Had a very nice experience shopping with Ashley Furniture Store today! They have a good selection of good and quality items and the staff are friendly and helpful. Really bad experience at the St. James store at Winnipeg this Sunday. I asked them if there is room to negotiate on the price of a 2700 leather sofa and the manager looks at me and says I will not waste my time on you if you are not interested in it. Then why did I ask for you to work with me on its price. Also, there were like 5 people in the entire store. What are u doing with your time brother if not give to your customers. I am really sorry but if this is how you speak to all your customers I am surprised how you guyz get any business. I bought a similar sofa from surplus they were very straightforward about everything. Not going to Ashley again.

Walked in expecting this to be the first of four places we were good. Met sales person, Manny, and really liked him. He showed us a number of things and we bought everything we needed. Manager Jonathan was also very helpful. Very pleased with the entire process.
I bought a coffee table from Ashley Furniture and picked it up myself. When I got home, I discovered the table was cracked/damaged. I immediately contacted the store, and they promised an exchange. First they told me the replacement would arrive at the end of the month, which already meant I would be without a coffee table for almost a month. After I complained, someone called and promised delivery on May 15. Then today I received another call saying delivery is delayed again until May 22. I requested a refund because of the repeated delays and broken promises, but they refused to give me a full refund and said I would only receive 90% back even though the product was damaged when I received it. Very disappointed with the customer service, communication, and handling of damaged products. Customers should not have to wait weeks for a replacement or lose money for returning a defective item.

Sai was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect dining table and coffee table for my home. What I appreciated most was his honest advice and attention to detail. He never rushed the process and made sure I felt confident in my choices. His customer service truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
