Shubham at the St.James location was very helpful. We missed the sale by a day on a coffee table set that I really wanted but he willingly worked with us and we were given a great deal. We also purchased a sofa and recliner that was on sale as well. And we paid for the delivery service which we usually opt out of because we are located an hour and a half outside the city so delivery fees are usually very high because of that but their fee was very reasonable. We are overly impressed with the service we received at this Ashley Furniture location and will definitely consider them again when purchasing furniture.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing furniture from this Ashley Furniture location Saint james . we bought around $8000 of furniture, the salesperson failed to inform us that the items were out of stock or backordered. It has now been 15 days since our purchase, and we only had delivery for some of our furniture. When checking on our delivery, we were told we now have to wait until November—a total delay of four months from when we paid for it.
