I ordered a couch and a bed from Ashley and the delivery arrived right when they said it would and the two workers were very friendly and helpful and polite and moved the order in quickly and even set it up for me. I’m very happy and impressed, would order from them again.
Zach was incredible to work with. We came in looking for a new couch and he gave amazing directions as to which couches would withstand abuse from our big dog, and soon to be arriving baby. There was absolutely no pressure to decide quickly, but there was a sale ending soon; instead of making us decide on the spot he gave us his phone number to text him the next day (on his day off) if we would like to go through with it. We got exactly what we were looking for and can’t wait for our couch to arrive.

Worst customer service ever! We ordered a patio table from them July 13, and it was promised for pickup by end of July. We called them around August 3 and were told it would be in Vernon by end of August, so we asked for that to be expedited because we aren't going to be at our summer home much longer than that. They asked us to call back the following week. ALL SUBSEQUENT PHONE CALLS TO THE STORE WERE NEVER ANSWERED, NOR WERE ANY OF OUR CALLBACK REQUESTS. Not 1 single time did a person answer the phone, despite probably 10 phone calls with requested callbacks. My wife finally went into the store Aug. 20th, and discovered that the table was there, but nobody had called to let us know! Nobody at the store would offer an apology...they just kept telling my wife that it was the fault of the online order people. Congratulations Ashley's...you have won a spot on our "Blacklisted Forever" list.
We had a great shopping experience at Ashleys in Salmon Arm. Alireza was our Salesman, he was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable as we selected living room furniture and a beautiful king size bed frame. The Store manager Tina was helping us as well, made sure everything was smooth & stress free. Both of them provided top notch customer service without any pressure. I highly recommend this store!
great service and excellent price
Bought several thousands worth of furniture. Wrong stuff delivered and had to wait a week for the right piece to arrive. Broken furniture delivered and had to be returned. Took 4 weeks to get the final (broken piece). Very poor response by sales rep and head office. Cancelled last item and went to the Brick. Buy anywhere but Ashley's!
Giant shout out to Neil and his exeptional, patient customer service! came in looking for a whole new bedroom suit, Neil was the best, price compared, dealt with my indecisiveness with professionalism! Resulted in a very happy client! Highly recommend Ashley furniture!
