After going to different stores that sold bed mattresses, I landed at Ashley’s HomeStore. Geri was very helpful showing me all the different “plush” or “soft” mattresses. She was patient and answered my questions regarding all the different materials that went into each mattress. When I finally settled on one, we struck a deal and it was delivered within the week. The delivery men, were so cheerful and congenial, a ray of sun on an otherwise gloomy day . The Ashley delivery app is awesome! You could track where the truck was and how close they were to your house. Will definitely seek out Geri again when I need more furniture.
Had a insurance claim and they replaced the chair with no problems. Guys that delivered the chair and the staff that completed the insurance claim were all great. I will for sure do other purchased through Ashley's in Penticton. Thanks for such great service.
The staff were kind helpful courteous and while my wife can be a little slow in her movement s, and decisions. The staff were very helpful and very patient.
Gerri and Colin were amazing. We purchased a living room suite and after delivery of 2 of the pieces, we decided that a sofa would be too big and we wanted to change our colour choice. I went to them within the 48 hour delivery satisfaction period and requested to change to 2 love seats in a difference colour and they were able to find the pieces I wanted. They took care of all paper work without me and now I’m just waiting for delivery. Very happy with the customer service at the Penticton Store.

The personnel are lovely however I got my chest home and found it broken, the bottom of the deawer support glue has split on a drawer making it not able to open when its closed. Waiting for a response!
