Searched all 5 furniture stores in Brandon for a new recliner. The staff at Ashley was helpful but laid back, and let us look and try different chairsat our own speed. No high pressure tactics at all. When I was ready to buy she was very helpful and easy to deal with. Our best experience of the day. Thanks Ashley!
After experiencing a devastating home fire that left us with nothing, we turned to Ahshly Furniture in Brandon, MB, Canada, to help us rebuild our home. Based on their reputation, we trusted them to provide quality furniture for our new beginning. We purchased a sectional, dining room set, and oversized TV stand, among other items, and they initially offered a compelling promotion for a warranty service we hadn't previously considered, but after two years of use, we noticed significant damage to our furniture. Despite visiting the store three times and sending photos to two different phone numbers since December 2023, we're still waiting for a solution to our problem. We're disappointed and frustrated because we expected better customer service. It's especially disheartening not to be able to fully enjoy our furniture after investing in it. We hope that Ahshly Furniture will take prompt action to address this issue and uphold its reputation for trust and quality.

Ashley scheduled delivery on Tuesday and were a no-show. I sold my old dining set based on the delivery date Ashley provided. When I contacted customer service, they could not give a date as to when I can expect delivery.
Brittney was great and patient. I had to come in a few times before I settled. I do recommend this place for great service.
