I recently purchased a sofa and a loveseat from Ashley Furniture, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the store staff were friendly, professional, and helped me choose the perfect furniture as well as the best payment option for my situation. I was a little worried about the delivery, but there was no need to be. The delivery team was punctual, organized, and worked together efficiently. They carefully brought the furniture into my apartment, and everything went smoothly. Thank you to everyone at Ashley Furniture for making this such a pleasant experience. I am now enjoying my beautiful new furniture. I truly appreciate your excellent customer service!

Good experience with our purchase of a sectional however we noted an error on our invoice which we will contact our representative about.
The worst customer care service. Re: Ashley Home Store | Dufresne Furniture and Appliances update - order #1298914687 Due to miscommunication and not properly reading the job order they canceled it. I've filed a vacation leave just for this day june 19 then they canceled it without even calling the customer. Customer service are useless cannot do anything to help. It's their error and they dont exert effort to fix it.
