Not only do they carry all the superior mattress, furniture & decor rug brands - Sam gave us exceptional service & continues to do so! I purchased the extended warranty which I recommend. Within 3 days I had a serviceman doing a stitch repair on my new leather recliner with a built-in console. The very slight stitch flaw was apparent upon delivery in an obscure corner of the loveseat recliner. Incidently I purchased the piece for $1800. plus tax & insurance on clearance! That was $2K less than any other furniture store for leather. Just thrilled with my bed and mechanized bed platform ! This furniture store stands behind their product which sadly is rare in this business! 5 stars to the team including Tina their regional manager . We couldn’t be more pleased!
Ashley Vernon Store is the only store to deal with due to a few reasons. The staff is the best knowledgeable friendly and more than helpful. We dealt with Tina who was spectacular in every way thru out our purchase. If you look at Ashley's Vernon website it is very user friendly compared to other Ashley stores. If you call the Vernon store you can actually talk to a person good luck with other Ashley stores who ever is in charge of changing over Ashley's previous website and communication system is making a big mistake on the customer service end. Bottom line for all your furniture needs If you live in the Okanagan it's worth the drive to the Vernon store to purchase your new furniture and you can actually reach a sale's person by phone.
Great customer support in store and up to date with technology to check out other options... only thing was I was looking for TV Stands and they didn't have any in store and only had only online options
