A little confusion about order at beginning. Manager quickly and professionally solved issues. Delivery was well communicated, on time and delivery staff outstanding. Highly recommend.

The experience has been absolutely horrible. I am still waiting for a bed system that I ordered back in the middle of January. Nobody will give me any idea of when it’s coming. I spent over $4000 and this is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe a company can steal from someone and not give them their items that they ordered. I would like the situation rectified as soon as possible. I don’t even want to give Ashley furniture in Penticton one star, but I guess I have to in order to be able to submit this review. I’ve probably spent close to $10,000 there and I will never do it again.

I am so excited to get my new Queen size bed delivered and looking forward to a great nights sleep. The sales team was awesome and explained everything down to detail and was able to answer all my questions.

The most AMAZING experience! I'm recently separated so i have shopped all over Penticton for furniture for my new place and I can say, this is where you want to shop. Deals, a massive selection and top notch service! I was helped by Howard, an very kind, warm salesperson he had all the answers and was happy to help with every step! I was also lucky enough to meet the assistant manager who was just as amazing. The whole experience felt super comfortable I will be going back as often as I can to check for their weekly deals or just to chat with Howard and the team because they are amazing 😄

Upon entering Ashely HomeStore, it was bright and welcoming. I was not approached immediately by a salesperson which I like. After checking out the store a bit, I was asked if I needed help. At that moment I did not. It didn't take long before I spotted a few pieces of furniture that I was interested in. The salesperson helped me out without problem. I did end up purchasing a table. All details were given to me and answered all my questions. The purchase was seamless and I appreciate the extra that went beyond to help me out.

The salesman was very helpful. The delivery time, to the store for us pick up our bed, is very disappointing (about a month). Other than that our experience was good
