I have been buying from Ashley for a long while in winnipeg and everytime its been good. Today thuy at polo park location was absolutely brilliant customer service and good experience with clear explanation of products and usage. Unfortunately one of the items I got from Ashley at st James was not available so they made plans for me to pick up from Ashley on regent . Upon arrival at about 4.30pm I met with the worse customer service not willing to work or even put in the bare minimum to search for what I came for. Immediately wanted to turn me away , until I insisted they should atleast call st James or search their data, this particular guy i met is the worst and very disgusting personnel, even with all my complain he couldn't offer an apology. I have bought from this location most of my home decor and furniture with Erin who was great but today I am highly disappointed as my 5 year old even asked dad why did that man not want to help!.

I wasn’t able to arrange pick up using Jennybot. But they are super helpful when I arrived at the warehouse to pick up 2 separate orders. Thank you!

We visited the Ashley store location St. james to look for a king-size mattress, and unfortunately, I had a bad experience. An older lady was assisting us, and initially, she was polite. I explained our budget to her, and although the mattress we selected was out of stock, we were understanding and did not mind. She then showed us another mattress that was slightly above our budget. She contacted her manager regarding the price, and we were offered a small discount, which I appreciated. I informed her that we planned to pick up the mattress the following day and asked what time she would be in the store. At that point, her attitude changed completely. She became rude and unprofessional, which made us feel very uncomfortable. It seemed as though she assumed we would not return. Her main concern appeared to be making a sale for her bonus rather than respecting the customer’s budget. If a salesperson wants to make a sale, they should remain polite and professional at all times, regardless of whether a customer decides to purchase or not. This behavior reflects poorly on the store’s reputation
