Outstanding customer service and stock availability. Excellent pricing which was 5k less than local competitors for a Queen Split adjustable bed.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of their furniture, but mostly with their customers service. I bought a costly sectional couch and decided to spend a couple thousand dollars more at Ashley instead of a diferent store because of the waranty they offer and because they had the couch in stock and could be delivered within a week. However, ten monutes after the sectional was delivered, in separate boxes, we opened the last piece and found it broken and torn like seen in the photos. I called their customer service line, the store number and the number in the delivery confirmation email hoping that they would pick it back up the same day and change it. That didn’t happened, instead I've been on endless calls with the claim department,asked to wait another day for an email that never arrived, tranfered many times to different agents and spent a whole morning on a live chat on their website trying to return the broken corner piece. It's been a week since the delivery and the only solution they offer is to attempt to repair it, for which they need "parts" that could take up to 4 week to arrive to my house, after which I have call customer service again so they can send a technician to try to repair it. After this whole ordeal I still haven't received a proper claim confirmation or case number. For the amount of money the couch and additional warranty costs I expect proper service and the new piece of furniture I paid for, not a promise of a repair and weeks of a broken couch in my livingroom. Their claim system and customer service department is extremely frustrating and unhelpful. At this point I just want to return the whole couch and get a refund but they wont let me do that either. If you are thinking of buying here, don't! There are more affordable places with better quality and customer service.
We truly appreciate the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our selections. The sales agent made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free all the way to installation. We are very happy with our purchases and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for great service and quality products. Good service. Pushed a bit too hard on the warranty, but everyone was polite, helpful and informative.
It was great dealing with Shubham and his manager at the St. James location. Definitely listened to our wants and need and reciprocated how we felt about the item we purchased. Well worth the time for excellent customer service.
