It was great dealing with Shubham and his manager at the St. James location. Definitely listened to our wants and need and reciprocated how we felt about the item we purchased. Well worth the time for excellent customer service.

I went in looking for a new arm chair. I was eventually greeted by an employee and told him what I was looking for. I tried asking questions about some of the furniture and he directed me to where the chairs are and told me to get him when I was done looking. I looked around a bit and sat on a few chairs. There was no one around as I finished. I slowly walked to the door while looking around and made my way out of the store. The store was not busy at all. I then made my way to the brick which was pretty busy but I found a sales person that listened to me and was incredibly helpful. I went home with a comfy new chair that day. That was my second visit to Ashley home store and probably my last.
Bought couple stuff from Sat. Guy is really knowledgeable and patient with me since i’m 64 years old and need a lot of time to think and decide. He helped me a lot asked for coffee and water which is so nice never had that experience before. Definitely coming back.
Popped in to just look at couches in store rather than online and ended up purchasing the first one we came across. The saleslady was very helpful, offering different options best suited for us. Delivery went smooth and was completed in a timely manner.
Very disappointing experience. My table arrived damaged, and it was a struggle to get a replacement approved. The replacement also arrived damaged, and when I did reach someone by phone, they just kept giving me the runaround. I was also repeatedly told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Poor customer service overall.
Thuy was absolutely wonderful to work with - so helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made our entire experience at Ashley smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you again!
