Why are you always texting me every day? I never said what day I am coming to pick up my furniture from the warehouse yet I am constantly contacted as if I missed an appointment for a day I never set.
I purchased a king-size mattress for approximately $4,000 with a 100-night comfort guarantee. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that if I needed to exchange the mattress within that period, any price difference would be provided as store credit without expiry date. After about 40 nights, the mattress proved uncomfortable, so I returned to exchange it for a firmer model priced around $2,500. Despite being well within the guarantee period, the store refused to refund the difference or offer store credit, directly contradicting what I was told when I made the purchase. What was most disappointing was the change in attitude. Staff were polite and helpful during the sale, but during the exchange process they were dismissive, avoided answering questions clearly, and repeatedly told me to contact customer service instead. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not available—yet a final decision to deny the refund was still made on the spot. If policies change after the sale or verbal assurances are not honored, customers should be informed upfront. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If customer service, transparency, and standing behind what is promised at purchase are important to you, I would suggest considering other options.

We have been trying to find lamps to match our current decor after the previous ones broke. We visited multiple furniture stores, but the Ashley Home Store in Winnipeg was one of the best for service. We went several different times, bringing paint chips and a few items from home to help us imagine the lamps in our home. The staff were all helpful (particularly Arsh), providing honest input, never once trying to upsell. We found one of the lamps we wanted on clearance in the store. When we took it home, we found it matched well, so we called Arsh, who matched a competitor's advertised price for the remaining lamps we needed, and helped us place the order. (I will likely add to this or post another review once we receive the lamps.) Due to the great service we received, we will likely return to Ashley the next time we need something for our home.
Very helpful staff, they figure out quickly what you want and point you in the tight direction. Very friendly as well!!
I wasn’t able to arrange pick up using Jennybot. But they are super helpful when I arrived at the warehouse to pick up 2 separate orders. Thank you!
