A year after we purchased our couch one of our cushions accidentally got ruined so we contacted Mora from Ashley Furniture who was quick to help. She got the product info she needed, ordered us a new cushion cover and a few weeks later gave us a call to come pick it up. Great service from a great company.

Honestly not much to complain about here. Maura has gone above and beyond with my wife and I over the past few years, making sure we get what we want, and the best quality for the price. We had a small hickup with a dresser drawer that fell apart shortly after warranty, and they still replaced it for us. I recommend this Ashley furniture, and Maura to everyone I know who's looking to furnish their home

Highly recommend. Excellent customer service and very fast responses via email & phone. We purchase the Larce sectional (great sectional btw) and had to replace a cushion cover. The team specifically (Maura) went above and beyond helping us. Extremely helpful as we had an issue locating a part number on our sofa and they went above and beyond to help locate it for us. 10/10 also- get the sofa protection plan!
