Tina the store manager was disrespectful and unprofessional to my mother. This store advertised zero percent interest for a year. She paid the full balance within five months. Now they are trying to claim that she owes $400 in interest. I have reviewed all her paperwork proving that she is correct. Do not do business with this company. They cannot be trusted.
Excellent sales person great service
I ordered a couch and a bed from Ashley and the delivery arrived right when they said it would and the two workers were very friendly and helpful and polite and moved the order in quickly and even set it up for me. I’m very happy and impressed, would order from them again.
Zach was incredible to work with. We came in looking for a new couch and he gave amazing directions as to which couches would withstand abuse from our big dog, and soon to be arriving baby. There was absolutely no pressure to decide quickly, but there was a sale ending soon; instead of making us decide on the spot he gave us his phone number to text him the next day (on his day off) if we would like to go through with it. We got exactly what we were looking for and can’t wait for our couch to arrive.
