Sales associate was great but very disappointed that delivery has been set back over 20 days. That was never made clear as an option bc sales repo assured it was in stock so would be the following week delivery.
What started out as a not so pleasant experience with Ashley’s— our furniture arriving damaged, and months of back and forth trying to have these issues resolved— we finally have reached a resolution and are very pleased with the help we received. Rose reached out to me moments after my negative review of our experience with Ashley Homestore was posted and was quick to offer a solution we would be happy with. She understood our frustration, was extremely helpful, and ultimately just wanted us to be content with our purchase. We are now satisfied with how this situation was handled and I have changed my rating to reflect that. Thank you Rose!
Purchased a bedframe last year December and it was also delivered in December, the bed frame headboard came with damages and we were given the option of replacement which we accepted. Till date we are yet to receive it, my spouse and I have made several trips to the store to find out update on the replacement headboard but we’ve been met with lies upon lies at a point we were told it would be delivered and we would be contacted with best time to deliver and yet we are still to get delivery or an update. This is not my first time purchasing from your store but this would be my last time. We have wasted gas and time going to your store for updates and status on this issue and nothing has been done about it! Over 6months? It’s unfair.
