I would never shop at Ashley Furniture ever again or recommend to anyone. I have shopped there several times and each time the quality it terrible. I am now left with a kitchen table and chairs (leather material cracked, falls apart), and gently used. The dinning table and chairs. (Leather chairs falling apart). Great material sofa delivered with quality issues, great sectional delivered with quality issues plus other things. The service technician came out to my house and said “ Have you learned don’t by anything else from Ashley Further is cheap crap). A very unsatisfactory company and a very disappointed customer

Disappointed that the recliner love seat was delivered damaged and returned. Still waiting for new one which is not expected till the end of November which will be 5 weeks from original delivery. Update delivered today 3 weeks earlier than originally scheduled. Thank you
Unfortunately I must share that we bought a sectional outdoor furniture set with extended warranty in May this year. One of cushions material frayed at the top. Contacted customer care, told us that it is not a warranty issue, usual wear and tear. We will certainly never buy from this company again.
