I arrived at Ashley today in search of an ottoman. I was helped immediately and I appreciated her suggestions. The one I chose was also on sale!! It will be perfect!
First impressions are good.... delivery was excellent... easy to remove from box and set up of recliner quite easy (2 parts)

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I was interested in purchasing a chair I saw online but the showroom did not have it to view. I was concerned the color would be different than the picture. The salesperson named Nick said I would have 48 hours to return the chair with a full refund. I asked if I’d get all my money back or a credit. He said all my money would be returned. So I purchased the chair in order to see it. Unfortunately the color was more grey than beige. I called customer service the next day to return the chair and then dropped it off. They are holding 10% as an in-store credit. Ashley’s sales staff cannot be trusted. Guess I should have brought a lawyer when making my purchase to read over the fine print. The nominal credit amount is useless to me and I’d never purchase anything from Ashley again.
We had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture. Initially, Michael helped us pick out a dining set—he was patient, attentive, and never pushy. Though we didn’t purchase that day, we came back later. Kevin helped finalize the sale, ensuring Michael got credit. Kevin also helped my mother-in-law find the perfect mattress, guiding her through options with the same care. Both Michael and Kevin made us feel valued—highly recommend!
