Great experience shopping for a kitchen table. Justin was knowledgeable and helpful. Also funny as we were shopping with our children as well. We will purchase from here again
One star, HATED IT! Tracy is the worst 🤢. She works on commission and robs elderly people in need. I am spreading the word. This store and this lady are garbage! Go to Kelowna. Actually, ASHLEY'S is garbage to have even hired someone so incompetent as Tracy. Don't waste your time or money. Parm Dodd should fire her.
Tracy was very helpful and understood right away what we were looking for and took us right to it. And we bought it!
We dealt with Tracy and she was very helpful.
My experience with sales manager Jordan Pommer was awesome!!!!! He answered my questions with clerical ease. He wasn’t pushy or pressuring me to get Ashley's Credit Card or to buy something ‘right away!’ It was a very relaxing & exciting visit for me!!! Yay, new furniture!! Now…..my first visit to Ashley’s was not as good. I had a sales person named Tracy that started off nice & pleasant. I wanted to think about it before I purchased the furniture, so I had an appointment to see her at the store the following day. First it was 2:30, then 3:00. I waited for 45 mins, then I left. No call or msg explaining why she was late or a no show.
Like everywhere can't hire help but Tracy is excellent
Update - AHS responded to this review and I sent a message immediately and no response, help or support ❌ Read the fine print!! ➡️ You can find most of Ashley Homestore items on other websites and 95% of the time, it's less expensive. Sites such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Style Furniture, Furniture Depot, Wayfair Canada and even Amazon.ca I recently moved to a different region in British Columbia and took advantage of Ashley Homestore's promotion, offering zero interest and monthly payments over a period of five years. In the beginning when I was making a large purchase to furnish my living room & bedroom, the sales representative, Kyle, was exceptionally helpful and provided a "white glove" approach. I did have to wait 2-3+ months for my items to arrive over two separate deliveries, to which the furniture was either pre-assembled or assembled on-site by the delivery team. However, my recent addition of an area rug and a dining room cabinet to my order presented challenges. The cabinet arrived in a box that I am unable to lift, and assembly requires tools I do not possess. It was going to be left at my front door had I not begged the deliverers to bring inside. It seems that, perhaps due to not making a substantial single purchase this time, the white-glove service is no longer extended to me regardless of my overall spending. It was not communicated to me that this item would not be assembled. Kyle mentioned that he faced repercussions for arranging "multiple deliveries," referring to the two deliveries and me waiting over two+ months for my items. To have the cabinet assembled, I was informed that I could pay an additional $100 and wait for someone to come and complete. Again, this was not communicated to me whatsoever and this appears rather snaky. I contacted "customer service" and they provided zero assistance and told me that I had "standard shipping" in a tone that sounded like I should know the differences? I am disheartened to discover that excellent customer service is seemingly linked to a higher and singular spending threshold, rather than being consistently provided to customers or at least based on customers' overall expenditure. Shameful.
The service was excellent and Tracy took a lot of time to help me make a decision. She was very knowledgeable and an excellent salesperson. I especially appreciated that she asked me to check my elevator dimensions and door dimensions for a smooth delivery.
