Aly was very attentive to our needs and listened to both myself and my husband when it came to our decision making. We are excited to furnish our new home with our sectional and accessories!
Ordered a sofa-bed , we were told it would take 3 to four weeks before it would arrive, that was fine, we weren't in a hurry. Several days later was contacted and informed the sofa was in, made arrangements to pick it up in a couple days. Couple days later I got my trailer out of storage and went to the warehouse to retrieve our sofa, sat on the ramp for a considerable amount of time and then was informed that the it had been damaged in transit and had to be sent out for repairs and cleaning..........so , put the trailer away. then three weeks later went through the same exercise, picked up the sofa and traveled to our log cabin two hours away. Jean and I aren't "spring chickens" but with the help of neighbors that I knew would be at their cabin that weekend we managed to get the old sofa out and the new sofa unwrapped and inside. Then we noticed it was way larger (too large) then the one we ordered. Checked the serial number and it matched the bill of sale but not the proper measurements...grrrrr Back in Vernon we met with Ashley management and explained our dilemma, they seemed a bit skeptical at first but we showed them the measurements of the sofa and the measurements we ordered. They agreed it was indeed the wrong sofa and ordered a new one. Then they went beyond just replacing the unit, they actually had a company pick up and deliver the new sofa , get it into our cabin and transported the incorrect one back to the warehouse in Vernon. This was a human error, someone applied the serial number to an incorrect unit. Mistakes do happen. But we were more then pleased with how Ashley's rectified the situation, very honest, accommodating and friendly people. It's not the first time we purchased from them, won't be the last.
