We had a really bad delivery & noticed a few days after a nail popped out of our couch. Making the back by the arm stick out. I have not got any emails or calls back about my claim I made. Or money back that I was suppose to get for delivery

Shubham at the St.James location was very helpful. We missed the sale by a day on a coffee table set that I really wanted but he willingly worked with us and we were given a great deal. We also purchased a sofa and recliner that was on sale as well. And we paid for the delivery service which we usually opt out of because we are located an hour and a half outside the city so delivery fees are usually very high because of that but their fee was very reasonable. We are overly impressed with the service we received at this Ashley Furniture location and will definitely consider them again when purchasing furniture.
