Jessica was so helpful the whole process of purchasing multiple furniture items. She was quick to respond to emails with questions while we were thinking things over, she also spent a lot of time with us on the showroom floor offering different options based on what we were looking for, and was so dedicated to getting us a good deal. Will definitely be back to see her for some accent pieces once our new furniture we purchased has been delivered. Highly recommend.
I bought a gorgeous pullout couch from Doug Barnswell. The delivery was quick and fabulous. Doug was efficient and friendly. I had done a lot of looking online. Ashley has a great showroom with excellent prices, good quality and the product was in their warehouse. I could physically see what I was buying, which is always preferable to me. I will go back and highly recommend to others.

I’ve had good experiences with Ashley stores in the past, so when I went in to explore getting a new sofa, I was hoping for a good experience. And Doug delivered! He was non-invasive, but open to all my specifications and questions. Doug was knowledgeable and offered opinions when asked. When he wasn’t sure, he said so and then went to find out the answer. He didn’t know that I had a time limit on my visit, but I didn’t need to tell him as things progressed very well with no extraneous delays. I’m looking forward to the arrival of my new sofa! My experience was top notch, and I would recommend the store and Doug to anyone looking for value and a good shopping experience.
Another great experience with Ashley! Our very thoughtful salesman, Doug, knew what I was looking for and how important it was to match the couch to the chairs we had previously bought. He suggested looking at different models online and selecting my material to suit our needs. A fabulous experience and I can’t wait for it to arrive in 8 weeks!
Great store. Great service from Jessica. Bought a great sofa for a great price and was able to just pick it up then and there. The manager helped me haul it out of the showroom to my truck. Of course, if I was more organized I would have bought it ahead of time and they would have wrapped it up and had it waiting for me. Still I was pleased that they were flexible and let me just take it lthen. I’ll be back!
Jamie was very low key and it didn’t feel like we were being pushed into buying. He was also helpful in recommending a few different venders, plus accommodating in holding our purchase until we were ready to move in to our new home.
