Josh was a wonderful help in getting everything ready; he was up front and honest and made everything a lot easier. He gave great tips on how to make everything more affordable—great prices on deal is an absolute steal of a find, and he shared that with us. I enjoyed shopping with Swapna. She was knowledgeable and helpful . She listened to me and wasn’t too pushy, gently guided me to buy my bed , mattress and kitchen table and chairs. I knew what table I wanted but Swapna helped me find incredible chairs that matched perfectly. The manager was there helping as well.

Helpful and answered all our questions. The SA helping us was new so we were there for quite awhile, longer than you should be lol. Put that we declined the removal of old furniture when we didn’t, so I had to call customer service to fix this afterwards. Other than that, no complaints! Never had issues with their furniture in the past, although I did get that warranty just in case.
Our experience at Ashley's was great,AJ and the team were very helpful..as a returning customer I will always go to Ashley first!
