At the start, the experience was decent in store. However after I had my sectional delivered- one piece had a screw fall out and the reclining seat sat oddly. From March 5 to April 24 I had to wait to get a new piece delivered. On top of that I had to pay the duty for the piece to clear customs and still have not been reimbursed. It’s a new sectional and I bought warranty. When the piece was delivered in April- I had no notice and it was left in my front yard. Then it was 2 more weeks until someone came to install it and it had to be during a week day/working hours. I had a friend at the house when it was replaced. The piece that replaced the first broken piece is also broken and the recline does not work. Initially during the start of this, I phoned to complain, the person on the phone said my concerns would be forwarded and taken seriously. Obviously not. Now I’m stuck trying to get customer service and texting a BOT. Awful experience. I was warned about buying from this place. Shame on me. Now I have to start this entire process again on Monday. I wish there was a place to give no stars. Thumbs down and buyers beware of the hassle this company makes you go through. Not satisfied in the least.
We had a great experience shopping at Ashley furniture. Mary was very helpful and full of knowledge on the furniture we were looking for.
Excellent service, they went over and above to make sure we had the right mattress for the new bedroom suite we bought. The sales associate and manager were both excellent and we know where our only stop will be when we need more furniture. Thanks for the excellent service!!
I would have loved to give a 5 star but I didn't get the kind of deal I expected and the whole process took lots of time. However, Manny and Shubham are such wonderful sales persons that will go all out to get you committed to buying Ashley. I am yet to get my items delivered, I hope they whole process would be pleasant. Funmi
Thuy went out of her way to make me happy. Very friendly, patient and professional. Unfortunately, they don't have very many smaller sized sofas as options for a limited space like my place,but she made it happen.
The salesman wasn't pushy, yet was very attentive. He thoroughly explained and answered all of our questions.
Shubham and the staff were very helpful and accommodating as we live outside of Winnipeg. I would definitely recommend the store and staff to other people. We are looking forward to receiving our new furniture in the weeks ahead. Thanks again.
