Excellent customer service
If I could go lower i would...I asked for service 6 times on a single phone call and asked politely to speak with someone who was higher up but was so angry when he would not comply.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have taken 4 grand from my mom for a sectional they still have not delivered. Numerous calls to customer service, they don't answer the phone when you call, they do not respond to voicemails left and they do not reply even when customer service has sent multiple emails to the store and manager. We are beyond angry and now my mom has to drive two hours to go back to the store to fix the situation. Your store gives Ashley a horrible name!!!! Stay far away from this Brandon, MB store!! You are being reported to BBB and Ashley Corporate office for your lack of customer service and theft of my families money for goods that have not been received!
.... and the waiting goes on! We have faced significant delays with our order. It was supposed to be delivered in January, but it didn't arrive, and when it finally came on February 3rd, it was incomplete. Now, we've been told to expect the next delivery on February 14th. This is now over two months without a complete order, and I believe this needs to be addressed.
Jimmy was great and patient with all our questions. Made an extra effort to get us an even better deal than was advertised. The store manager was also super friendly making sure we had everything we needed and explaining things thoroughly. All on all a quick and easy and pleasant experience.
The two gentlemen that delivered my sectional couch arrived as scheduled. They were very nice, professional, organized, efficient and respectful of my home. Some of the best delivery people I have had. 😁
