The sales staff were very courteous and respectful of giving me space and time to view all the sectionals in the store before entering into discussion. Then when I was ready to focus in on a few models and ask questions they were very knowledgeable and offered practical advice. They even encouraged that I bring home throw pillows in the same fabric as the sectionals I was considering, to check on color compatibility with my living room. This was so helpful. And finally, the purchase experience was very efficient and transparent with no pressure for upselling. Overall a pleasant experience!
Nishtha was wonderful to deal with. We needed a storage cabinet and could not wait for an order. The Kelowna store refused to sell us the floor model but the Vernon story was happy to help!
No service no help at all sure wish I didn't buy all my furniture from Ashley's and now I pay for it well it's been awhile and still treated like garbage. Reached out to talk to them but got told that their policies and procedures did not affect my disability. the audacity of the manager. She said there's nothing we can do about what happened in the past so we'll try to make the future work by actually getting the furniture that I paid for in the first place
