We visited Ashley Langley and met a salesperson named Josh Chawla. He was honest, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. He helped us find the right sectional sofa according to our needs and budget, and the entire process went very smoothly. He went the extra mile for us and treated us very well throughout the experience. When our delivery arrived, we received the wrong configuration by mistake. We contacted Ashley and their guest services right away, and they responded quickly with a resolution. Even though Josh was away that day, he still emailed us personally and assured us that they would take care of the issue. A week later, we received the correct configuration, and the delivery team picked up the incorrect one immediately. Overall, we had a very good experience with Ashley Langley. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and hats off to Josh Chawla for his excellent customer service.
