Great buying experience. Staff showed us a variety of pieces that met what we were looking for. Allowed us to look & try at our own pace and freely. Answered all of our questions. Felt very comfortable the entire time! The delivery team was super efficient, professional and polite. Our furniture was removed and new furniture installed within a few minutes! Absolutely and amazing buying experience. I very much recommend.
Delivery was ahead of time. Both people involved were lovely. Would use this service again without hesitation. Just had a second delivery experience with Ashley's a few months later, and we are just as pleased with the results. Courteous service, care was taken to remove footwear. Beds were quickly assembled and the whole experience was relaxing. November 2025 update We returned a bed to Ashley's after trying it out. It was not suitable for my wife. Though we were a bit past the 100 day trial period, the manager agreed to take it back after we explained our circumstances and paid the restocking fee. We met with Jazz who really took the time to review options and Kyra who is now becoming a personal friend. Our new choice was delivered and installed and we are happily moving forward .
