I bought a brand new Santorini leather sofa, loveseat, king size bed and bed boxes for my new home. On the delivery day, high profile bed boxes were delivered which should be low profile and the new sofa was damaged. The bed boxes were replaced after one week. For sofa, delivery driver submitted a ticket right after he kept on our driveway and asked us to keep for now if we want and Ashley will replace the sofa shortly. It's been more than 10 days, multiple follow ups with store and customer service but no solution so far. They are advising us that they will repair the damaged sofa instead of replacing it. I don't understand why I paid for a brand new sofa when it will be delivered damaged and then the company will suggest for repair. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY'S SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY PURCHASE. STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER.
