Ashley Furniture sold me cheap, poorly made junk that started falling apart almost immediately. The quality is terrible—flimsy materials, weak construction, and it looks and feels like it belongs in a discount bin, not someone’s home. When I tried to get it fixed or replaced, the customer service was even worse. I spent ages on hold, explained the problems multiple times, and just as I was trying to resolve the issue, they hung up on me. Not once, but more than once. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. Just dead air and pure disrespect. Between the awful product and the complete lack of support, this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Save your money and your sanity—shop anywhere but Ashley Furniture.
I bought furniture from Ashley and it was a total waste of money. The product itself feels incredibly cheap and poorly made—thin materials, wobbly construction, and it started falling apart way sooner than it should have. For the price, the quality is just embarrassing. When things broke, I tried to use the warranty they advertised. That’s when the real nightmare started. They refused to honor it. I got the runaround, excuses, and outright denial even though the issues clearly fell under the coverage. Customer service was useless—no help, no accountability, just more frustration. I feel completely ripped off. Cheap product + worthless warranty = never shopping at Ashley Furniture again. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

I drove in from Kamloops to pick up on a Monday. Confirmed the pick up via AI and text response. Only to find out they don't have pick up Monday or Tuesday. Lucky for me they had someone in their warehouse that could help me out. Service was good, but poor execution for incorrect pick up info based online. They need to ensure that AI cannot confirm a booking on days they are closed at the warehouse.
