shopping in the store to delivery was a good one.

Nick was great to work with! I told him what I had in mind and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. Easiest furniture purchase I've had! ETA: while I stand by my review of Nick, this company was an absolute nightmare to work with to actually get the products in my house. They scheduled our delivery, we took time off work, we emptied our bedroom and the day of, they cancelled it. We ordered a bedroom set. They said one of the end tables wasn't in stock. I told them I didn't care, deliver the rest and I'll pick up the end table myself later. They rescheduled delivery, then cancelled. Then rescheduled again at least 3x. Kept promising new days then cancelling. It wasn't until we tried to process a refund that they finally got their act together and actually delivered it. Delivery day was smooth and the guys were great. Then we noticed the dresser was damaged. There's no way they didn't notice, there was a huge crack in the side. We ended up getting a partial refund for the broken piece and the delay. But we will not be ordering from Ashley again. I'm changing from 5 stars to 2. The only reason it's not 1 is because Nick was still great.
