Please don't spend your hard earned money here. My husband and I bought a couch not even 3 years ago that looks horrible now. The sales rep said that the blue foam was the best there was and it would last years. She was also very pushy, so we decided to purchase from another location (but we'll get back to that). Safe to say when the couch arrived, we did not receive that foam. We had to make several warranty claims in the first year for the cushions on a $4500 couch. We also found out that they moved the commission from the lovely sales rep at the st James location over to her... I called and complained and they didn't care. Love to see that you award dishonestly! My husband and I went back last night because we're looking for a bedroom set and wanted to leave no stone unturned and oh my god these sets are literal garbage. They are charging $6000+ for furniture sets that can't even stay put together on the floor. Split from being screwed together, all particle board, and feel like they'd ding or fall apart at the smallest touch. If you are spending that kind of money, go to article or west elm (or honestly spend less and go to structube). I won't step foot in an ashleys ever again.

bought a mattress 6 weeks ago on a warranty exchange. it was supposed to arive 4 weeks but was delayed 5 times! the truck finally showed up today but wouldn't deliver the mattress because they needed the old one, but the sales lady at the store had told us we could get rid of it so we had donated it to an immigrant family! so now we have no mattress because we did what their employee told us to do. definitely shop somewhere with more competent employees.
Worst customer service. I would not even give one star. I got the bed set in 2022. I paid extra for assembly service. The worker drop defective chest at my place and stated they will come back with chest legs. Nobody came back. Being back and forth with this stupid company customer care but they stated now it is discontinued and they can only pay me 200 cash or 300 gift card. For 700 dollar chest. I went out of country due to my mother breast cancer hence when I came back now they are telling me I cant even take this 200 dollars offer because it's been too long. Like seriously? I paid for service you didn't gave me any service because we were back and forth for 1.5 year which cause this delay because none of your representatives could help us. And you are paying us nothing and telling us to take this matter to customer bureau. Like seriously what the hell. I paid 2800 plus 300 dollars extra for service and this is the service I get. I would highly recommend not to but any stuff from here due to their after service
I was very impressed with my experience
I purchased a king size mattress with box spring and metal frame with a 10 year warranty! The mattress now has lower points where we sleep. I called the Regent Ave store and placed a mattress claim. I submitted the claim with pictures. The claim was denied for the reason they said was the mattress is not properly supported by the box spring and metal frame. DO THEY FORGET THEY SOLD ME ALL THESE PIECES AND ASVISED AT SALE EVERYTHING WILL BE OK. I have called and no return call whatsoever. I suggest anyone thinking of purchasing from Ashley Home store to consider a different company that will stand by the products they sell. I guess my $10,000.00 spent there on numerous purchases over the years means nothing. Otherwise money in their pockets. BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MATTRESSES.
I would give zero star if possible- worst experience ever - brand new purchase for the store and they refuse to return or a refund after the 3 days of purchase - I will never go back to this store again
I can’t thank Brad enough at the Regent Avenue store for his help. I found the perfect couch and love seat for my new house. I also got a great deal on a coffee table and two end tables!
