Was not happy with this place they follow you around so close. They have a sign on a couch go to buy it and say it actually 300 more. You have to read the fine print. False advertising we said would not buy it then and they still sent an email with the total for it. Not going back there.

SO right off the top I had good service at the actual store and the moving staff have always been on it and when there was an issue they replaced it free of charge. Everyone was very polite but there was a very high level of incompetence in regards to communication. But I had to have Ashley's come 5 times to replace a piece of my couch they broke. they repeatedly brought the wrong piece and made notes both over the phone and in person and I literally had to give the same instructions about calling my wife instead of me twice in two days and then they didn't do it even after doing the call twice. It seems very clear this company is overly ambitious and can't handle the business at the level they are. Also stop telling me you are making notes if you are repeatedly asking me the same things over and over. Does no one check their notes before doing something? Please fix these issues as I feel it really shouldn't be too much work to make this into a positive experience.

We purchased two couches. After about 10 months the support beams broke. Ashleys did not stand by their product. They were not helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Instead we were brushed off and told we need to go through the extended warranty (even though it had been less than a year). The company through which we purchased the warranty deemed we were not eligible for a replacement and directed us back to Ashleys. Ashleys only then offered to fix the couch at our cost. We will not be shopping from them again .

It is so sad when great stores fall apart after Covid. Sadly, Ashley‘s is another victim. We went in last year and they had hired a driveway guy that ripped our neighbour off. We decided to give them another try. We just went in and bought some living room furniture. After they did not phone us, when it was supposed to be in, we phoned them. They have a new phone system that is nearly impossible to get through. They have contracted it out. After many tries we finally got through to the salesman. He told us they mistakenly sent it to another store and it’s been out on the floor. he now has sent it to our location, but of course he cannot be reached and it’s well past when it was supposed to be in. It’s gone from a simple sale to hours of our wasted time. Sadly, we pay top dollar for a store like this, but they are no longer worth it. We are now waiting for floor model pieces that we paid for new pieces.

Very poor customer service. Definitely don't recommend this store. When we wen't there we were told that everything there is available so we believed and made the purchase. Weeks turned to months and we haven't got all the items yet. They sent us a damaged item and still waiting for replacement and the remaining items I don't know 'till when.
