Jimmy was great and patient with all our questions. Made an extra effort to get us an even better deal than was advertised. The store manager was also super friendly making sure we had everything we needed and explaining things thoroughly. All on all a quick and easy and pleasant experience.
Excellent customer service
Currently, we are facing significant issues with the service provided by this company. We made a purchase in late November, but have encountered numerous inconsistencies regarding delivery dates. Recently, we received an incomplete delivery of our bed. The company advised us not to use the bed until the remaining components are delivered, yet they requested that we confirm its condition within 48 hours. This creates a dilemma, as it is difficult to verify something that is not meant to be used. As of now, the other components are still pending, with a promised delivery date of February 2nd. We are hopeful that the situation will improve. Overall, this has been a challenging experience with this company.

Andrew was great to work with! Friendly & very helpful. We were out of town buyers and he was quick to respond with questions and answers.
Went in to find a recliner. I am 6 foot 6 and found one that fit me quite nicely with a taller back and a wider seat. Reasonably priced compared to other stores and sales associate Jimmy was very helpful.
Twice recently I have shopped at Ashley Furniture in Brandon. Both times the staff was not knowledgeable about their products nor did they seem they wanted to assist. I would not recommend this store.
The furniture is beautiful at Ashley's store, the prices are reasonable, I did make a purchase I am happy with.
Went in to get a mattress, Jimmy gave us A+++ service and we were out the door with a delivery plan inside of 30 minutes!
