I am nicely enjoying my new recliner from Ashley on St. James Street in Winnipeg. From meeting the sales person who is very sweet and 'patient' (need to be with me and my shopping style), to the delivery team, I feel everything was top-notch. My salesperson, Tuay, explained everything extremely clearly and didn't miss a thing. I understand the need for that so there is no miscommunication. The delivery team and their route was updated very well through an a text system called Jenny. They were very friendly and eager to help. I was not left waiting without regular updates and was able to view the map and location of my item. It really helped with planning my day.
We bought a sofa at Ashley and were very satisfied. The quality is great, there is a wide selection of furniture, and the service was very friendly. The salesperson helped us choose a sofa that fits our home perfectly. Thank you for the great service! 👍
We initially talked to Dave about our new furniture over the phone. When we got to the store Dave was not available, but he put us in touch with Jon in the store. Both Dave and Jon were great to deal with and made our furniture shopping experience very enjoyable. This is the second furniture purchase we made at Ashley in the last year (the first time was with Dave) and we will definitely shop here the next time we need anything.
My wife and I were very pleased with Lester service and advice, told him we were looking around, no pressure…and he simply said you come back later..I’ll take care of you…and he came through…so yes very happy with the deal on our new Sectional 3 pieces…not the colour we originally wanted but the design and pattern of the material was a perfect match…so anyone looking to get that right deal and have someone that genuinely look after you… LESTER is the man… Thanks 🙏🏻
