Horrible place, their sales people are so pushy wanting you to get what they want you to get. Not what you want. I spent over $2,000 on a love seat and sofa using my Ashley account credit and even when I didn't have enough to use my Ashley's card, they called and asked me to get another $1,000 approval when I didn't want that and they did that behind my back, I just a horrible place. Do not purchase furnitures from that location

Happy with the product and sales. Disappointed when I was told delivery will put my 3000 dollar couch on my sidewalk and not bring it into the house. My neighbor bought from Ashley and had their couch brought in and setup. I work out of town which leaves my wife by her self to drag it in the house..very disappointed with that.

I had a good experience in store but when it came to receiving my appliances, it was extremely frustrating. I bought my appliances last Black Friday. 3 weeks prior to my possession date I called to schedule my delivery for Oct 15. They said both my dishwashers and ovens would be late. We were supposed to have Thanksgiving at our new home. We pushed it to the next week as they told us Oct 20. On Oct 20, only our oven arrived, not the two dishwashers. Now they said MAYBE Oct 27. Ruined thanksgiving. P.S. My fridge looks used as we never got a manual, plus there were some marks on it.
I don't recommend buying a pillow from Ashley's. If it doesn't work for you when you try at home you will not be covered by warranty. I'm out over $200 for an overpriced Bedgear pillow that turned out to be as hard as a rock.
