Ashley Furniture has a serious structural problem as a company. They sell defective products, distort customer records, and avoid responsibility. In my case, I received damaged furniture from Coquitlam store, returned it. The mattress I bought for nearly $2,000 sagged, had no label, and was replaced with another second-hand defective mattress marked “no warranty.” When I asked for a proper replacement, Ashley refused, saying there was “no problem in use.” And think about this: they delivered defective furniture, then charged me delivery fees, and when they came back to pick it up, they charged me pickup fees again. How can that possibly be fair? Even now, after more than four exhausting months, they still have not sent me a final corrected invoice. When I posted a Google review, an employee named Rose quickly reached out, acting like she would help. But in reality, she only revealed the ugly side of Ashley—distorting what employees said, avoiding accountability, and then disappearing without solving anything. Ashley is a company that specializes in empty apologies, not real solutions. Customers deserve better. ⚠️ Be warned: if you buy from Ashley, there is a very high chance you will end up receiving used or defective furniture and mattresses.
Johathan was great, he listened to our needs and presented a few options. He followed up with us after we left and made our purchase a breeze. He even discounted a non sale item to bring it to a similar sectional to match the price of one that was. I highly recommend him and Ashley.
Quick, professional and careful with my delivery! they took care with figuring out how to maneuver the furniture into our place and did so without any damage. The quality of their furniture has always been top notch! not to mention the pricing we received on all of our furniture! I highly recommend this company for your next furniture purchase!
