Delightful experience shopping for a new mattress. Sales consultant very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Great service but far too expensive
On April 28 my husband and I purchased a sofa sleeper and a recliner at the Salmon Arm store. We were very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by Sales Manager Neil as he patiently explored several options with us before we settled upon our final choices. His attentiveness to our circumstances, his advice. and his sense of humour all contributed to an enjoyable experience.
In need of a new more supportive bed desperately! First time we went into Ashley furniture in town & the sales associate set us up with everything & more that we needed 🙌 Really helpful and thorough. Thank you can't wait to get my new bed 😴 👍💖
Very helpful and informed advice on mattress purchase. Good folks!
Neil , our salesman was very attentive and respectful of our time.
My husband and I decided recently that our backs just can't handle the mattress we have anymore, so we started checking out stores during the black Friday sales. Usually, we're a see and just buy without giving as much thought as we truly probably should. We hit up a local furniture store and saw an inexpensive mattress that we almost bought on the spot but thought better of it. So, after leaving our local store, we just decided to stop at Ashley HomeStore on a whim, and we are so glad we did. Carolyn, the sleep expert, took the time to ask the proper questions and hear about the issues with our current mattress. We wanted to take the proper time to really think about what we needed for our sleep and health. Carolyn listened, did not push whatsoever, and even continued to message us after the fact with information. We decided to bite the bullet and made the adult decision (😆) to sign up for the Ashley store card, and purchased a temper pedic (which we have really wanted for a long time for price was always an issue). We could not say enough good things about Carolyn and all the help (and chocolate bars 🫣) she gave us. We will definitely be going back for future purchases.
