I was going to buy a sofa from here but the option I really wanted wasn't going to fit. Since it was a sale item and no returns were available, my salesperson Jamie was really helpful in explaining that to do me and getting me understand how the movers would get the sofa into my condo. It wasn't going to fit but I am thankful he pointed this out as it saved me. During all three visits, every sales person was respectful and didn't try to pressure me into anything.
We spent over $4,000 on a couch at Ashley furniture. The feathers in on the cushions are constantly coming out, making a mess and poking you making it uncomfortable to sit. We asked for a solution but have been told there is nothing they can do. Some of the cushions are also coming apart at the seams. We thought we’d spend a bit of money and get a couch we could enjoy for a few years but that’s not the case.
We dealt with Jessica, she was a delight to work with. She asked the right questions to qualify us and picked up on the signals. We went over to the custom side and found exactly what we wanted. I have been in sales for fifty years and have taught advanced selling skills to a lot of people, she is very good.
