We had a delivery of a king size bed today. Delivery was early, which was nice and the gentlemen that brought the bed, set it up quickly and perfectly. They also took the old bed frame away and all the new packaging. I highly recommend the white glove delivery service. It's a little expensive but he service was worth it.

Delivery was well coordinated with emails and messages sent ahead by admin, a delivery location tracker was sent on the day of delivery as well, it was prompt. Delivery guys were pleasant and did a great job. I would use the service again and recommend it also. Great job everyone 👏 👍

Please read entire message to understand the nightmare of Ashley Furniture. We made a larger purchase approx $16,000. This included dining set, love seat, couch, recliner, bed frame, mattresses and power bases and coffee table. Problem 1: delivery is not convenient for people that work full time. They cannot guarantee day or evening (ridiculous!). Also note the delivery people walk with their shoes on even when it’s raining (real hardwoods don’t appreciate this). The delivery of our recliner had been scheduled to arrive with other parts of our order and was rescheduled twice!!! Problem 2: I noticed immediately the kitchen table didn’t fit as we thought/ measured for our space. When they set up I stated it didn’t work and if they could return and we would consider replacement, the delivery guy advised to think about it for 48 hours and then return. I was told later in store this shouldn’t have happened and wasted everyone’s time. I was told they actually could have just taken it back and saved them on cost as they tried charging us but it was waved. Oh also I got a coffee table added and it came with other pieces of my order and guess what… the white glove I paid for they said was only for the other items though we were told in store it would apply.. so they literally dropped a box on the ground. Another order powerbase… nightmare. Lights are dangling. The base is 4 feet in the air and like we can barely get on the bed plus hit our heads on the light on the bed frame.. again the same advice to “think about it”. I called right away and was told there was a set up error and the frame and base are compatible (very doubtful). I wanted to return the bed frame and have them adjust the base and fix the lights. Another nightmare. They kept saying because I didn’t call within 48 hours cannot return. I advocated and actually tracked the calls and in fact I did. After some time it will be returned. The problem is I booked also to get the base and light fixed. It was booked for 2 weeks out on a date only available to me (some people work and have plans on most weekends!). I just got a message saying they need a video chat before and my day was cancelled! How convenient! I also didn’t get this request until they cancelled. Could they not have touched base with booking? Also when I have attempted to send pictures on their online live chat guess what! They don’t send and then nothing can be done after waiting on hold 30 mins to speak with someone then to be redirected on their online platform wait another 10 mins and told I would get a call back and they never did! At this point I hate I spent any money here. I will never encourage anyone to shop here and I will continue to inform people of my terrible experience as well continue to share my awful experience on my social media platform. I can say the adjustment of bed and return of bed frame went well. Thanks to Rose at customer service who was very helpful to deal with.
