Service was fast. They had what l needed. They stated the product would not be available til March 30. Arrangements were made to pick it up next month but the was told l could pick it up on March 20th or the 21st . Was somewhat confused. Item was picked up on the 20th. I went in to pick up a fireplace insert and sales people were trying to sell me a bed. I was not interested. Two sales men tried getting me to purchase a bed. The same thing happened to a friend of mine as well,go figure.
Great experience, David was very helpful helping us select a sofas and rocking recliner that worked for us, yet not at all pushy. Can’t wait for them to arrive. Will update

Erin made the process easy and didn't push to hard to upsell. We've had mixed experiences with Ashley in the past, but this time went very smoothly. The third party seller we first went to had nothing to offer us, but Ashley matched the cheaper price they had down the street. Can't wait to get our much needed new couch on Saturday.
Delivery was fast, efficient, movers were very friendly and professional.
