Bad experience with sales person I was told I will receive all furniture by October 2 It was 7500$ worth of shopping but when I went to check on my order sales person(Nish) acted all attitude and rude I had to cancel my orders and waiting on refund money Please do not tell people if you can’t deliver

Ashley Furniture sold me cheap, poorly made junk that started falling apart almost immediately. The quality is terrible—flimsy materials, weak construction, and it looks and feels like it belongs in a discount bin, not someone’s home. When I tried to get it fixed or replaced, the customer service was even worse. I spent ages on hold, explained the problems multiple times, and just as I was trying to resolve the issue, they hung up on me. Not once, but more than once. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. Just dead air and pure disrespect. Between the awful product and the complete lack of support, this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Save your money and your sanity—shop anywhere but Ashley Furniture.

I bought furniture from Ashley and it was a total waste of money. The product itself feels incredibly cheap and poorly made—thin materials, wobbly construction, and it started falling apart way sooner than it should have. For the price, the quality is just embarrassing. When things broke, I tried to use the warranty they advertised. That’s when the real nightmare started. They refused to honor it. I got the runaround, excuses, and outright denial even though the issues clearly fell under the coverage. Customer service was useless—no help, no accountability, just more frustration. I feel completely ripped off. Cheap product + worthless warranty = never shopping at Ashley Furniture again. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

Paid $7000 for my furniture was told it most of it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks Nothing happened called customer service was told it would be here in 7 weeks… still no furniture… called again now there saying I owe more money but I have to go in and pay for it i can’t pay over the phone so I asked to talk to the store directly and they said they will hopefully have the store contact me… I have never had such bad service from a furniture company. Don’t recommend buying anything from this place.
