We went in to check out several things. Keith, the manager, approached us and was so funny! He was helpful, with a certain charm and made us laugh so many times. He showed us new things, was open and honest about quality differences and what to watch out for and did not try to oversell, being very honest and just lovely to deal with. Go here!
Had a great low pressure experience at Ashley furniture. We were helped by Doug and appreciated his informative and helpful attitude, while also not making us feel pressured to make any impulsive decisions. We purchased a sofa and 2 chairs and feel the price was very fair.
Warning do not buy Ashley Maggie Borch set***I would give 0 if I could. The couch frayed and sunk after 1 year and barely use the couch!!! I paid for extra warranty to have the coach cleaned and found out they won’t do it because I moved out of province and they are owned independently!. I spend $7,000 and got ripped off! I have never owned a couch so low quality in my life. I called and asked if they could replace the cushions and all Ashley could offer was covers that were going to cost nearly $1000. Never again will I shop at Ashley’s after this experience. The couches are garage.
