Just had Nick come and try fix my bed that arrived damaged, really appreciate him trying and willing to help in this situation. I give him props for doing his absolute best considering how bad it had arrived. Most marks are not even noticeable however there is still is a very significant crack in my footboard he wasn’t able to fix. I really wish someone would rectify this.
Bought a sleeper sofa less than a year ago for $1500. They have had to come and replace the same mechanism 3 times and it’s never been fixed properly. They are ensuring us it will be inspected and fixed properly. (Shouldn’t that have happened the last 2 times). Warranty is almost up and after that we are screwed. They will only repair but not replace. What a joke! Paid $1500 for a bed uses handful of times.
Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully assessed our sofa and addressed all the issues we raised. He was professional, patient, and made sure we were satisfied with the repair. While we’ll keep an eye on the sofa to ensure everything holds up, we truly appreciate the effort and service he provided.
