Good sales staff; Call center staff are horrible, uncooperative, are unable to provide direct contact with the store. First and last time purchase from Ashley furniture Penticton BC. Call center protocols drive customers away from the organization.

It was excellent sales person Daana and manager were great answered questions and were very knowledgeable about the product. Also the sales Person too showed us all items we were looking at and any that were comparable to what we were looking for. Itwas a good experience will recommend the company and staff .

Really beautiful store with a no pressure friendly environment. Seerat was wonderful to deal with. I was impressed that the store was working with a local charity to provide beds for kids in need.

Colin and he's team at Penticton location are so great .Danna she went beyond and above to make sure we are happy with our purchase . She is very knowledgeable and beyond helpful .They really treat you like a family and very caring 🙏 Our order has arrived today and we are so thankful to Danna for helping us to pick a perfect furniture 👌 Thank you so much for your outstanding service .We will be back again soon . The staff were lovely but very pushy about helping. Sometimes people just want to shop. If someone says they don’t want help, don’t ask them if they need help 5 minutes later. Answer is still no and now i’m leaving

Very friendly and helpful staff

Bought a couch thru the Penticton Ashley store. Was pleased with my purchasing experience and the sale staff. I was sold On Ashley by being told by the staff how they go above and beyond in thier customer experience. They made a big deal To tell me about thier 125% price matching. The day after I bought my couch a local ad for the same couch came for 600$ less. The staff was friendly when I brought this to their attention and said I would see a refund promptly. That's when everything changed. Took weeks to see the money.... I did finally receive it after several Calls to customer service. When I purchased my couch June 4th the salesmen guaranteed me delivery no later than than June 18, said likely even sooner. On June 18 I called and they said delayed to June 21. The 21 came and went then they said June 25.... so on and so forth. Last I heard maybe by July 25. Almost two full months after purchase date. When I call the store it's routed to a call center. Staff has been misleading and evasive. I can't help but think this is because they were forced to honor there price matching. If I could go back I would deal with Pearsl furniture in Kelowna. They had the lower price to begin with, they also told me they ordered exact couch, color and everything two weeks ago and have already received it. Buyer beware.
