Sam was fabulous at Ashley furniture. My mum and I were really impressed with her knowledge of the items we purchased.
Great costumer service , great selection of furniture. Highly recommend .
I Came to the store on July 27 to buy a sofa for my guest room. Paid over $1,400 and added all the insurance. I waiting for 2 weeks for the sofa to arrive. The driver came and without taking the sofa out of the truck, he said that the sofa wouldn`t fit through the door. We went back to the store, bought a smaller sofa paid close to $2,000 so $600 more. The salesman told us that there shouldn't be any problem now as the sofa is smaller. Waited 2 weeks, the driver came and again without taking the sofa off the truck said, the sofa wouldn't fit. We went back to the store and asked for a refund, they told us that their Home Office would process the refund. We got back the money from the sofa back but not the delivery fee. When asked why we need to pay a delivery fee if the driver didn`t deliver anything, their response was " he attempted to". So getting out of the truck looking at a door and saying "wouldn't fit" after the salesman told us that it would fit, is an attempt. Easy money for a lazy driver. Just 2 FYI; 1. We went to The Brick and got a cheaper and bigger sofa and guess what it FIT!!!!. 2. Way to go taking money from two 77-year-olds.
