Ashley Furniture was very accommodating. The store had the item I wanted to purchase, in stock. I had gone to two different furniture stores & they did not have the item I was wanting to purchase. Very happy with Ashley Furniture & would highly recommend!
This is our second time purchasing from Ashley. This time we bought during their Hot Buy and Monthly Discount promotion, and we got a really great price. Their customer service has been excellent, and the staff were very helpful throughout the purchasing process. So far, we've had a very positive experience. I haven't had the chance to use their after-sales service yet, so I can't comment on that, but based on our experience so far, I would definitely recommend Ashley.

Please be aware of Ashley furniture delivery and warranty and customer service, bought a new leather couch with store credit and when it was delivered it was damaged… I told delivery guys to take it back as I refuse to accept it damaged… they said not to worry and I need to make a claim and Ashley will exchange with a new couch…. Now I am getting the run around and they will only repair it not replace my brand new couch!!! Absolute garbage as I bought a new couch not a repaired couch… this is not a easy fix so I will not let them use my house as a repair shop… managers won’t help and service manager is impossible to get ahold of …. Please rethink purchasing anything from Ashley or Dufresne as once your furniture is delivered the customer service stops there !!! Even worse is the fact that most of the damage was caused by the delivery guys cutting the plastic off the leather couch with a razor blade. Update: Ashly furniture is trying their best to make this right, just wish it did not have to get to this point to have things resolved.
