Nobody pick Phone from last five days. I’m trying and nobody give me call back very bad customer service. I was calling for the new purchase.

We had a great experience at Ashley furniture from the moment we walked in the door. Swapna gave us a personalized shopping experience that other furniture stores can’t compete with. She was very knowledgeable with the products and answered all our questions.

Furniture shopping can be exhausting. With AJ it was very smooth and easy. No high pressure sales tactics and he felt like a real person to talk to that wanted to find the perfect match for our furniture needs. Furniture also feels very high quality compared to other stores I have looked at. Go see AJ!

Good store. Sad no manual recliners

Beautiful selection of high quality furniture in a large two storeys building. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable in making you select the best piece of furniture based on personal needs.

Amazing quality and assortment. Was able to find the perfect little sectional for my daughter first apartment.

Great in-store experience. Got an automated text asking me to give them 30 min warning to my arrival for pick-up. I did, but when I arrived at the warehouse to they were no more ready for me than without the text. Got home and the box had clearly been opened and repackaged. Missing parts so now I have to go through another process in order to set up the bed. Very annoying.

Matthew, our furniture salesman, did an excellent job. He took the time to walk us through every furniture item we purchased, answered our questions, and made the buying experience enjoyable. He deserves recognition for his professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale has been incredibly disappointing. The store manager promised us twice that our couches would be available for delivery this week. This was especially important because we live in a two-bedroom apartment, and Stephen's daughters are coming to visit us tomorrow. We made it very clear that having the furniture delivered this week was a key factor in our purchase. When we called the customer service call centre today to confirm our delivery, we were told that our furniture is not available for delivery until the 24th. That directly contradicts what the manager told us—twice. Had we known this from the beginning, we would have shopped somewhere else. Instead, we feel like the priority was making the sale and taking our money, with little regard for our circumstances or for keeping us as satisfied customers. We certainly won't be recommending Ashley Furniture in Langley to our family or friends. In fact, we'll be warning others about our experience and the way this situation was handled. Ironically, they were very eager to ask us to leave a positive review while we were in the store. I'm glad I waited until after we found out what was really happening with our order. We are deeply disappointed, to say the least
