"Very professional, fast and efficient. Waiting on delivery at this point." That was my original review, and I rated the business 5 stars. At the time, Ashley was professional, responsive, fast and efficient. Unfortunately, that experience changed completely once payment was made. After providing payment, I received essentially no proactive communication. I had to repeatedly chase the business for over a month regarding a Sofa-Chaise that ultimately never arrived. What was particularly frustrating was having to follow up repeatedly just to get updates on an order I had already paid for. When the order was ultimately not fulfilled, I then had to chase Ashley again to obtain my refund. That process took weeks.
