Very appalling experience. I ordered bar stools on a Friday and changed my mind Saturday morning as I realized they could take months to arrive from Asia. I went in and cancelled and was told my credit to my visa would take a couple of days. Twelve days later my credit had not showed up so I went to the store to ask for my money back. I was told it was out their hands and they could do nothing. It is unacceptable that they keep my money for so long. It did finally show up but they only after I demanded repayment. Terrible!!!
