Worst customer service and broken promises. Avoid this store. I bought a bed frame worth nearly $3,000 at the Langley store on Aug 3 and paid in full including delivery. I was promised delivery on Sept 18. On the delivery day, I took time off work and waited all morning, but NO ONE showed up, and NO ONE called. When I reached out, CS unilaterally informed me it was delayed to Oct 16 and hung up the chat. I called the Langley store multiple times—they promised to check and text/call me back, but as of today (Sept 29), I have received ZERO updates, no apology, and no explanation. Holding $3,000 of my money for months while leaving me in a disrupted room with zero communication is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and money, do not shop here.

We had such a great experience with Dewanshu Garg at Ashley! We went in Friday night after spending hours furniture shopping, and Ashley was actually one of the last places we wanted to check. I’m so glad we did. Dewanshu was honestly one of the best salespeople we dealt with. He was super friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. He explained everything we needed to know, but also gave us space to walk around, talk things over and take our time deciding. We never felt pressured or like we had someone following us around the store, which we had experienced at other places. He even emailed me the pieces I liked so I could look at them again later, and only called once to check in. No pressure, no constant calls — just genuinely helpful. We ended up going back and purchasing our furniture from him, and we’re really happy with our decision. Dewanshu was knowledgeable, patient and just a really nice person to deal with. We would absolutely recommend Ashley, and especially Dewanshu. When we need furniture again in the future, we’ll definitely be going back to see him!
I’ve been looking at this couch for 2 years possibly longer always up in the air if I am going to purchase it, I had walked in and viewed it many times and always offered great deals but I just never bit. I am absolutely thrilled to say I purchased that long awaiting couch and it should be coming sometime next week🙏 Thank you so Much Ashley team for the outstanding customer service over the years. Service was outstanding, did not feel pressured. Todd was very knowledgeable, professional and worked to get the best deal for us. Would most certainly shop here again.
