Kelly Baier of the Vernon, Ashley store was the kindest most helpful staff I have experienced in a very long time. As a senior I realize some of us are slow of hearing and understanding in this age of technology. Kelly was so patient and kind with me that I will go back to her specifically for future purchases. I hope Ashley store will recognize Kelly as a very valuable staff and reward her as such. Thank you again Kelly.

This is one of the reviews that I am happy to write. To provide a little background, I was interior decorator and managed a very large furniture store some years ago. For this reason, I can honestly say I am very familiar with furniture and mattress manufacturers. To be perfectly honest, I entered the Ashley Vernon store prepared to be attacked by a commissioned salesperson. To my surprise, that is not what we remotely experienced. Kelly, our sales person, did none of the above. She initially gave us time to wander the store without following us. She listened to our request. She was honest and forthcoming when she did know the answer and quickly sought the solution. At no point during her interaction with us did she ever try to upsell us to a more expensive model. What she did do, is satisfy our needs completely. If I was still managing in this industry, I would hire her in an instant. Thankyou Kelly for making this such a pleasant experience. If you as a purchaser are looking for knowledge, professionalism and sincerity I would highly recommend you seek out Kelly as someone who will satisfy your needs.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a sleeper sofa at Ashley Home Store. I went on two different days before I decided which one I wanted. Claya was so patient and helpful on both days as I took my time trying to decide. She showed me several of these sleeper sofas on the floor and on the website showing me the different sizes and colours and wasn't afraid to ask for help when she wasn't sure of the answer to any of my questions. Once I finally made my decision she told me about the stores policies making sure I had the full picture of what was available to me. The staff at the counter was right there to help - so friendly. I would absolutely go back to that store if I needed anything else and strongly recommend Ashley Home Store to others. So great that it's all Canadian as well.
