Favorite furniture store!

I have been a fan of Ashley furniture for a long time. The design, quality and affordability have always been a given. I am now a fan of Ashley HomeStore, PG. Maura is a rare gem! She is knowledgeable, personable and a straight shooter. Maura guided me effortlessly through the purchasing process and then took it to the next level when she went above and beyond with the delivery process. Local delivery is pretty simple… a 300 km delivery not so much. Maura helped immensely in coordinating the delivery between HomeStore and an independent freight company. The furniture arrived on my doorstep with minimal effort on my part. I am one super happy customer.

We purchased a beautiful bedroom suite and some of the pieces had to be ordered in. Maura was amazing at keeping us informed weekly giving us the status on each piece of when it was due in and then when it had arrived. The two fellows who delivered and set up the furniture were careful, professional and efficient. The whole shopping experience from start to finish was such a pleasure due to Maura's professionalism and easy to work with attitude in pulling all the pieces together for us including scheduling the delivery and set up of the furniture. We would definitely purchase from Ashley Furniture again and highly recommend them and their team.

We purchased a dining room set, bar stools, living room set, & wall art. 2 years later moving the table we had the board between the two pedestals break. We contacted Ashley to purchase a new piece, not only were the helpful in finding out if it was possible but they gave it at no charge. Staff is always friendly when we go in and we are satisfied with everything we have purchased, also love the variety in décor pieces.

The customer service was excellent! Maura was very helpful and patient when I was trying to decide on furniture for my new home. One piece of furniture came slightly damaged and she arranged to replace it hassle free. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley’s!

A very delayed review but the staff (Geet) and delivery team were incredibly patient and helpful for us. We were very happy with their level of care and professionalism.
