My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Ashley's in Salmon Arm! No pressure and some very nice products for our home!
Purchased furniture on two separate occasions. The first purchase I was told I would be contacted to set up delivery. This never happened. I had to phone myself and push to set it up. Second time purchasing furniture and I voice the problem that occured. I am assured that the automated system doesn't fail and that I will get contacted. We are now a full month after our committed delivery date and still no contact. I escalate and I'm suddenly able to receive the couch right away. Don't make the same mistake I did! Take matters into your own hands. I was very happy with first experience that I bought a second couch. I no longer feel valued as a repeat customer. No customer loyalty. Take your money anywhere, it doesn't matter. Customer service is no longer a priority for establishments.
