Terrible customer service from Ashley Furniture. Three years ago, I purchased two leather couches for approximately $7,000 and paid over $1,000 for an extended warranty. When the leather started ripping, I filed a warranty claim, only to be told that the warranty covers mechanical parts only and not the leather. When the warranty was sold to me, it was clearly presented as covering everything. Had I known the actual limitations, I would never have purchased it. To make matters worse, a customer service representative offered to replace the headrest parts and provide the installation labour free of charge if I purchased the required parts. I paid for those parts over six months ago, but I still have not received them. Every time I call, I speak to a different representative who tells me the order has been placed and that I should receive it within three weeks. Six months later, I am still waiting. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The warranty was misleading, communication has been poor, and promises have not been fulfilled. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing furniture or extended warranties from Ashley Furniture. Very disappointing experience.

General Sales Manager Caitlin Campbell provided exceptional service. Even after store hours, she went above and beyond by returning to open the store for us. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed us. We would also like to recognize Ayushi Parmar for her excellent assistance throughout the shopping process. She was highly professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the different sofa options and products available, which made our decision much easier. Both Caitlin and Ayushi delivered top-tier customer service and made our furniture shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you both for the outstanding service!
