Unreliable. I canceled my sofa/loveseat that I purchased along with a mattress. The mattress was supposed to be delivered with the order but they cancelled my manifest & did not deliver. I was going to purchase a dining set table & chairs but found a much better quality for same style & color at another furniture store. Beware of cheaply made furniture & customer service.
Johnathan Plett was very helpful by checking out and answering all my questions and thus saving me time. Simply came in to pay and pick up my dishwasher. Had a nice chat to boot

Good experience. Didn’t get the deal on the table I believe we should have but got a deal on the couch and love-seat so that kinda made up for that.
We initially talked to Dave about our new furniture over the phone. When we got to the store Dave was not available, but he put us in touch with Jon in the store. Both Dave and Jon were great to deal with and made our furniture shopping experience very enjoyable. This is the second furniture purchase we made at Ashley in the last year (the first time was with Dave) and we will definitely shop here the next time we need anything.

I purchased a living room set at the Ashley’s on St. James and the sales person told me 3 matching throw pillows were included. Upon delivery I did not receive them. I called the sales person and he assured me I would get them. I never received them and he did not answer my emails. I emailed the stores sales manager to complain. He assured me it would be corrected and I would get the pillows. The sales original sales person then emailed and apologized and assured me I would get the pillows. It’s been 3 months and 3 unanswered emails since then and nothing. I have purchased 3 living room sets at this store and no more. They just list a life long customer. UPDATE Since my review Rose reached out and corrected the problem by getting the pillows delivered. I gave adjusted my rating to reflect the correction but it’s not a 5 star as I never should have gone through this in the first place.
