Had some issues with our warantee, scheduling & communication on the Ashley Customer Service end of things.. But once that was taken care of the Service Repair man came right on time and was very friendly and efficient.

Service was friendly, not pushing to buy. Staff listened to my preferences, showed me options, and took the time to allow me to enjoy the actual experience of shopping. The furniture is good quality and appears to be able to stand up to use. An extended protection program is offered up to 5 years. If you don't use the coverage over that time frame, it is refunded to you as store credit so you don't lose that money. It is a nice feature. Our main salesperson was Ramez, super kind and patient man. He is new there but willing to find answers for our questions. The gentleman in the mattress department (sorry, I don't recall his name) was also very helpful. He also brought us tea and coffee. The delivery guys came this morning according to schedule. They were a great team! Worked efficiently. Had to trouble shoot how to get the couch through the door and they were successful!! So exciting! Very happy with how smoothly that went!
