I had a really great experience with Dave when buying my furniture. He helped me find everything I needed. Also, the movers did a great job; they handled it like pros, very patient and careful.

We had a great experience at the Victoria Ashley Furniture Store. Doug, the salesman was fantastic. He introduced himself and offered his assistance, and then left us In peace to wander the store until we found we were looking for. Then he provided the most informative friendly service we have seen in a long time. We highly recommend asking for Doug if you ever happen to be in Ashley furniture in Victoria, five star Service!

We had a wonderful experience in store with Doug, he was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated the space he gave us to look after telling us about the sales, and was not pushy. 10/10 service from Doug. We then had our couch delivered by Sukh and Anmol, which was again 10/10 service. They called the day before to confirm a delivery time window, arrived as scheduled, and set up the couch within 20minutes. They used caution to keep pieces clean and did not scratch anything. They were very kind and friendly as well! We are very happy with the service from Ashley furniture and the delivery team. Thank you!

We went in to check out several things. Keith, the manager, approached us and was so funny! He was helpful, with a certain charm and made us laugh so many times. He showed us new things, was open and honest about quality differences and what to watch out for and did not try to oversell, being very honest and just lovely to deal with. Go here!
