Furniture selection was made simple and easy at the store with staff that were genuinely interested in what I was looking for and meeting my needs. Two weeks later my couch was delivered quickly and efficiently with no issues at all! The delivery personnel were professional and cheerful. Overall a fantastic customer experience! 5 out of 5 rating

Very disappointed with customer service. I purchased a king-size bed from this store on September 16, 2023, along with a protection plan. Now my headboard is cracked, and when I visited the store to make a complaint, they gave me a phone number to call. I’ve tried calling and sending messages multiple times, but no one responds. It’s very frustrating that after spending so much money and buying the protection plan, I can’t get help with a damaged item. This is not the service I expected from a big name like Ashley. I hope someone from the company takes this seriously and contacts me soon.
