I had such a great experience shopping at Ashley’s in Prince George! I dealt with Mora, the owner, and another team member, and all three were absolutely wonderful to work with. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared about helping me find the right couch. I had a specific vision for my space, and they took the time to understand what I was looking for, consider whether the couch would actually fit in my room, and help me bring that vision to life. They weren’t just trying to make a sale; they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Their customer service was excellent, they were patient and helpful throughout the process, and their pricing was great as well! It’s refreshing to deal with a team that actually listens, cares about the customer, and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re making the right choice. I’m very happy with my couch and would absolutely recommend Ashley’s in Prince George to anyone looking for quality furniture, great prices, and exceptional service.

We had such a great experience buying our new couch! Maura was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and encouraged us to take our time while deciding on a couch. She took the time to answer all of our questions, asked us questions about what we were looking for, and genuinely helped us find what was right for us. Maura was absolutely awesome. The first time in I was looking at dining room tables. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. The second time I came in Maura helped me make the right choice what dining room set would work well in my space. The delivery people were efficient and careful with my beautiful wood dining table and chairs.

I've had several great experiences with Maura over the years. A couple of years ago, I picked out a living room set, but unfortunately the delivery team couldn't get it into my downstairs without risking damage to the walls. Maura was incredibly helpful in finding an alternative that fit the space perfectly, and it was delivered right away. Recently, I tried purchasing furniture from another store in town and had nothing but problems. Since then, I've purchased quite a few new pieces from Ashley's and won't bother looking elsewhere. Maura is friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to offer helpful suggestions while making sure I was completely happy with my choices. The delivery team was polite, efficient, on time, and made sure every piece was placed exactly where I wanted it. The prices are also very reasonable.

We were in to buy new recliners for my husband’s parents. Maura helped them both find what they needed. Spending lots of time answering questions. She was patient, kind and helped each of them get what they wanted. Ashely’s delivered and also took away both of the old recliners.That helped so much as we wouldn’t have time to take them away. We recently purchased a beautiful sectional couch from the fabulous team at Ashley Home Store. Its large enough that all family members have a spot to cozy up in.
