We purchased multiple pieces of the Next-Gen Durapella sectional about a month ago and received them on the 19th of February. We were so excited as this seemed like the perfect set for us because of the durability of the fabric. When we saw the set in store the sales consultants preached about the durability and literally stabbed and scratched the couch with a pricer showing that it would not scratch nor would there be a puncture in the fabric. After having the set for less then two weeks our cat merely jumper on the furniture leaving a scratch and puncture in it. I was so upset I literally cried, avoiding this happening was the whole reason we purchased this set. This was a huge investment for my family and we will be making payments on a set for the next 3 years that is already damaged. We reached out to Ashley’s and received no help. We purchased the extended warranty and tried that avenue also and were told they couldn’t help us. I’m so unbelievably disappointed, we have been Ashley’s customers for many years and have made many purchases and this will definitely be our last. 😞
