If you have the opportunity to shop from this place, I STRONGLY recommend you skip it. We purchased a bed frame and mattress from this place on April 21st. These items were delivered on April 26th. The furniture had some damages and the mattress came with a stain on it. Additionally, one of the delivery guys was very rough when assembling the furniture and was not careful when bringing it into the house, he scratched a piece on one of our walls scraping paint off the wall. When putting the drawers in, he banged them in, breaking the frame. He left stains of dirty hands on our bedroom walls, a different guy was sent days later to clean them, he came on two different days and the stains still did not come off completely. We painted our walls less than a year ago. A repair person was also sent days later to fix the furniture, we told them from the beginning we were not interested in repairs, we wanted an exchange as we bought brand new, not second hand to have the damages patched up. They insisted on sending the person anyways. They were also going to send a person to clean the stain from the mattress, against our request for an exchange, but this person never showed up. After a LOT of exhausting and infuriating back and forth with customer service, they finally agreed to make the exchange. This was scheduled for May 13th. They never showed up, after contacting the call center, they confirmed it was scheduled for this day but there was no time set so they were contacting the Brandon location. The new exchange date was set for May 20th. The delivery guys were more careful this time. However, there was damages on the furniture AGAIN. We were not about to go through the same hell again so we just told them we wanted to return the furniture and get a refund. They tried to evade us saying returns could only be made within 48 hours of the original delivery date, as if we should have known they were going to send damaged furniture again. After some more exhausting back and forth, pick up was scheduled for May 28th. We were told the money would be refunded in a couple of days. We waited and received nothing. We contacted customer service on June 5th only to be told no request had been sent but that it would be created in that moment and the money should appear on our account in a period of 48 hours. We had to contact them again on June 9th, and were given a choice between cheque or e-transfer. We chose e-transfer and were given the answer to accept the transfer. Only the transfer did not come in. We contacted them once more on June 10th, and were told the request for the e-transfer was sent to the accounting department and that it could take 24 to 72 hours to process the request. We were not informed of this the day before. We assumed it would happen automatically as they gave us the answer to accept the transfer. Today is June 12th and we are still waiting. We bought items from a different furniture store and a refund for a price match was issued within 2 business days. A ton of headaches and zero satisfaction.

Bought a couch from there 2 years ago. When offered the extended protection, we had originally declined as we have never had Good luck with these. The sales guy and the assistant manager walked us through why their extended protection plans were the best and how it would literally cover everything. As a matter of fact, they even gave the example that if a cat scratched the back of our couch that a claim could be made. Fast forward two years and we now have a tear on the seat of our couch when attempting to go through warranty, we were told that it did not cover scratches or tears. To make matters worse we even attempted to try to buy a replacement seat, and the couch is discontinued. So even if our protection plan did cover it we wouldn’t be able to get it replaced. Not even half way through our protection plan coverage and we are just stuck with a $6000 couch with a hole in it. Liars and scam artists! Buyers beware.

I was sent the completely wrong table. I bought a $3000 dining room set. The table is a high to table and my 6 CHAIRS, AND BENCH, are for a normal table. So I Cannot use any of them like this. And they will not correct this!

Everything was so easy! The sales lady who helped me was amazing… So informative and helpful, And patient with me! It took me a while to make a decision, but she was there with me the whole time. And everything after that was awesome. This company is top-notch… And the products that were delivered are absolute unreal… So happy with my purchases!

An absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a fridge, freezer and range. From the first day it was head aches. The customer service 1-800 number did not help. Delivery date issues, I called the 1-800 number, they stated the Brandon center would contact me. I waited weeks, nothing, I call again, nothing, so I visit the Brandon center in person. I get the run around.... An entirely wrong appliance delivered, again customer service head call center issues, It took some weeks to have this corrected. Then the freezer stopped working. I have waited two months for it to be fixed/replaced, still waiting. There have been endless miscommunications between the Brandon center and the call center head office. Endless frustrations. Now as of yesterday the range has an issue, I am not looking forward to dealing with this. I placed my original order in August of 2024. I will never recommend shopping here, nor will I ever shop here again. I had to highlight a star to be able to submit this review. I wish it could have been left as a negative.
