I ordered a new bedroom suite in June, the salesperson told me that it would be delivered within 8 weeks. 6 months later I just received my dressers, when I tried to cancel my order I was told I would have to pay a 10% fee for the cancellation. The 3 items I purchased were delivered damaged, when I tried to contact customer service they were no help and was told that there was nothing that they can do and sometimes things are damaged during the packaging process.
