Overpriced lower quality furniture
Canadian owned and operated. Good choice of furniture and styles. Friendly staff who are good problem solvers. No ‘closer’ model (commission + upselling. Was surprised by the art selection—felt like furniture shopping AND a trip to the art gallery. It inspired me to take photos. Highly recommended.

Great experience while shopping for new furniture; our salesperson Fadia was entirely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and individuated the choices to our specific needs. Follow up with other staff was equally great. The management at Ashley should be proud of their staff. We were also shown made-in-Canada options which I found inspiring, especially given the quality I was previously unaware of in the Canadian manufacturing industry. Update: We paid for an extended warrenty on an expensive reclining couch and two high priced designer leather chairs. Still within the warrenty period I noticed a stain of unknown origins. After contacting the US company that authorizes repairs, our claim was denied. When we bought the extended warrenty I kinda figured it was useless. It is. Don’t pay for add-ons. And don’t believe anything the staff tell you!
