After searching for the perfect sofa for my daughters and I to cuddle up and watch movies, I wanted something cozy but durable. Especially with teenagers and a golden retriever! I found one online at Ashley’s and went into the Langley location to see it in person. Right away, I was warmly welcomed by Vanessa, who was friendly, bubbly, and so helpful. She helped me find the sofa, sketched out my space to make sure it would fit, and walked me through all the options with patience and care. She even arranged their white glove delivery service for me, which I really appreciated. I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, who was just as kind and welcoming. What stood out most was how relaxed the whole experience felt. I never felt rushed or pressured, even while taking my time deciding. Thanks to Vanessa, I’m so excited and confident that I’ve found the perfect sofa for our little family!

Just bought furniture for my elderly parents from Josh and Gurmeet at the Langley Ashley store. Excellent service and great selection. Josh took time to listen to their needs and found items to fit their space and their budget. Didn't just push the most expensive. These guys were courteous and considerate. Highly recommend.
