Very friendly but I was not shown the original price versus the sale price

We purchased furniture two months ago, but we wanted to reselect some items on Boxing Day because there was a sale. I looked for the salesperson who helped us with the original purchase, but she said she was busy and could not attend to me. She told me they couldn’t do a price match at that time because it was busy and asked me to just look around and exchange emails or phone calls instead. She also said the prices would be the same on the 27th. I told her I was working, and she replied, “Then you can check it online.” She was clearly in a rush, and I just said, “Yeah, sure.” I was not satisfied. I felt that because Ashley already had our money, they no longer cared as much as they did when they wanted us to purchase. They were not accommodating. Today, the salesperson apologized, but the damage was already done. She no longer has my respect. I just want things done.
