Purchased a leather reclining chair from Brian and will have it delivered tomorrow. Brian explained the details and arranged for an early delivery. A very pleasant service with a friendly sales person. Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful
Avoid this location if you expect them to honor their refund policies. I’ve been waiting a month for a $174.89 refund from a mattress exchange. Store manager keeps promising updates but then goes silent. They are happy to take your money (over $7,000 in my case), but they make it impossible to get a simple refund back. Very disappointed in the lack of professional communication. Save yourself the headache and go to a store that actually values its customers. UPDATE: someone from the store called me and facilitated payment process.
