If you wanna waste your time and money, this is the place to do that. Bought a mattress few weeks ago, the day that i received it, i tried it and in 30 seconds i felt that the mattress wasnt the same, got my keys and drove to the store right away just to try the one on display, it felt different, the one i bought felt softer, not as firm as the one on display and i wanted a firm mattress, had to go all the way to this sales guy that was on his phone really "busy" because never came to me, had to ask if it was the same and he said yes, but if i had a problem had to call customer service, never found a number, so had to deal with them by chat and the just mentioned that it is final.sale and it was the same mattress that was delivered, didnt know how to explain why the mattress was softer than the one at the store, not really helpful to deal with them and now im stuck with a mattress one week "old" that feels almost as soft as.the one that i got rid of, now i will have to change it AGAIN and spend more money just because of this store, but for sure i will not buy again here ever, any piece of furniture and wont recomend it either
We enjoyed the salesperson very much. She was really helpful. She had a lot of good insights regarding the furniture. The thing we appreciate most was she was not pushy. She was a good listener and didn’t fill the air with a lot of non essential conversations. She gave us space when we needed it . She was patient and allowed us time to weigh our options.
Delivery issue was addressed promptly.

The delivery men were amazing, they were very polite and courteous. Salesperson was also patient and helpful. Overall the Ashley is very great. I will always choose Ashley
