I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly who was very nice, informative, and extremely kind. I learned more from Kelly about mattresses in the time we spoke than I have ever known. Kelly took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable and no rush to buy right then and there. My husband and I did buy a new frame and mattress with the adjustable head and foot. Kelly was amazing and a diamond in the rough. Most sales people are all about the money and getting the customers in and out as quick as they can for their commission. Kelly was awesome and I would come back and buy from her again. Amazing experience. Thank you very much Kelly.

I purchased a beautiful sofa and chair today from Ashley furniture in Vernon. A big thank you to Donovan for his fun energy and great customer service! Thumbs up to (manager) Kelly! Well done.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We went to the Vernon location in the beginning of October and ordered a full bedroom suite. The sales person provided us with dates to choose from, one of which was October 31. Our old bedroom suite was being moved out 2 days prior so our entire bedroom would be empty prior to the Ashley order. October 31 came and went, ZERO COMMUNICATION. My husband called and was told it would be DECEMBER before we got any of our suite. We had zero bed, zero dressers, zero night stands. The entire room had been emptied out. Ashley finally responded and offered the box springs, mattress, and 2 night stands as a partial order. So we still had nowhere to put our clothes and we were sleeping on the floor. Then we get told MID DECEMBER yet we have to pay for the partial order. Then we are told January. we are absolutely livid but again, have no furniture so we are stuck. The rest of the delivery came today AND THE HEADBOARD IS DAMAGED. Worst WORST experience EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROMNTHIS LOCATION. Disorganized, no one knows what they are doing and clearly have zero ability to take and complete an order. Negative stars, actually. Not even worth a zero.

Bought a bedroom suite Oct 15. Sales team told us absolutely delivered Oct 31. Nope. No cal waited all day called now end of November . Guess what . New delivery date of mid January. Can't get anyone in the phone . No bedroom furniture. Clothes in laundry basket . Absolute amateur hour .. Update . 2.5 months later I finally get my furniture . Headboard chipped. Footboard paint job isn't perfect . Terrible claim procedure . Steer clear of this store folks
I went into Ashley Vernon this morning with an idea on a living room set I liked but wouldn't order on like me as you need to be able to sit on it to see if it works for you. They had the exact set I was looking at and ultimately I ordered it . Kelly could not have been more helpful and looked after me super well. I have always had great service and furniture from Ashley's and would definitely recommend them.
