Although I experienced problems with their delivery system, Rose from customer service was extremely helpful in 'making it right'. There was never an issue with the actual furniture I purchased, just a few glitches in the automated system they use. Thanks to Rose and her exceptional people skills I feel I can post a much more positive review.

I gave 4 stars only due to waiting a month for the bed frame to arrive, was told 2 weeks max. Sales lady was great and the white glove delivery was also very good. But when I contacted customer service after the 2nd week was not impressed with her attitude.
