If I could leave no stars, I would. Bought a chair that we picked up ourselves at their warehouse. Had issues with it the second day we had it. Called the store and they said we had to go through their service centre. You talk to, and text with, a bot. We wanted to return it and get a different one. They refused. Said they'd send a repair guy. Two weeks later he shows up, messes around for ten minutes and leaves. Next day, same issue. Go through the same rigamarole. Two weeks later, different repair guy. Two days later, same issue. Plus the chair now squeaks. Lousiest customer treatment I have ever seen from a store. Would never ever buy from them again. Store has zero desire to actually make it right.

It was an unforgettable shopping experience at Ashley. Sales associates Arsh and Jonathan were very professional, passionate, and respectful. I will come again for sure if I need any furnitures later. I probably will recommend my friends to come if they anything.
I was happy with how my fridge purchase went with this store. Thuy was great, she was welcoming, gentle, respecting her customers, you feel valued here. She is not pushy, which is what I always wanted my agent to be, she gives you all the options and suggestions you needed but you don't feel harassed or obligated to give in. Honestly, I've window shopped around and many stores have similar deals with Ashely, but I feel rushed to commit, and i don't like that. Their furniture designs are really great too! Definitely will come back.
