I was told the convention over the range vent was circulating (carbon filter). Get it home it wasn't. Need to return the unit but have to take it back to the warehouse. A pain but I understand. I told the staff and manager that I'll be back tomorrow to get my cash back. I was then told they do not refund cash even if that's how you payed. I was not told this at the time of sale nor was it posted anywhere. I believe it is the law to post information like that at the time of sale. Needless to say I was very frustrated. Manager didn't care. Asked me to leave the store. I will do everything in my power to make sure know one I know uses Ashley furniture. ... and POST THAT YOU DON'T REFUND CASH EVEN IF CASH WAS PAID! You know even better just don't accept cash. Update - So no one told me at the time of sale that appliances can't be returned. So when I got to the warehouse I was told I had to call in to the service center. Long story short appliances can't be returned. Even though I was back the store in less than 5 hours I'm out of luck. Didn't even take the unit out of the box (see picture). So much time, money and energy down the drain. Been 25 years since I was treated this badly by a company in Winnipeg. Store manager did say she would ask her boss but I doubt anything will come of it. She had a better attitude on the phone when I told her it was one of her employees on a previous visit that told me the appliance met my requirements. She gets some marks for that. My experience with Ashley has been so bad they brought a grown man to tears.
Manu was an expert when I was purchasing my new temperpedic bed. Very friendly!
Absolutely amazing guys!! Very friendly and helpful and my dog just loved them. Set up and moved it in without any issues. Very satisfied!
Didn’t like my experience there!
The store was very quiet not many people around on a weekend of a sale (mid-day). We weren't greeted at door and felt like the store was closed. We walked around and then had to ask the reception desk for someone to help us. Manu was attentive to what we were looking for, answered our questions and showed us different options, however we found him pushy and to "Buy Now" for a better price or get financing to buy the furniture... we had to think about it and our search continues (Regent Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba)
We love dealing with our sales person. We go back to her all the time for whatever we need. We have two houses several kids and seem to wear old stuff all the time. I don’t feel that we are ever taken advantage of or not given a great product and deal
