This has been by far the most terrible experience I have ever had, the service and communication has been none by them. I spent $6,000 and treated like I bought a shoe lace. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture in Salmon Arm. Still waiting for them to contact me on the price on an item that they sold me.

Alyssa saves this place from getting a one star. She is professional and helpful. She could be the manager of this store. We were scheduled for a delivery today but did not get a call. Early afternoon I called to check in and ask what time delivery would be happening. A male who I spoke with on the phone said our dining room set was in Vernon, said it will arrive Thursday and will be delivered NEXT Saturday. When I replied that this will not work and I may cancel my order he hung up the phone. The “manager” of the store called me and said “there must have been a language barrier I’m sure he didn’t hang up the phone” Lady there was no language barrier, would have been way more professional to offer an apology, but she chose to defend him. Alyssa was on her day off, yet arranged for a delivery to happen in the next few hours, as our furniture was not in Vernon. Delivery people were awesome!! I will not be shopping at Ashley furniture in Salmon Arm anytime soon. I will support Alyssa again if someone snags her to work them as she would be a great asset to any business. (THREE weeks later) Ashley furniture store in Salmon Arm charged me twice for delivery for a total of $500. They said they would refund my visa, I went in and they said they gave an in store credit! Like I want to shop there ever again… I asked again for a refund on my Visa… still nothing
Had a great experience there this week, was greeted by Alyssa shortly after entering the store and she was so helpful. She was literally checking how my spine alignment was on the beds. Super great sales associate, highly recommend!!
