Aly at the Vernon location provided friendly service, and was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We have yet to receive our purchase, but so far we’ve had a great experience!

Spent a few weeks getting them to take back a used love seat and give us the new one we paid for. Other than waiting for over 5 months for the delivery of our recliner, while Ashley’s had our money, the delivery went smooth with a most polite delivery team. One question I have is all along we were told we were buying a leather couch with vinyl back and sides. That appears not to be true as we don’t see any leather anywhere. Can anyone tell me why we were misled. Makes for hard shopping when you should be comparing apples to apples. We may have made another decision.
