Great staff, very helpful. One of the better furniture stores.
Purchased two cabinets, delivery was delayed by a week at the last minute. When delivered, there were faulty parts in order to set up. I have been passed from chat group to chat group of rude "customer service" agents. Who have now ordered parts for the wrong piece of furniture that will be here in 4 weeks and if I need more assistance I will need to call a technician after the parts arrive. Completely unacceptable, Ashley you have lost a loyal customer.
Sale process was good. After that itfell down hill. I was assured pieces would be in stock for delivery and available at sale. Delivery set up and some was coming one day and some coming another. First delivery went good. Second delivery delayed...not enough stock. Third delivery sent part of order one part mislabled-wrong color. Arranged a time and date another week later through Customer Care! A month and still don't have everything. Now given a window and told if drivers don't follow instructions not our problem, we've done what we can. What? Also I have to be the one to chase them for compensation for the fiasco! I have left early from work at my cost! Now it looks like I will have to miss more work at my cost! To be there because you guys screwed up!
We were looking for a new sofa and loveseat. We tried all the local furniture stores, and found what we wanted at Ashley Home Store The staff, especially Manny, were friendly and attentive. We look forward to receiving our new furniture in about a week.
I had issues with the pillow and rose helped me to resolve it. The 4 stars are for rose NOT for the staff at this store.
The delivery was fast & on time. I also like that they phone 20mins before they actually get to the destination.
