The staff are friendly and welcoming before our transaction was finalized and paid for. After that, we've experienced such terrible customer service. We've purchased twice - the products are fine however, we were promised to get our products in 1 week but it took 3 weeks. The staff fell short on warning us, no courtesy or apologetic behaviour either. The second time, there were inconsistencies in communication (even after we did our due diligence and called ahead of time to make sure it was ready). This is one of the only furniture stores in Salmon Arm, but rest assured that we will never come back.
The delivery men we're excellent, even though the warehouse said it was to be just dropped at the door, they brought it right in for this grateful senior
Great staff and service. We hit the trifecta. Comfortable sofas that are also stylish and hubby and I both agreed right away on the same pieces 😅
Great customer service. Came after checking prices at the Ashley Homestore in Kamloops and prices were a few hundred less in SA for the pieces we wanted. (Not on sale, they just were) Ended up saving 1500$ in the end, with sale prices and honest/fair pricing. Would 100% recommend this store. Thanks Dennis for the help!
No complaints on customer service. Alyssa was helpful each time we went in before making our decisions, as were the other salespeople. Delays in delivery are not the fault of local store but warehouse in Tacoma, finding drivers and border delays. May have waited awhile but service was good. Deliveries were within estimated time frame, 10 minute ahead call and good service. Thanks Ashley HomeStore Salmon Arm!
Ordered a new kitchen table. Waited 7 months before finally giving up. Very frustrating as we were told every month that it would arrive the next month. Also very frustrating to be told that the staff were frustrated because if they couldn’t receive the product then they wouldn’t get their commission. I get it but that’s the last thing the customer wants to hear. Very disappointing as some of their furniture looks quite nice.
Have zero complaints, Scott was great, let me look around first then came to help. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my sofa and recliner. Plus the delivery guys were very polite as well. Highly recommend.
Deceptive pricing in-store; with a major inconsistency between flyer discounts and in-store prices. A significant lack of customer service provided to my grandparents when they have visited in the past. Myself and my grandparents are never shopping here again.
