If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We went to the Vernon location in the beginning of October and ordered a full bedroom suite. The sales person provided us with dates to choose from, one of which was October 31. Our old bedroom suite was being moved out 2 days prior so our entire bedroom would be empty prior to the Ashley order. October 31 came and went, ZERO COMMUNICATION. My husband called and was told it would be DECEMBER before we got any of our suite. We had zero bed, zero dressers, zero night stands. The entire room had been emptied out. Ashley finally responded and offered the box springs, mattress, and 2 night stands as a partial order. So we still had nowhere to put our clothes and we were sleeping on the floor. Then we get told MID DECEMBER yet we have to pay for the partial order. Then we are told January. we are absolutely livid but again, have no furniture so we are stuck. The rest of the delivery came today AND THE HEADBOARD IS DAMAGED. Worst WORST experience EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROMNTHIS LOCATION. Disorganized, no one knows what they are doing and clearly have zero ability to take and complete an order. Negative stars, actually. Not even worth a zero.

The sales women we spoke to was very helpful and completed our transaction with no issues as it was done over the phone. The crew at the warehouse had our couch ready to go when I arrived for pickup.
Absolutely horrible to deal with. Items I ordered arrived 2 months late, and so I had to purchase an alternative elsewhere. And because of this I no longer needed the dinning benches I had ordered. I never took pocession of the benches and still they refused to return the 10% for "restocking". They failed to provide a product, and I never took pocession. But they still withheld the 100$. Not a great business model and will never buy here again. Definitely buyer beware!
Bought a bedroom suite Oct 15. Sales team told us absolutely delivered Oct 31. Nope. No cal waited all day called now end of November . Guess what . New delivery date of mid January. Can't get anyone in the phone . No bedroom furniture. Clothes in laundry basket . Absolute amateur hour .. Update . 2.5 months later I finally get my furniture . Headboard chipped. Footboard paint job isn't perfect . Terrible claim procedure . Steer clear of this store folks
I went into Ashley Vernon this morning with an idea on a living room set I liked but wouldn't order on like me as you need to be able to sit on it to see if it works for you. They had the exact set I was looking at and ultimately I ordered it . Kelly could not have been more helpful and looked after me super well. I have always had great service and furniture from Ashley's and would definitely recommend them.
