Update to my review below. You’d hope that given this review, Ashley would respond with “oh my goodness, I’m sorry to hear this happened. Please reach out to us so we can explore options.” Or any response that shows concern. I trust the response “we don’t have anyone with this name” supports the review left. Ashley furniture. This is the internet. It’s a user name. Very disappointed with the quality of the furniture and the after sales service. We purchased a bedroom set for $2300 marketed as one of their premium sets. We opted to pick it up when it came in a few weeks later because ashley wanted to charge us $300 for shipping. We live 10 minutes away. We brought it home and unpackaged it. The bedside table and dresser had trim pieces around the the top that weren’t mitred, the wood filling between the cover and the trim wasn’t even or stained property and worst of all the floor model we saw in store had no trim around the tops. It was a solid piece of stained wood. The bedside table was wood filler inside the drawers that didn’t fill the gaps in the wood and there was a large gob of it stuffed into a large hole in the drawer. Not a filled nail hole, just a gouge. The wood filler was powdered and all over interior of the drawer. There were scuff marks on the exterior, and rough sections where the wood wasn’t sanded well. The dresser was the same in terms of the rough wood and trim pieces. One of the drawers was sticky and there was large pools of stain that had pooled on the side of the dresser. At the top where the cover sat on the frame there were 5 deep nail holes that weren’t filled. The bed. The rails don’t fit together to be flush with the footer, there were rough parts that weren’t sanded properly and the wood was split where they screwed the frame together. They refused to pick up the furniture without charging me and offered a very small refund to keep the furniture. The cost in no way matches the quality. I would highly recommend searching online for furniture. Better quality, lower price, free shipping. I for one will never shop here again.

My husband and I bought a houseful of brand new furniture at Ashley Furniture in Victoria for our newly bought west coast rancher. The selection and prices were excellent and Doug’s knowledge and suggestions were wonderful! He even took our living room furniture choices into consideration when we asked him for assistance with finding a rug to match, and provided us with a stunning option which pulled the whole main living space together for the most beautiful west coast feel! I was going to buy a sofa from here but the option I really wanted wasn't going to fit. Since it was a sale item and no returns were available, my salesperson Jamie was really helpful in explaining that to do me and getting me understand how the movers would get the sofa into my condo. It wasn't going to fit but I am thankful he pointed this out as it saved me. During all three visits, every sales person was respectful and didn't try to pressure me into anything.
We spent over $4,000 on a couch at Ashley furniture. The feathers in on the cushions are constantly coming out, making a mess and poking you making it uncomfortable to sit. We asked for a solution but have been told there is nothing they can do. Some of the cushions are also coming apart at the seams. We thought we’d spend a bit of money and get a couch we could enjoy for a few years but that’s not the case.
Just had my more recent recliner chair delivered today... The Guys were awesome that delivered my chair... Thank you Guys I appreciate it!!!
