Please be aware of Ashley furniture delivery and warranty and customer service, bought a new leather couch with store credit and when it was delivered it was damaged… I told delivery guys to take it back as I refuse to accept it damaged… they said not to worry and I need to make a claim and Ashley will exchange with a new couch…. Now I am getting the run around and they will only repair it not replace my brand new couch!!! Absolute garbage as I bought a new couch not a repaired couch… this is not a easy fix so I will not let them use my house as a repair shop… managers won’t help and service manager is impossible to get ahold of …. Please rethink purchasing anything from Ashley or Dufresne as once your furniture is delivered the customer service stops there !!! Even worse is the fact that most of the damage was caused by the delivery guys cutting the plastic off the leather couch with a razor blade.

Had a very nice experience shopping with Ashley Furniture Store today! They have a good selection of good and quality items and the staff are friendly and helpful. I bought a coffee table from Ashley Furniture and picked it up myself. When I got home, I discovered the table was cracked/damaged. I immediately contacted the store, and they promised an exchange. First they told me the replacement would arrive at the end of the month, which already meant I would be without a coffee table for almost a month. After I complained, someone called and promised delivery on May 15. Then today I received another call saying delivery is delayed again until May 22. I requested a refund because of the repeated delays and broken promises, but they refused to give me a full refund and said I would only receive 90% back even though the product was damaged when I received it. Very disappointed with the customer service, communication, and handling of damaged products. Customers should not have to wait weeks for a replacement or lose money for returning a defective item.

Sai was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect dining table and coffee table for my home. What I appreciated most was his honest advice and attention to detail. He never rushed the process and made sure I felt confident in my choices. His customer service truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
