Geri was our salesperson in Penticton and was very helpful and patient with us during our decision making process. We are very pleased with the delivery service and our new furniture.
We actually showed up a bit early and the store was still closed, but the manager greeted us at the door and welcomed us in to have a look around while he finished with a staff meeting. My wife found a recliner she wanted and one of the sales staff, Howard, gave us the information we needed to complete the sale. Howard was straight forward, not pushy, and provided the service in a friendly manner. It certainly encouraged us to come back again if we ever needed to buy something else.
