I placed an order with this location totaling over $16,000, with another $10,000 delivery scheduled for today, and paid for white glove delivery service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. During the first delivery on February 27, the delivery team scratched my floor while sliding a dresser. This happened directly in front of me. I immediately pointed it out and the driver took a photo of the damage on the spot. One of the delivery workers even joked to the other that “this happens once a week.” The driver documented the damage before I signed the delivery paperwork and told me I would be contacted about it. Ashley Furniture later called and asked whether I preferred compensation or to have the floor repaired. I requested that the floor simply be repaired, and they said they would review the claim and get back to me. On March 4, I received a text message stating that my claim had been denied. The message said the drivers reported they did not cause the damage, claimed that I moved furniture myself, and even alleged there was broken glass on the floor. This statement is completely false—there was no glass anywhere, which is clearly visible in the photo the driver took immediately after the damage occurred. Concerned because I had another $10,000 furniture delivery scheduled for the next day, I drove to the store and spoke with Sales Manager Brad McLachlan, who assured me the situation would be rectified. He also sent me the photo the driver had taken for my records. On March 5, I received a call from Lester Van Heer, who said someone would come to inspect the scratches the following week. I asked for written confirmation that Ashley would take responsibility and repair the damage. Lester said he would contact the Transportation Manager and provide that confirmation. I followed up in person later that day and was told an email would be sent. I received nothing. At 2:40 PM, the delivery driver called asking if they could deliver the remaining furniture in 30 minutes because they were ahead of schedule. I agreed but requested a call from the store first regarding the damage claim. At 2:57 PM, Lester called back and informed me the Transportation Manager refused to accept responsibility, based solely on the drivers’ statements that they didn’t cause the damage. Ashley Furniture has a 48-hour return policy, and it felt like they were attempting to complete the delivery and run out the return window while planning to deny the claim regardless. We paid for white glove delivery, yet our floor was damaged and the company refused to take responsibility for damage their own driver documented. At this point, it appears the priority is protecting the sale, not taking care of the customer. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be pursuing small claims court to recover the cost of repairing the damage we witnessed their delivery team cause. There is no way to contact the store without having to physically go there. Use caution when purchasing from this location.

Our salesman Lester was wonderful during the sale but didn’t reply to my email 6 weeks later when we were looking for our furniture. We were told our furniture would be here in 4-5 weeks. We called after 6 weeks and were told it would be here in March sometime(12+ weeks after purchase date). No real explanation of why the delay. We are very pleased with the furniture now that it’s finally here.

We initially talked to Dave about our new furniture over the phone. When we got to the store Dave was not available, but he put us in touch with Jon in the store. Both Dave and Jon were great to deal with and made our furniture shopping experience very enjoyable. This is the second furniture purchase we made at Ashley in the last year (the first time was with Dave) and we will definitely shop here the next time we need anything.

Stylish Home Furniture with great price ☺️ I would recommend Conan for helping me to get our dream bedroom furniture and Living room set to fit on our budget. 5 Star ⭐ for him. Easy to deal with! Happy customer here. ...This is my second time review. It's about the warranty of the Sofa that we bought. I just made it through customer service care and after two weeks they delivered a brand new sofa as I requested for replacement. Thanks for the awesome service and shout-out to Dylan who assembled our Sofa❤️ Thank you so much.
