Excellent and friendly service provided from the moment I walked in. I found their furniture selection to be exceptional and very well priced. Doug our salesman, made it very easy to pick out our living room and offered us an amazing price. Very pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend!
I’ve had good experiences with Ashley stores in the past, so when I went in to explore getting a new sofa, I was hoping for a good experience. And Doug delivered! He was non-invasive, but open to all my specifications and questions. Doug was knowledgeable and offered opinions when asked. When he wasn’t sure, he said so and then went to find out the answer. He didn’t know that I had a time limit on my visit, but I didn’t need to tell him as things progressed very well with no extraneous delays. I’m looking forward to the arrival of my new sofa! My experience was top notch, and I would recommend the store and Doug to anyone looking for value and a good shopping experience.
Another great experience with Ashley! Our very thoughtful salesman, Doug, knew what I was looking for and how important it was to match the couch to the chairs we had previously bought. He suggested looking at different models online and selecting my material to suit our needs. A fabulous experience and I can’t wait for it to arrive in 8 weeks!
Great store. Great service from Jessica. Bought a great sofa for a great price and was able to just pick it up then and there. The manager helped me haul it out of the showroom to my truck. Of course, if I was more organized I would have bought it ahead of time and they would have wrapped it up and had it waiting for me. Still I was pleased that they were flexible and let me just take it lthen. I’ll be back!
Jamie was very low key and it didn’t feel like we were being pushed into buying. He was also helpful in recommending a few different venders, plus accommodating in holding our purchase until we were ready to move in to our new home.
I had a wonderful experience at the Victoria Ashley HomeStore. There were very many products to choose from and I found exactly what I needed (a high quality couch and matching loveseat). The person who helped me, named Jamie, was so personable, friendly, understanding, informative, patient, and knowledgable. He made this whole adventure a great one ! WE recently purchased a sofa bed from Ashley Homestore in Colwood and were very pleased with the professional, courteous and skilled service that we received from Jessica. She answered all our questions and was able to show us the ideal piece of furniture that we needed and skillfully demonstrated all of its features for us. The product arrived today at our home and the delivery company quickly loaded into our office, demonstrating how it fit appropriately for the space available.
